We had a wonderful stay at this Sonoran Sun penthouse in December. The two bedroom unit on the 7th floor was clean, spacious, and set up nicely, with incredible views that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The penthouse layout provided plenty of room to relax and made the experience feel both comfortable and special.Boan was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. He was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place at Sonoran Sun.

Clean property and view was great. The lighting was poor as many lights did not work. Refrigerator makes a strange sound. A few thing need to be updated.

The unit itself is a great space. Needs some cosmetic attention and very dated .We thought we would be able to cook lots of odds and ends 1 small skillet and some pots.1 beach towel, bath towels are old and fraying 1 face cloth 2 hand towels. Beautiful views from the deck . Lounge chair there are 4 2 cushions 1 was tornAdvertised as a Luxury 2 bed 2 bath 1 bath was unusable was not advised of this until after we booked . There was some work done but not completed smelled chemicals the whole stay . Issue with air conditioning loud screeching noise at times throughout day and night Was given the wrong property information, no information on how to access the unit We made it work but felt a bit cheated for the price we paid. Would not stay again

This condo was amazing! The view was spectacular - beautiful ocean view! The patio was so big with many lounge chairs. The hotel grounds were great as well. The pool was never too busy, the swim up bar has great drinks and the beach is right there! We will definitely be back!!

We loved this condo!!! The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo is spacious, clean, and well appointed. In the morning we walked barefoot on the beach for miles and then had breakfast in the little cafe downstairs - really, can't ask for more. Would love to return at some point.

Great condo for couples that vacation together!

We reserved this condo for three nights in June for myself and husband and my sister and brother in law! We LOVE the swim up bar, the pool was beautiful and a nice temp! The onsite restaurant is great and there’s a little store on the property in case you need beverages, ice or anything really! The rooms were awesome and we loved the common area to play games and just hang out and talked when we weren’t in the pool! Definitely planning on staying again!! Also had a beautiful view of the ocean!

We are a family who loves Rocky Point. Even though we live in Utah we make it a point to travel to Rocky Point every year and enjoy this amazing, magical place. Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have occurred in Rocky Point. We first stumbled upon this incredible place over 20 years ago. My parents were going to build a house on a lot they had just purchased. We went to rescue them from making a mistake in Mexico and ended up falling in love with Rocky Point. 8 properties later we've made it our quest to share what we have discovered with others. ​

We are not a large corporation to which you are just a number, we endeavor to help each of our guests have an unforgettable experience, a reason to come back again and again. The locations where we have built/chosen our properties are world-class. Warm beaches, courteous staff, top notch security, and guaranteed sunsets that will make you fall in love too!

We promise to provide you with all the creature comforts you are used to and enjoy a magnificent place.
