Bellissima esperienza

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo attico, trovandolo confortevole e arioso, in posizione comoda da raggiungere. La vista che si gode dal terrazzo che sovrasta tutto il golfo è davvero impagabile. Un sentito ringraziamento alla proprietaria, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.

"This is the most fantastic location for an apartment in the Castellammare area that we can think of. The photos do not lie; the 3600 roof top terrace gives a breath taking view of the city and the surroundings. The apartment is nice and cool and equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The owner Vita Alba is the sweetest lady and most helpful and she even made us some nice pastry so we could taste the local sweet-tooth favorites. Our holiday in Castellammare del Golfo was absolutely perfect and we would certainly recommend a stay in Vita Alba’s apartment to others."

"L''appartamento si trova in zona facile da raggiungere e non vi sono problemi di parcheggio. Pratico e comodo e spazioso, non manca nulla ma trattandosi di un attico il punto forte è la visuale di cui si gode dal terrazzo che ti consente di dominare sull''intero golfo, davvero speciale!! I proprietari sono persone ospitali e premurose, assolutamente consigliato per una famiglia di 4 persoe come noi che volesse recarsi ad ammirare le bellezze della sicilia nord-occidentale!"

"Propreté : très bien, même si odeur ds la douche nécessite de la boucher qd on ne s''en sert pas,; Bruit : ascenseur près de la gde chambre peut être gênant de bon matin...cloches...; Environnement : église et commerces à proximité; Vue : superbe sur le golfe, grâce à une gde terrasse (un peu ventée) fleurie en hauteur, avc bel auvent permettant de manger dehors; Equipement : bon, sauf manque grille du four, machine à laver non notée ds l''annonce et pourtant appréciable; Facile d''accès et près des plages, de Ségeste et des bains de souffre, de la Tonnara, de Scopello et de la réserve de Zingaro et ses criques. Pas trop loin de Trapani, d''Erice, de Palerme même. Cerise sur le gâteau : accueil chaleureux : Vita Alba est venue ns chercher en ville, un panier d''accueil ns attendait à l''appartement, avc notamment des gâteaux typiques aux amandes, elle a téléphoné pdt le séjour pr savoir si tt se passait bien, petit cadeau de départ (qui fait passer l''horaire de départ à 9h, un peu tôt pr ns !). Un bon endroit pour un séjour en ville sans la foule et pas loin des plages de sable fin et de sites à visiter. Regrettons d''avoir manqué la fête de la Ste Patronne !"

"La casa è risultata pulita e confortevole, con un terrazzo meraviglioso vista mare su cui poter fare cene romantiche o in compagnia di amici. Nelle vicinanze(raggiungibili a piedi) sono presenti diversi negozi dove poter fra scorta di cibo. Se invece avete voglia di mangiare fuori basta andare sul porto turistico o comunque nelle vicinanze del castello per trovare ristoranti dove cucinano ottimamente il pesce. La posizione della casa(Castellamare del Golfo)è strategica perchè permette con brevi sostamenti di visitare tutte le bellezze paesaggistiche e culturali che questa parte di Sicilia offre. Infine un ringraziamento alla proprietaria e al figlio (che ci ha accolti in prima battuta), che si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili. Alessandro e Francesca"

"We have spent a lovely holliday in the appartment and found everything we needed. The owners are very nice people and did even arrange transfer from the airport. The plane had a delay of three hours which meant that they had to come and get us in the middle of the night. At arrival we found fruit, bisquits, coffee etc. at our disposal. Beautiful view from the terrasse at the sea and the mountains."

"L''appartement est très agréable, calme avec une terrasse au dernier étage de 360 degrés, nous avons pu profiter d''une vue magnifique sûr la mer, la montagne et le village. En plein centre ville nous étions près des commerces, cafés, restaurants, et bars. L''acceuil fût chaleureux, nous avons même eu l''occasion de faire des pizzas maison chez les propriétaires. "Nice appartment (penthouse) with a huge terrace with excellent views. It''s not in the center of Castellemare, so you need 30 minutes to walk to the harbour, where the restaurants are. We preferred the bbq on our ''own'' terrace. We had some severe stormy weather begin september, which caused a lot of noise at night. Ask the owner if they changed the double-matrass, we couln''t sleep on it. The shower is not much, it should be renewed with a simple new tube. All together: a fine appartment, not to much luxury, just a good starting point to Segesta, Scopello, San Vito, Erice etc."

"El entorno , no es bonito - más bien decadente, como gran parte de las construcciones en Sicilia que aún no han sido remozadas-y queda muy alejado del centro neurálgico, en el puerto. El alojamiento es digno. "We stayed at this beautiful apartment during two weeks in July and it was one of the best vacancies in our lives. First of all we still impressed of the hospitality and unobtrusive care of the apartment owners who really tried to make our stay the most comfortable and full of fantastic impressions. And of course about the apartment-I think it's one of the best place in Castellammare because of it's situation and magnificent terrace -the huge space of 360 degrees with beautiful panoramic views to the mountains, sea and Alcamo. Over there we were really happy to find water source, beatiful flowers, comfortable dining group, deck chairs and of course Barbecue!!! Being situated on the top of one of the highest buildings in Castellamare it gives the opportunity to feel a kind of privacy when you are sitting at the terrace. The apartment is clean and it has everything you may need while having a rest-modern TV, air-conditioner,comfortable beds, towels, dishes etc...Even equipment for the beach that you could put to the car and freely discover not touristic but really beautiful beaches on the way to Vito lo Capo or near Marinella, Seulenute. The apartment's location in the town is incredibly close to the shops of all kinds and to the ancient center. So thanks to this apartment and personally it's owners we felt ourselves in Castellamare absolutely free, happy and well cared this year."

"It is a nice apartment o...

"It is a nice apartment on a good location. Because it is a penthouse on the 7th floor you are not much hindered by the city noise. The completely around terrace offers fantastic views over the sea etc.; it is a comfortable place for having meals and sunning until the sun goes down behind the mountains. Good equipped stores are near, e.g. Sisa supermercato has nice prepared Italian food. The owner is very friendly and helpful, despite of the language barriers. All basic equipment and even basic provision appeared available and the owner served us some delicious pastry. If you want to rent the apartment only ask if the double mattress is renewed; it appeared worn out. The town is lively and has nice restaurants (e.g. Al Burgo) who especially serve all kinds of fish, the landing is in the morning in the harbour. In the environment beautiful excursions are possible, e.g. to Greek excavations. "

"Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebund gibt es einen schönen Strand, den man zu Fuß erreichen kann, nette Bars und einige Kilometer entfernt einen schönen Naturschutzpark und schöne Strände.Leider kann man von dort keinen Sonnenuntergang sehen, da die Sonne hinter einem Berg verschwindet."
