great family friendly location for skiing

The property was wonderful. Many dining options were within walking distance and we never left the area during our trip. We will likely return to the Westgate for future Canyon's trips.

Beautiful views and fabulous balcony

We really enjoyed our stay . Because of the pandemic we felt safe but around and distanced from others as we enjoyed our breakfast and dinners on the balcony . It was really refreshing to come to the mountains and the hikes were great .

Terrific Stay

We stayed here for 4 nights over New Years’ Eve. It is literally footsteps from the slopes and was so easy to get the kids to ski school without the normal stress. The free shuttle to Park City was basically on demand even during this busy season and the heated indoor/outdoor pool was nice for our break day. The condo was plenty big for a family of 5 (three small kids). Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Condo

Very nice, cozy unit in a wonderful resort with friendly employees. During this pandemic, it's good to see thorough cleaning and disinfecting of many areas (esp lobby), reminder signs on elevators (Masks & distancing), etc - offers feeling of some level of safety and relief. thank you Westgate Resort. and thank you Mark for sharing your beautiful unit.

Nice Suite in a Resort

The suite ("villa") is on the top floor of the Westgate Park City. It's no different than renting a room at the resort other than being cheaper than resort prices. Guests get all the amenities and check in at the front desk, just like the other resort guests. The suite is in excellent shape with great views, plenty of space for a small family, and high ceilings. The pools and hot tubs are nice and comfortable even on the coldest days/nights. Two pieces of advice are to take a little time to get to know layout of the resort and to make restaurant reservations if you are there in one of the high seasons. Regarding the former, each of the Westgate buildings connects on a different floor or floors, so it will probably take some walking and multiple elevator rides to get where you are going. But if planned right, exiting from the correct door will probably put you close to where you want to be.

Super convenient

Location is absolutely key when skiing with kids (and a wife who is being a great sport coming skiing when she would rather be at the beach!). The facility that this condo is located in has a ski valet that delivers your skis to the gondola each morning as well as a locker room to leave your boots/helmet in after a day on the slopes. There is a huge indoor/outdoor pool, an adult only indoor pool and various hot tubs. The condo itself is clean and has everything that you need. Be aware though, that unlike most other VRBOs I have stayed in there were no condiments or cooking oil etc in the unit (I assume this is perhaps a requirement of the facility management rather than the owner). It wasn't a problem for us however. Other folks mentioned that the master bed was too firm - my wife and I thought it was perfect. I actually wish I had that bed at home! We really enjoyed the convenience of this property for skiing. I would definitely stay here again and most likely will. The skiing in Park City is truly world class and accessing it is easy when staying here.

We have been going to Canyons for a few years now with the kids and love the location. We had a bit of a hiccup with the unit one night and the property manager was more than helpful. Will stay again.

Great property!

We stayed in this room for 4 nights and it was just as described. We are a family of four and we were very comfortable during our stay. Our two teenagers were comfortable on the queen-size pull out and the vaulted ceilings on the 9th floor made the room very spacious. The balcony had a great view of the mountain, the pool and tennis courts. My only recommendation is that you bring a wine opener and a cell phone charger and a that you can plug into an electric socket. We are used to traveling to hotels that have USB alternatives and don't travel with electric chargers anymore. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable,

Great location

For the price, it should be updated. However, it was clean, nice and staff was overwhelmingly friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Also had a shuttle to take u around town. Loved the vaulted ceilings in our condo.

Wonderful Condo with Great Views, Location and Amenities!

This condo has an open, well put together floor plan, with high ceilings and stunning mountain views from every room! It feels spacious, airy and very comfortable. Full sized, well equipped attractive kitchen with traditional full pot coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. Full set of knives, but we did not see a cutting board. Very nice balcony off the great room, with table and two chairs. Views of pool, tennis court, basketball court from balcony, in addition to great mountain views. You can hear the sound of the waterfall from balcony. At night, the large pine trees outside the window are lit up, giving ambience. The bed is EXTREMELY comfortable and luxurious! The linens, comforter, pillows are great quality! My wife and I had the best, restful sleep here. Private large hot tub/jacuzzi off the bedroom was very relaxing! There are plenty of towels. The washer and dryer worked well and very convenient, right off the kitchen in closet. Really great ventilation in this unit. The condo never felt stuffy after taking a shower or using the clothes dryer. This condo is in Canyon Village, which is a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature and mountains as well as shops and activities. We could walk outside our door and get right on hiking trails on the mountains behind the resort. An enjoyable burger restaurant/bar is attached to the resort and super convenient. The staff at this resort were very friendly, helpful and professional. Initially, when checking in at the resort, the front desk did not have confirmation from the owner of our reservation. Although we had our VRBO confirmation #, the resort still needed to receive a separate confirmation directly from the owner. We had a live chat of the situation through VRBO website and they were able to help us contact the owner and the owner then provided the resort with confirmation of our reservation. All was well, the owner was very gracious, and we would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Wonderful memories made here

My husband and I came as a ski vacation. We had an amazing time. It was super quiet where we got really restful sleep on an amazingly comfortable bed. The owner was quick to respond to us and our inquiries. Really clean rooms and kitchen. Definitely would book here again!

Just a lot of construction

Very nice, just noisy over the Labor Day weekend. Construction nearby and on street entrance was a downside but will be remedied one day pretty soon.
