Beautiful rural location with a view of the harbour in the distance. Greeted by her lovely dog and 2 donkeys, the location makes you feel like you are in the heart of Ireland. The accomodation had everything you would need for a comfortable stay! Perfect stop at the end of day touring the Ring of Kerry.

Excellent and comfortable flat. Very well equipped with little extras added and decorated with interesting picturesThe owner was very welcoming and helpful. The view from all the windows was beautiful and the situation very quiet and peaceful. The location for the Ring of Kerry and some good walks in the area was excellent. There are some good restaurants not far away at Caherdaniel.

A lovely stay!!

This was a lovely, quiet place to stay while exploring this area!! Jane was incredibly helpful and nice (and she made bread!!), and her dog, Oscar, is basically my best friend now! Outside of town, so it's very peaceful. But, also, close enough to easily drive for dinner at night. I'd definitely stay here again if return to the nexl of Ireland!

Just loved it!

We loved our stay in this peaceful and beautiful little place. Jane is a very welcoming hostess who made us feel at home from the first second. The appartement is very comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. There are many possibilities for exiting day trips around county Kerry and Cork.

Just wonderful

We enjoyed staying at Jane's place immensely! The apartment is very cosy, comfortable and furnished with a love for details. It has wonderful views from the windows and is a very special place to calm down, relax and just enjoy being there. Jane is a very friendly, supportive host and we enjoyed talking to her very much. Peaceful hideaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was off the road, so very quiet and peaceful. Jane is a delight!! She makes sure every little need is taken care of. Her property is beautiful with all the flowers and singing birds (with a delightful little robin!). The view of the bay from the bedroom window is icing on the cake. Thank you Jane!! When you come through the gate to Jane's farmhouse property, you leave the the bussle of the world behind. Jane has succeeded in designing a cozy yet chic space where her guests can enjoy not only the interior beauty of the furnishings and design of the apartment but especially the lovely view from each and every window! Warm, loving and magical

We had a very exhausting journey to Kerry, but the warm welcome from our host Jane, enriched by lovely gifts, made the stress disappear at once. The apartment, house and property are designed with great attention to detail, so we immediately felt very comfortable. Perfect base to explore Ring of Kerry

We had the Farmhouse Apartment which was spacious and had all that we wanted; good cooking facilities, lovely shower and a huge bed. Jane had left us a welcome pack of home-made soda bread, jam, butter and milk - the bread was delicious and we made it last as long as possible! Jane was great and had lots of tips & advice about the area which turned out to be very useful and accurate. There is also a private area with table & chairs which we were able to use because the weather happened to be perfect. A great place to stay with an attentive host. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to make a return visit.

A gem!

We feel like we found a hidden gem. We weren’t sure what to expect but were delighted with an unexpected wonderful experience. We loved the full kitchen, beautifully tiled and sky lighted bathroom, the comfy places to sit in the bedroom, the beautiful views, the very kind and helpful host, the nearby hiking on the Kerry Way and many other trails, the places to eat, and the beautiful Kerry Cliffs. We are already planning a return visit. We just left yesterday and I have already recommended it to a number of people. This is a great place for any wanting a cozy getaway for time to enjoy the indoor and outdoor wonders of this Ireland haven.

A banquet of beauty and peace

The views from the property are stunning. The flowers and scent in the garden is stop you in your tracks gorgeous.We walked, swam and took a boat trip out in the Atlantic. Jane, our host was exceptionally hospitable and baked exquisite croissants.The weather was sunny everyday with clear cloudless blue skies. We had a wonderful week which really revitalised us. In particular, Jane was a wonderful host, providing her own bread to tide us over on arrival (delicious) and a cheery greeting each morning. Her lovely dog Oscar, still a puppy but rather large. wanted to steal the show and was a delight. He couldn’t compete with the croissants, though, which were the best we’ve ever tasted.

Semi retired now, I still run my small bakery at my farmhouse home and attend a weekly local market in the summer. I also enjoy playing accordion with a musician friend in the local pubs.
During the winter months I enjoy hill walking and overseas travel adventures.
