A nice spot

It is a good spot to relax and enjoy Mallorca rural and quiet. The apartment is good nice and the Balcony and Terrace are good for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our stay a lot

Very pleasant quiet apartment.

Francis was super sweet. The apartment is well equipped and nicely arranged. Made great use of the two porches, one very large, great for eating outside and barbecuing.

A wonderful time!

We were very comfortable here for 9 days! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. We especially loved the views from the two balconies and Francis's original paintings.

Relaxing scenic holiday

Our holiday was all we could have wished for. The holiday apartment in Francis town house in Ariany fitted the bill perfectly. Our accommodation was comfortable and well equipped, the best bit was breakfast on the balcony enjoying the views of the beautiful Mallorca countryside. Francis was there to welcome us when we arrived with a nice touch of wine and sweets. As a base for exploring the island the apartment was perfect. The village had 2 restaurants plus a bar , we tried all 3 and the food and hospitality we received was memorable. Thank you Francis and the people of Ariany for a lovely holiday

Ariany is a great base for exploring the north and east sides of the island

Our little apartment was amazing especially the terrace which we made good use of at meal times. The apartment is well stocked with everything you would need whilst on holiday. Francis our host was so friendly and welcoming and she was keen to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Unfortunately we could speak very little Spanish and Francis is unable to speak any English. As a result we communicated via our phone translation App, not ideal, but was quite effective.

Comfortable and relaxing apartment

Our stay in the apartment was great! The host is very friendly and answered all questions and even offered us a bottle of water and wine. The apartment has all facilities to cook. The balcony is great to have breakfast and to watch and listen to the sheeps. The Terrasse has plenty space to have lunch or dinner or to relax in a sunbed. The bathroom is clean as all the other rooms. The view from outside is great and it's calm and not touristic (May). Parking was free. Everything was fine! We really enjoyed our stay and we hopefully will come back! We absolutely recommend the apartment and the host!

The location of the accommodation couldn't be better. Right next to fields full of sheep in the small town of Ariany - which serves as a great base to explore the island. The accom. has plenty of free parking & is up several flights of stairs - there is no lift. Like many Airbnb properties it could do with some updating. Many of the doors have difficulty shutting, there has been water damage to the sofa at some point in the past & there are several broken/cracked tiles. We managed to operate the oven after a bit of trial & error - the dial settings have all rubbed away. The microwave stopped working partway through but was replaced promptly by the owner. Be aware that there is a tourist tax of €2 per person per night when staying in Mallorca & you pay extra for electricity (including aircon usage) It worked out at roughly €8 for the week we stayed there. Woul definitely stay in Ariany again - the whole area is beautiful

Die Wohnung war sauber und entsprach in allem unseren Erwartungen. Wir konnten ausreichend heizen, es gab viele Decken, so dass wir nicht frieren mussten trotz der recht kühlen Temperaturen Anfang Februar. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und herzlich und wies uns in alle Einzelheiten sehr gut ein. Das Auto konnte direkt vorm Haus geparkt werden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Wahl dieser Wohnung.

Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Problemloser, kontaktloser Check-In am Feiertag über Schlüssel Tresor.Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Super schöner Ausblick über die Felder.Leider war die Wohnung ziemlich ausgekühlt und mit den bereit gestellten Elektroheizkörpern nicht auf angenehme Temperatur zu bekommen. Nach Starten der Klimaanlage zum Heizen des Wohnraums wurde es hier akzeptabel, Bad und Schlafzimmer blieben leider zu kalt. Durch ungenügende Isolation hoher Stromverbrauch, der zusätzlich zu zahlen ist. Abgesehen von der Temperatur würden wir sofort wieder kommen, zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Ariany. La maison est propre et équipée d'une belle terrasse qui permet de passer les soirées dehors. Francis est très accueillante.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist sehr ruhig in der Umgebung und die Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon ist toll. Auch die Vermieterin Francis ist sehr freundlich und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, alles in der Wohnung zu zeigen und zu erklären. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Francis est super gentille. Idéalement situé pour visiter toutes les côtes de l'île.
