Apartment 3 is respectively called “Deluxe 3” and has 85 m2 of space, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed, one with 2 single beds), living room with 2 sofas (one of the sofas opens up to be a large double bed), kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Common roof terrace for common use with a magnificient, panoramic seaview over The Marmara Sea, The Islands & downtown with authentic, wooden residences of different civilizations reigned in Istanbul for centuries.

Host very helpful, flat quiet and comfortable. You are very close to everything. Wonderful view from rooftop terrace.

Our particular apartment, which was one level above the ground floor, was clean, spacious, quiet, and in a very good location, walkable to many of the highlights of Istanbul. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was large. The top floor of the building has a shared terrace which offers an epic view of the port. You can make yourself a cup of tea and relax there. The manager or owner, Yuksel, responded promptly whenever I messaged him.

Location, location, location! The location was great. Walking distance to so many great attractions, public transportation and bazaars! The host was very responsive and nice. Shower was our only issue - the shower door is not sealed in one corner - so you have to shower at a certain angle not to get the water all over the bathroom floor. There was also an additional leak in the shower, that the owner said he would get fixed. Bedrooms were great with two twin beds each that you can push apart and I personally slept on a living room couch that was firm, but I prefer it that way. Kitchen equipped with all that you need. No microwave though. Small convenience store across the street - we used it daily for snacks / drinks / ice-cream, etc. Very comfortable apartment for a group of friends' getaway or for a family and AMAZING location.
