Check in was smooth and easy, the kids loved all of the games! The reason for 4 stars was we woke up on check out day to no hot water, also the fridge has seen better days as there was visible rust on the outside and the kitchen light was hanging from the ceiling. The place was very clean, just needs some TLC!

Nice place, great location.

Very nice place, clean, beds were comfy and everything was exactly as described. Location is great, less than 5 minutes from Dollywood.

Pros-Close to everything in Pigeon Forge and location provides easy access to backroads to help avoid traffic. Amenities inside condo were great - plenty of seating and bedding and easy to move around in unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Game room was a lot of fun too.Cons-Not well insulated between floors. We could hear any movement from the condo above which did affect sleep. Also, there is a landfill within the surrounding vicinity. Outside smell is an issue at times but it is not constant.

We enjoyed our stay but we did have issues with the hot water and alarm going off. However they were quick to fix the issues.

Great location

The accommodations were great, other than the tenants upstairs were up running all night but that is not the fault of the property. It did keep us up most of the night though. Loved the location and closeness to everything. Nice and clean.

Pros: Plenty of room in this condo, we had a total of 6 adults with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as well. Nice hot tube ready ro use. Very comfortable stay. Very easily accessible (you do not have to drive way up the mountain or on a buch of curved roads to get there), ground floor entry (no stairs!). Located directly across the road from Dollywood. Cons: The condo is a few minutes away from the Parkway (not too bad), These condos are three stories, unit 12C has a condo directly above it so you can hear every step taken in the unit above, you can also hear every time the water turns on (showers, toilets, etc). The race car game in the game room doesn't work properly (game constantly stated that it was off line and wouldn't start. The stirring wheel was constantly reseting causing a loud noise throughout the condo. We had to unplug the game because of this). Saturday night there was a strong spetic smell outside of the condo causing us not to be able to use the hot tub but was not present the following morning. However I would say that the pros definitely out way the cons. Overall a good stay and I would definitely consider renting this condo again.

Better than we Expected

Online pictures have nothing compared to actual unit. We was worried about sleeping arrangements but once arrived we found it better than we expected. It had 3 bedrooms and a game room with a nice dining area and full kitchen and nice living room. Enjoyed our stay and will rent from you guys again Thanks for a wonderful experience with your condo The James Family

Great location

We couldn’t believe how close this property was to everything we wanted to do! Definitely would consider using it again! Only recommendation would be to make sure you bring extra hot tub towels. We tried washing ours and the washer wasn’t working properly so it took all day. Huge pantry! Parking directly in front of the unit. We had 4 adults and 5 kids in our group and had plenty of space.

We stayed in the bottom unit, there was a lot of running around above us & noise very late into the evening, no one was on-site to enforce any type of quite hours, when we call guest services, they directed us to the local police; police indicated they did not enforce quite hours. Would not stay here if you plan on trying to sleep at night.

Close to Dollywood

Overall, we enjoyed the layout of the unit. My group made use of the hot tub and the ping pong table in our unit. Overall, it was relatively quiet. It was also very close to Dollywood, and took us behind the main strip to other locations helping us avoid the typical traffic issues. There is also a fun horse riding farm next to the road entrance to the condos. Food City was also very close. We were least happy with the cleanliness of the place but that is always an issue when you stay in larger facilities that have back to back rentals. The floors in particular really felt unclean. However, management was very good about taking care of any issues we had.

Trash stayed full the whole time we stayed the sheets and blankets had dirt and stank so bad when we first arrived had to wash them before we slept .. I've sure we left it cleaner then we found it .The hot tub had a foul smell to it and the activity center was so nasty 😨 it never got cleaned I have to clean it myself to let my kids play in there .. someone had used the bathroom and made a mess It was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed

Dollywood Christmas 2023

The condo location to Dollywood was wonderful. We were there and parked in less than 10 minutes. Even the return home was under 10 minutes. The condo itself was very spacious and clean. It does have a game room and hot tub. Our children enjoyed the game room but unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub. The downside of it is the lack of soundproofing between floors and rooms. We could hear everything including every time the upstairs condo flushed the toilet. Also the hot water heater can't keep up with a group taking showers back to back. The washer and dryer was a nice addition except for the speed of them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked Poplar Point units 12 C and 12 D for our youth group. It was perfect for splitting up the guys and girls at night, but allowing them to hang out together during the day. The condos were very clean and we'll maintained. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working when we arrived. We called them and they sent someone out to fix it right away. I would not hesitate to stay with Eden Crest again. It met our needs perfectly. It could not have been in a better location. Our condos were right across from Dollywood.

Poplar Point Condo

The property was very well kept and clean a excellent location across from Dollywood . Did not have hot water to shower or bathe 3 days of the 4 . I called 3 times to report the issue . Even asked for a member of management to call me . Also reported the dryer as not working . Asked for a member of management to call me never received a call . Still waiting for a follow up from Eden Crest . So far nothing . Stayed 6-17-23 through 6-21-23

Loved so much about this place!

We loved so much about this place. Lots of room, and we loved the game room. It was a great location and very clean and cozy. We would stay here again. But there are a few things that could be approved and a couple that they can't easily change. 1st of all we seemed to hear EVERYTHING above us and that was hard to deal with and not easily fixable. The things they could fix or atleast future guest should know... We were staying there 4 days with 12 people. They gave us exactly 12 towels and 12 wash cloths, 2 rolls of toilet oaper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, and 2 rolls if paper towels, and barely enough bedding. We ran out of everything on day 2 and had to buy laundry soap to wash our towels. I called to see if I could get more of anything and was told I'd have to come to the office which was almost 20 minutes away, so we just stopped at dollar general, but it was a bit annoying. On a good note about that we made Thanksgiving dinner at the house and had most everything we needed as far as dishes go. But don't expect to see any seasonings or oil or paper plates or literally anything left behind like you do at most vrbos. My only other thing was that the thermometer on the heater wasn't working right and it was very hot.
