Lovely property, really clean, a quick walk to beach & shops. Will go back again soon....yes it was that good!Only thing i would say is the pool is the owners & not your own, so you walk next door through the patio....

Perfect place

La Gaviota is a lovely little bungalow in the perfect place. Beautiful patio area with sun loungers & comfy chairs with the added bonus of the use of the owners pool. The bungalow has everything you need and is nicely furnished. Comfortable bed, very important!!Shops, bars & restaurants are a few mins walk away. The beautiful beach is a 15-20 min walkBus stop to Morro Jable & Jandia 5 min walkAnnabella is a lovely lady and strives to make your stay the best she can, not forgetting her partner Gerald who was also very helpful.in providing info re restaurants, directions etc & was readily available if we had any problemsWe had a wonderful three weeks stay and will certainly return

Piece of paradise

Amazing place with a sea view and a lovely outdoor area. Annabella and her husband were both very friendly and made us feel absolutely welcome. We had some amazing days, with a lot of relaxation and walks to the beach, and of course time in the pool. The town has everything you need, if you don’t rent a car, and there’s buses to various places on the island. All and all a little piece of paradise, if you love crystal blue waters and privacy

Perfect location

Very comfortable accomodation with lovely heated pool, spacious sun terrace with some shade, friendly owners and great bed and pillows. In less than a 5 minute walk there are restaurants, 2 supermarkets, shopping centre and coffee shops, plus the beach is only a few minutes further walk. In the woods/gardens at the top of the road we were lucky to see hoopoes. Would definitely return. XX

Fantastic host, very friendly and accommodating The property is very central with easy access to shops restaurants and the beach. The property was very modern clean and yet homely I would highly recommend this property for a holiday in the beautiful setting of Costa Calma

Perfect stay at excellent location

Bungalow was set in very quiet area, only 2 minutes from shops & restaurants & 5 minutes from lovely sandy beach. Anabella was perfect host, there if you needed her but didn’t intrude. Was out at work most days so had the pool to ourselves. Highly recommended!

Lovely relaxing break

Location was perfect, villa was clean, quiet, Home from home, pool was lovely, had it to ourselves all day everyday, Annabella was the perfect host, replied to any queries quickly and efficiently, very friendly. We would definitely recommend to everyone.

Wonderful stay

Anabella is a truly great host and made my partner and I feel very welcome to her property. Everything was very professional and respect shown at all times with great communication. Nothing was too much trouble. The lovely villa has everything you would need and was spotlessly clean. The double bed comfy too (always a bonus). We had our own private sun terrace, as described, with plenty of towels supplied for beach or pool. As in the description the pool is a shared arrangement with the owner and is available to use at your leisure at any time. Both terraces are maintained very well with lounges, table and chairs. Your privacy is totally respected and the upmost descetion is practised. Please note though, during our entire stay it has to be said that we did not find we were sharing the pool once and always had it to ourselves for our morning swim and our return afternoon swim. The location of the villa was perfect for the small town and in a quiet area. Near to the beach and restaurants, shops etc. Would recommend El bar Marko for great tapas and Villa Del Mare, where we had a lovely lunch (thanks for great recommendation Anabella). If like us, you have a hire car you are in a perfect location for the fantastic beaches in the surrounding area east and west coast. We cannot fault our stay in any way and would never hesitate to return again to the same place We are already planning to revisit. Very deserving 5***** A beautiful host, very friendly and interesting lady to talk to. (Thank you for the laughs)! Thank you very much for a 'wonderful stay' and a pleasure to meet you. Schöner Aufenthalt bei toller Gastgeberin

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit einer tollen Gastgeberin, die schon von Beginn der Kontaktaufnahme, alles herzlich und unkompliziert für uns geregelt hat. Wir haben die Wohnung wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Lage ruhig und super zentral in Costa Calma. Alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und die Wohnung mit der herrlichen Terrasse absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße an Anabella für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement calme, bien situé et très fonctionnel... Accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit appartement. La vue n'est pas la meilleure mais la terrasse est vraiment très très agréable. L'endroit est propre, calme et très fonctionnelle (jusqu'à la petite glacière pour emmener son petit pic nic)... Le lit est très confortable. Il y a tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin dans la cuisine en terme de matériel mais aussi denrées de base (sel poivre etc ... ) Je recommande ce logement vivement !!

Great Apartment

This cosy apartment in Costa Calma was excellent and had everything from home to home that you would require. Unfortunately we did not feel the same about Costa Calma itself, as there were very few restaurants due to the large hotels with all inclusive which in my opinion isn't allow it to reach it's full potential. The restaurants that were there, were vey good.

A fantastic bungalow and the most welcoming owner. Perfect.

This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Peaceful and private terrace with sea views. 5 minute stroll to the beach for a relaxing swim in the afternoon. Beautiful sandy beach. The bungalow even has beach towels, mats and a parasol. Has everything you need for a great holiday and Anabella always on hand as she lives next door. Very friendly and helpful. As others have said it is the comfiest bed we have ever slept on when on holiday. We will definitely be back and if she ever wanted to sell we would love to buy it. Loved our two weeks, wish it was longer. Martin and Elaine x

Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit riesiger Terrasse und nicht weit zum Strand.

Unser Apartment war in einem super sauberen Zustand und es fehlte uns an nichts. Nach Bedarf gab es immer frische Handtücher von unserer netten Nachberin Anabella , die diese Wohnung betreute und auch sonst für alle Fragen oder Belangen immer ansprechbar war. Selbst für eine gute Grundausstattung an Gewürzen fürs Kochen oder abendliche Aktivitäten wie Karten- und Brettspiele wurde gesorgt. Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist eindeutig die Super Terasse. Tagsüber waren wir immer unterwegs und haben uns gegen Abend immer noch, auf unser Glas Wein oder Bier auf der Terrasse gefreut. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in eine Woche Süden und eine Norden aufgeteilt. Schon nach einem Tag wollten wir eigentlich wieder an die costa calma:) Vielen Dank für die die erste schöne Woche <3

Es la mejor casa de costa calma para una pareja y conozco bastantes alojamientos.

Tiene toda la equipacion necesaria con una limpieza extrema. La ubicación es de las mejores al igual q las vistas al mar. Además la calidad precio muy ventajoso. La dueña Anabella es encantadora y consigue que te sientas como en casa.

Superbe bungalow, très propre, très fonctionnel, rien ne manque, très belle situation près de la plage et du petit centre commercial. Très calme. Propriétaire très sympathique, très discrète. Les draps et les essuies de bain sont changés à la demande. Ils sont beaux, doux et sentent bon. Belle grande terrasse. L'ensemble de la location est impeccable et est franchement à recommander. Gemütlicher Ort zum Entspannen

Die Wohnung ist an ruhiger Lage, aber schön nahe an Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sie ist super ausgestattet zum Kochen und das WLAN ist 1A! Besonderes Highlight war für uns die Terrasse, die sich perfekt fürs Sonnenbaden eignet. Die Vermieterin Anabella ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Good location

The accommodation is very well located for all amenities, and also the beach which is about 300 metres away. Despite being close to the amenities, the apartment is very quiet and we had really relaxing time on the patio. Ana was extremely helpful when we needed a little help. Al in all a great location and a good holiday.
