25 km from Cagliari airport and 46 meters from the sandy beach, it is a ground floor apartment, three bedrooms can accommodate up to six people. There are cots, a high chair, beach toys and a beach umbrella.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided on request, for rent for €9 per person. The separate kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, pots and pans. The comfortable living room has a television in Italian. Wi-Fi internet connection is available but not for large downloads. The washing machine and brick barbecue are in the back yard. Free parking.

Private parking, free access to the beach 24 hours. Supermarkets and restaurants within 1100 m serving local dishes and pizzas.

Check-in is from 18:00 or earlier if possible. I accept arrivals at any time. Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Check-in from 6pm or earlier if possible.
Guests between 14 and 70 years old must pay one euro as a tourist tax upon arrival, for the first five nights of their stay.

The water falls gently from the shore and is therefore suitable for small children, there are stones immediately next to the shore. The house is ideally located for visiting most of the breathtaking landscapes of southern Sardinia.

"Our vacation was memorable! A wonderful place, the proximity to the sea, hospitality hosts - all this has left vivid impressions! There are 2 near a supermarket and a children's playground, very comfortable with young children. We got a very great pleasure to stay!"

Fantastic - would highly recommend

Falling asleep at night listening to the waves crashing was so beautiful, that just explains the location, it really is just off the beach. The property is very secure and has off road parking. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and when we asked for more pillows, we got them straight away. Our host Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. He even came to our aid with our parking ticket. This holiday did not disappoint, it was memorable.

perfect stay

The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. There is a really nice beach directly infront of the house which was never crowded and we could have space for ourselves. there is a shop with all the necessities 5 minutes away from the house. To the city centre of Cagliari it is definetly too far away to walk. We rented a car during our stay and it was perfect. Would definetly recommend.

Appena ritornati da una bellissima vacanza in Sardegna. Arrivati purtroppo tardissimo a causa del ritardo dell’aereo,ma Stefano,il proprietario ci ha aspettato senza problemi. Mi scuso e ringrazio ancora Stefano é una persona squisita,gentile colta e discreta. É stato per tutti noi un vero piacere fare la sua conoscenza. L’appartamento é esattamente come descritto,molto spazioso ,funzionale e super attrezzato. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di potere prendere in spiaggia ombrellone e sedie. Quest’appartamento é adatto a famiglie anche con bimbi o coppie o comunque adulti che cercano una vacanza rilassante. Il rumore delle onde vi accompagnerá in ogni momento..bellissimo. La spiaggia é a due passi dalla casa e a circa 500 m si trova la Coop. L’appartamento ha una posizione ideale,in pochi minuti si é nelle spiagge piu belle e si puó raggiungere Cagliari. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Stefano e spero di poter tornare l’anno prossimo. Un saluto da tutti noi. Karin

La maison est très agréable et à 2 pas de la mer. Endroit idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la mer bleu turquoise de Sardaigne.

Klasse Aufenthalt, schöne Wohnung

Unser Gastgeber Stefano war sehr nett und ist uns in jeder Hinsicht entgegengekommen. Die Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub war freundlich und er hat stets schnell geantwortet. Auch während des Aufenthalts war er immer zu erreichen und hat uns die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten informiert.

Lage

Ruhe Oase 🏝️

Das Appartement ist geräumig, 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein großer Bad, Wohnzimmer und Küche, alles sehr gut ausgestattet und durchdacht, Nachtlicht im Bad oder verschiedene Farben von Handtücher für jeden Gast. Draußen waren 2 Möglichkeiten sich abzuduschen was sehr angenehm war nachdem man vom Strand zurück kam 😁. Der Gastgeber immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Das absoluter Highlight war dass man nur paar Schritte vom Strand war🤘. Der Supermarkt war Hight

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Top ist die Strandnähe, der wie das Wasser ebenfalls sehr sauber ist. Tolle Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mein Traumferienhaus

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus in einem von einer Mauer umgebenen schattigen Garten mit Pinien und Oleander. Die 46m zum Strand sind ein feinsandiger Weg, den man auch bei Dunkelheit barfuß gehen kann, um nachts noch zu baden. In 10min zu Fuß oder 3min mit dem Auto erreicht man einen riesigen Supermarkt, in dem man alles bekommt - auch frische Brötchen am Morgen. Wir waren zu einer sehr heißen Zeit dort (43 Grad), da vermissten einige Familienmitglieder eine Klimaanlage. Aber das ist Geschmacksache - ich fand es im schattigen Garten wunderbar und wenn es mir zu heiß wurde, bin ich ins Meer gesprungen. In einer halben Stunde ist man in Cagliari, schön ist auch eine Tour an der Küste zu Felsbuchten. Man kann gut im Haus kochen, was wichtig ist, weil die Restaurants in der Nähe nicht so toll sind.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passés un séjour agréable, a proximité de la plage (plaisir du lever de soleil). Dommage que le commerce le plus proche est en travaux, il semble plus adéquate d'être véhiculé même si le bus passe tout les 20 minutes. Attention aux moustiques très présents.

Haus fast direkt am Strand

Schönes Ferienhaus, richtig nah am Strand. Man bewohnt die untere Etage. Oben war ab und an der Besitzer. Dieser ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen!! Ansonsten waren wir alleine dort. Man kann schön draußen in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto zum einkaufen oder Insel erkunden. Es ist schön ruhig, nur das Meer rauscht nachts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub auf sardinien

Stefano war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sah sehr gepflegt aus und war wirklich groß. Der Strand ist gegenüber von der Wohnung und die Dusche im Garten ist ein Highlight. Falls wir jemals wieder nach Sardinien reisen, dann Auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Unterkunft!
