Schöne kleine und praktikable Wohnung direkt an der Piste

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 11 und 15 in den Faschingsferien in Belleplagne. Die Wohnung ist sauber, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Lage mitten im Skigebiet, direkt an der Piste ist einfach perfekt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin hat einwandfrei funktioniert und war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank:)

Appartement bien situé

Une arrivée tardive à cause de la circulation. Notre arrivée fût un peu chaotique. Si vous ne connaissez pas la station et que vous arrivez tard, vous devrez vous débrouiller seul. Un peu compliqué quand on vient de faire 14h de route. L'appartement est très bien situé. La propreté est moyenne. L'aspirateur inutilisable, c'est dommage quand c'est de la moquette Au Sol. Heureusement que nos amis étaient juste à côté et que l'on a pu leur empreinté leur aspirateur. La salle de bain n'était pas super propre. Nous avons dû nettoyer la baignoire avant de prendre une douche. Pas très riche en vaisselle.

Very good place

A nice place to stay at two persons. The localisation in Aigue Marine building is excellent, close to the center and shopping place but also on the slot, one of both side of the residence, this is perfect. One of the strengths of this appartement is the owner. Very nice and reliable person, easy to discuss and get answer to any question you could have. If you are looking for a not too expensive appartement in the strategic place to be, this is the good one.

Séjour très agréable

Logement bien situé sur les pistes et parking facile d'accès. Idéal pour un couple, peut-être un peu petit pour 4 personnes. Dommage que la cuisine ne dispose que de 2 taques de cuisson, par contre le lave-vaisselle est un vrai plus. Le logement était propre et un petit nécessaire de cuisine était présent (huile, vinaigre, sel et poivre).

Lovely Apartment, great location!

This is a lovely apartment and the contact with the owner was great. I just like to mention that the Agency for key collection never replied to any questions and also wouldn't hand out the keys as agreed from 2pm. We arrived early as we drove over night from the UK and would have loved to get into the apartment a bit earlier but there was no way. If the last clients have to leave by 10am and have already cleaned the app. as agreed, what is the hold off to let the next people in after 18h on the road. The window in the living room is really draftee as mentioned before, so would need some repair and the app. is north facing but this is the only thing we could fault for the apartment itself. We also wanted to give some advice regarding the parking, as we couldn't get any information beforehand. The lower covered car park is high enough for a normal estate car with roof box, even that it says 1.95m height restriction. So you can definitive book a space there if you like to park really close. I'm not sure about the total height if you come with an SUV and roofbox or any higher car but it's worth checking with the car parking office. As we didn't know if our car would fit into the covered parking we booked a space down at Bellecote as it is outside and you can use the free gondola up to Belle Plagne. We still drove into the covered parking to unload but then moved the car, as already booked. I hope that helps. Would stay there again!

Belle Plagne Fév 2022

Beau studio avec Balcon, nous étions 3 (2 adultes et ado de 17 ans) à y séjourner. Le casier à ski en bas de la résidence est top, pratique! L'appartement est bien équipé aux pieds des pistes bleus qui descendent à 4 remontées mécaniques (Colosse, Arpette, Blanches & Belle plagne) et qui donnent accès aux sites de la pagne centre ou vers les arcs via l'Arpette! Dans la salle de bain, on aurait apprécié un support de pommeau de douche pour se doucher de manière plus confortable. Attention le stationnement est pas évident, on a du stationner sur le parking (payant) de la montée vers Belle Plagne haut et ce n'était pas pratique pour décharger et charger la voiture car il fallait traverser la piste. Il y a un parking sous terrain mais nous n'y avons pas eu accès. La dame qui s'occupe du rendu des clés nous confiait que cette année c'était pas évident l'accès. bon ce n'est pas ça qui nous a empêché de passer un super séjour!

Logement très agréable idéalement situé pour le ski

Logement très propre, pratique, avec une déco "montagne" sympa et surtout avec une situation idéale pour le ski. Pistes de ski au pied et commerces chaleureux à deux pas avec un environnement sans voitures puisqu'elles sont garées dans les parkings sous les pistes et résidences. Très bien pensé ! On peut profiter d'un grand domaine skiable tout en étant logé dans un petit village respectueux de l'environnement naturel .
