Océanide、住宅と静かな地区の行き止まりに位置する美しい独立したヴィラ。 非常にきちんとした、よく装飾され、装備されています。 太陽から保護された食事のためのプールのそばの大きな屋根付きテラス。 庭園は完全に閉鎖されており、見渡せません。 アルカション湾とその周辺を探索するのに理想的な出発点です。
セントブライス海岸（湖、ビーチ、森林歩道）のアルカション湾から徒歩700メートルです。 美しい砂浜のビーチ（6月15日から9月15日まで監視）から海まで車で10分です。 Cap-Ferretは車で約20分、多くのレストラン、ショップ、乗り物があるAndernosの活気あるリゾートは3km先です。 アレスのショップや村の中心部は2km先です。 盆地には、水辺のシーフードレストランがある絵のように美しい村がたくさんあります。 最初のカキ養殖場として認められ、その場で味わってみてください！

Formidable !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre très belle maison. Très propre et bien pensée. Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse autour de la piscine et reviendrons l'année prochaine sans faute !

Excellente adresse

Nous avons effectivement passé un très agréable séjour dans votre maison. Tout était absolument parfait : l’aménagement de la maison, le mobilier, la vaisselle et les appareils mis à disposition, la grande terrasse autour de la piscine permettant de choisir ombre ou soleil, les bains de soleil pour les siestes de l’après-midi, la bibliothèque de bouquins comme à la maison, … Rien ne nous a manqué durant ce séjour et il est rare d’être aussi bien équipé dans une location. Nous tenons également à souligner la propreté des lieux. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et votre disponibilité durant notre séjour pour répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller (restaurant, plages, …) ainsi que les différents contacts que nous avons eus avec vous, toujours soucieux du bien-être de vos locataires. Nous avons de plus eu la chance d'avoir un temps superbe. Nous conseillons sans restriction cette location.

Quality property with excellent hosts.

We visited with three small children who loved the pool.The house is modern and well appointed and the pool was very clean and well maintained with steps and a shallow area for children. Lovely outdoor dinning area. Francois and Paula looked after us well. The location is suburban rather than seaside or village, you can walk to the estuary and several restaurants but for anywhere else like the local villages a bike is ideal Paula lent us a couple of bikes which were fine for pottering about the area. Overall highly recommended for a family or for keen cyclists who want a base from which to explore the area

trés agréable maison

très agréable maison, confortable, spacieuse, idéal pour passer un bon moment en famille ou avec des amis et profiter de la région. Elle est situé tout près de Andernos les bains en 5 mn et à peine 20 mn du cap. Niveau équipement tout y est avec en prime une grande TV. et la piscine est nickel. Je la recommande.

Fast wie zuhause, nur viel besser.

Praktisch und mit viel Geschmack ausgestattet, entspricht der Beschreibung. Lage einfach top, ruhig und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Becken von Arcachon. Mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto ist es auch nicht weit bis zum Ozean in Lège. Die Reservierung für diesen Sommer ist schon fest, um auch vom privaten Pool im Garten zu profitieren. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: die nette Hausbesitzerin spricht fliessend deutsch.

Fabulous villa, great for family, quiet location

We loved our three-generation family week in this super villa. Everything was as it should be: perfectly clean, very comfortable, linen provided and absolutely every convenience imaginable. We ate outside all the time and loved the pool and outdoor lounge area. Paula and François were so helpful and friendly, lending us bikes, pointing us to the best beaches and even organising help with my troublesome car in the week of la fête nationale (merci, François). They are lovely people, the house is great, and when we go back it will be for two weeks. (Make that three). Jerry and Anne, Edinburgh
