We really enjoyed our stay in this house – it was very clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family of four.The location was great, just a 5-minute drive to the beach and the town center. The beaches in Villasimius are stunning, so we decided to skip our trip up north and spend more time exploring the local area – and we had an absolutely fantastic time!The house had everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor shower, which was perfect after a day at the beach – even better than the indoor one!Communication with the hosts was excellent. Whenever we had a question, they responded instantly.Thank you, Alesso and Christian, for making our stay amazing!

Casa con tutto il necessario,adatto anche per due famiglie (noi eravamo 4 adulti e 4 bambini) possibilità di fare anche il barbecue. Casa a massimo 10 minuti d'auto dalle spiagge più gettonate di Villasimius. Consigliata se si cerca tranquillità fuori dal centro,parcheggio privato e vicino ai supermercati della zona.Proprietario disponibile e gentile.

Casa in un bel residence , molto tranquillo ...splendido parco comune . La casa non è grandissima , ma disposta molto bene . Eravamo in 10 e si stava comodi . Il proprietario super disponibile e cordiale ...come tutti i Sardi ! Gente splendida ....viaggio da ripetere !

Amazing location and house to enjoy our holidays

It was the first time we were using HomeAway and when we found the house of Alessio we choose it for its value of money. When we arrived, it was even better than expected. The house is in perfect location, two gardens, three rooms and one sofa bed, quite spacious and very clean. This house allowed us to enjoy even more our holidays with our friends, it was the perfect spot during these 10 days. We will definitely come back and we 100% recommend it !! :)

"la località è splendida con spiagge nelle vicinanze davvero bellissime ma soprattutto con un''acqua cristallina incredibile. la casa è assolutamente come nelle foto, con un "piccolo" particolare non segnalato perchè piuttosto comune in sardegna: c''è una doccia esterna riscaldata tra la vegetazione che non solo è un piacere ma anche una grande utilità. il residence di cui fa parte la villetta a schiera è molto carino e comodo come posizione, serve l''auto ma le spiagge vicine sono molte. il proprietario è un ragazzo simpatico e disponibile."
