Un petit goût de paradis

Maison propre et fonctionnelle, correspond à la description. Le spa est super (manque peut-être la notice de prise en main). Bonne communication (par téléphone) avec la personne avant et pendant le séjour avec la personne qui s'occupe de la location. Tous les soirs nous avions droit au superbe coucher de soleil en face de la terrasse et à la visite d'une famille de sangliers très dociles. On recommande !

I proprietari gentili e disponibili. Siamo stati 3 settimane a luglio.La casa è ben attrezzata e dalla terrazza si gode di una vista spettacolare sul mare e sul tramonto. Il mare di costa paradiso è principalmente di scogli ma molto accessibile anche per i bambini e con colori magnifici. Nelle vicinanze si trovano spiagge di sabbia anche riparate in base alla direzione del vento. Ottima vacanza. Consigliato

Alloggio comodo e confortevole, la vasca Idromassaggio una “chicca” meravigliosa usata nel tardo pomeriggio oppure verso le 10 di sera contemplando le stelle. Proprietario e personale molto disponibile e gentile. Un piccolo appunto sulla doccia, erogava poca acqua e sulle pulizie della terrazza. Vista strepitosa ma purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di cenare o pranzare per la presenza di vespe. Ci tornerei

Villa vue mer avec jacuzzi privé

À notre arrivée tout était prêt même jacuzzi en route la maison est vue sur mer vraiment bien aménagée rien à redire. Nous avons seulement vu l'homme d'entretien du jacuzzi chaque matin 5min pas dérangeant. Les clés étaient sur la porte et retour pareil. Bien localisé pour vue et baignades mais à 1h minimum des grandes villes. Ça roule bien. Marché tous les matins à algheiro. Nous recommandons resto ostreia antica.

Séjour à Costa Paradiso

Logement tres agréable avec vue magnifique sur la mer et grande terrasse couverte dans un environnement propice à la détente et à la nature préservée. Nous avons apprécié la visite des sangliers presque domestiques qui sillonnent le parc résidentiel en toute liberté. La plage de li cossi se mérite mais est de toute beauté. Adresse à recommander pour une visite en Sardaigne.

Im Großen und Ganzen ok

*Schöne Terrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick auf´s Meer und die bergische Landschaft. Schöne Momente mit Sonnenuntergängen. *Auto unbedingt notwendig, denn nichts ist wirklich fußläufig. Auto fahren ist sehr anstrengend, da die Straßen sehr kurvig sind. *Das Meer und die Buchten sind überall der Hammer. Klares Wasser, sehr warm, toll zum Tauchen und Schnorcheln. *Das Wetter heiß *Einkaufen sollte man in einem großen Supermarkt. Nicht den in der Costa Paradiso wählen, denn der ist total überteuert!!! *Die Wohnung war ok. Wir waren zu viert, 2Kids (11 und 8), Mama&Papa. Leider gab es keinen persönlichen Kontakt, so dass die Anreise bzw. das Finden der Wohnung etwas schwierig war. Die telefonische Beschreibung war aufgrund schlechter Verbindung nicht gut und sogar fehlerhaft - falsche Richtungsangabe, statt rechts wurden wir links geschickt. Es war zu dem bereits dunkel und in der Costa Paradiso sieht fast alles gleich aus. Also auf jeden Fall eine besser Wegbeschreibung geben lassen (schriftlich). Ansonsten war die Wohnung im Großen und Ganzen sauber. Ausreichend ausgestattet. *Spülmaschine war defekt. Hatte es direkt am 1 oder 2 Tag gemeldet. Haben dann dennoch 2 Wochen spülen müssen. War für mich ok, aber dennoch keine Art und Weise gar nicht zu reagieren und jemanden zu schicken, der es in Ordnung bringt. *W.-Pool war sehr dreckig, aber funktionsfähig. Habe mit den Kids ne Putzaktion draus gemacht, damit wir ihn auch nutzen konnten.

Bellissima la casa. Stupenda la vascaidormassaggio al calar del sole! Da non perdere!

Un’esperienza unica in un posto unico. Di Sardegna ne ho vista, ma Costa Paradiso è sicuramente una metà unica ed indimenticabile con il suo scenario roccioso a picco sul mare. Da non perdere sicuramente un drink in piazzetta Maya al Baraonda. Provate e capirete. Un saluto Gianluca

Beautiful location house would benefit from a few things.

This house is in an absolutely beautiful location! Costa Paradiso is a self-contained resort community that had several restaurants and small shops. Monica who checked us in was very gracious. The house has a lovely view and the sunsets were great from the porch. The house itself is nice but was lacking several things that would have made the stay better. It was not well stocked with basic things like toilet paper (only one partially used roll) no kitchen soap or dishwasher soap, quite old and VERY tiny towels, no wine opener or colander, etc. None of these things were a big deal but each added up and they would be small things that could really improve the stay. The shower drained so slowly that you had to turn the water off midway to let it drain or you'd flood the bathroom. The lack of air conditioning was more of a problem than we had expected as it was quite warm and we really couldn't leave the windows open in the evening/night as there were so many mosquitoes. There are ceiling fans in both the bedrooms at that helped significantly. The beds are comfortable and it is very quiet. There is no wifi but we had fairly decent internet via Vodafone. One thing to keep in mind was that the jacuzzi is not a hot tub as we might think of it in the U.S. I think it it meant to be used to cool you down in the hot afternoon rather than sit in in the evening as it is not warm and we were told not to adjust any of the settings when we arrived. It was fine and nice to cool down in but not what we were expecting as we had hopes of sitting in a warm hot tub watching the sunset. All in all it was a nice place but a few improvements would make it a great place.

Nous avons passé 15 jours sur la Costa Paradiso. Des sites de baignade très nombreux, pour tous les goûts, du sable, des criques ... Super Quant à la nourriture, les restaurants, les agriturissmo, les fêtes de village, génial. Des prix très attractifs. Je recommande vivement

Confortevole, tranquillo e pulito

Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di luglio 2017, siamo una famiglia con due bambini piccoli (2 e 4 anni). La casa è confortevole, permette di mangiare all'aperto (con vista mare stupenda) è molto tranquilla ed è dotata di vasca idromassaggio..piacevole ristoro dopo una giornata di sole e mare. Lo spazio esterno permette ai bambini di giocare all'aria aperta in un ambiente abbastanza sicuro (sono presenti alcune scale). Il tutto è immerso in una cornice fiorita in mezzo alla natura: unica piccola critica un po' troppe formiche che popolano terrazza e giardino, però sicuramente consigliabile!

casa perfetta luogo affascinante

La casa è inserita nella vegetazione, seppure compresa in un villaggio di tante abitazioni la privacy è garantita. Bellissimo cenare in veranda con vista mare e tramonti mozzafiato. L'arredamento è delizioso, funzionale e completo. Cucina completamente accessoriata. All'esterno tanto spazio pavimentato: alle bambine piaceva giocare in giardino/solarium, all'aperto dove non mancavano "visite" di animaletti vari (tutti innoqui e simpaticissimi). La vasca esterna con idromassaggio è la ciliegina sulla torta. Siamo stati benissimo, bambine di 7 e 9 anni entusiaste. Nei dintorni tante spiagge (molte di sabbia ideali per bambini) e tanta offerta di escursioni alle isole degli arcipelaghi corso e sardo. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane eccezionali.

La location de Susi est très agréable La maison est exactement comme sur les photos et elle est très bien située la terrasse permet de manger dehors des le matin et les couchers de soleil sur la mer sont superbes et vous font rêver. Située en bout d'une série de maisons de trois, la terrasse donne sur le bois et sans vis à vis donc très pratique Le cadre de vie est magnifique et on est entièrement dans la nature Nous conseillons vivement cette location et Susi est toujours disponible pour vous aider.

Wohnung und Lage wie beschrieben. Gegend sehr schön und ruhig. Zum Allgemeinzustand des Ferienhauses: Sauberkeit ganz ok. Ausstattung vorhanden, aber teilweise defekt.Whirlpool funktionierte nicht (Heizung). Keine Reparatur trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation. Für uns ärgerlich denn das war ein Kriterium für dieses Haus. TV ging auch nicht, was uns aber nicht störte. Hatten schöne Abende auf der Terrasse.

Fantastica soluzione! Appartamento comodo, tenuto benissimo, arredato finemente ... Fuori splendido terrazzo, una vasca idromassaggio nel verde, per relax completo dopo il mare...in piu' uno spazio dietro la casa, con barbecue e giardino, per godersi la privacy nel silenzio. Consigliatissimo!!!

un paradiso per davvero

Siamo arrivati in tarda serata in questo posto meraviglioso. Si intravedevano nel buio della notte tutte le case illuminate in questa costa rocciosa, a picco sul mare. Al risveglio, aprendo le tende della veranda, ti rendi veramente conto della bellezza del posto e della favolosa vista mare che ti offre la casa. La casa, con ampio soggiorno collegato con una porta scorrevole in vetro alla veranda, ti da la possibilità di cenare fuori con vista mare guardando comodamente la tv. Le due camere sono piuttosto grandi, come il bagno, il tutto condito da un arredamento semplice e carino. Scendendo dalla veranda si arriva ad una terrazza in giardino dove si puó usufruire della vasca idromassaggio esterna riscaldabile fino a 35*, una vera chicca per il dopo cena. Il posto offre numerosi locali e ristornati, per consumare dall'aperitivo alla cena e finire dopo cena con un po' di musica dal vivo e per i piu' giovani discoteca fino alle 5 di mattina in agosto. Un' esperienza da provare, un "paradiso" da vivere. Consiglio vivamente.

"La casa è comodissima, facilmente raggiungibile, tranquilla (anche se inserita in una comunità molto estesa e molto popolata), con una splendida vista e spiagge davvero mozzafiato nei dintorni (nel raggio di 10/20 minuti di macchina)perfettamente tenute con strade asfaltate praticamente fino al mare. Una vacanza davvero incantevole."

"Logement très confortable mais terrasse un peu bruyante car juste au dessus de la route. Problème d''insonorisation des maisons, on entend de l''une des chambres les voisins quand ils vont au toilettes ! Beaucoup de maisons dans ce complexe style "village de vacances", mais les habitations sont bien intégrées et la verdure et les fleurs rendent l''endroit très agréable. Belle vue sur la mer et magnifiques couchers de soleil. Un bémol :une seule plage sur place, par contre beaucoup de plages magnifiques à environ 10/15 km. Equipement ok mais des saladiers dans une autre matière que le plastique seraient appréciable. Accueil sympathique de Matteo."

"Casa ideale per trascorrere una vacanza immersi nella natura e nel relax. Durante il ns. soggiorno non abbiamo riscontrato rumori fastidiosi ne dai vicini ne per il passaggio delle auto, anzi abbiamo trovato Costa Paradiso una località molto tranquilla anche ad Agosto. La casa è dotata di tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Da segnalare la necessità di auto al seguito per qualsiasi tipo di spostamento (spiaggia e per raggiungere i negozi in centro). "La posizione della casa e'' perfetta per godere piacevolissimi momenti all''aperto e tramonti incantevoli. Si consiglia l''uso dell''auto per spostarsi e provare le tante spiagge nei dintorni. Alloggio accogliente, grazioso e comodo. Suggeriamo alla proprietaria qualche accessorio in più: pentole, tazze, padelle non graffiate. L''anta del frigo, girata al contrario, e'' veramente scomoda!! "La casa e gli spazi esterni sono molto confortevoli e la vista è eccezionale. Siamo ospiti esigenti e i nostri consigli per una casa perfetta sono: - ripulire le fughe del vano doccia e inserire possibilmente un nuovo piatto doccia; ottima la tendina da sostituire spesso; - sostituire lo spazzolino del water; - sostituire la coperta matrimoniale macchiata con un''imbottita leggera bianca come nella stanza doppia. Per il resto tutto ha funzionato a meraviglia, inclusa la gestione in loco del geom. Bianco."
