The apartment is located on two levels. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a livable balcony with a panoramic view. that allow a panoramic position and silence to each apartment. The Club house and the small playground for the little ones are surrounded by greenery.The two doormen guarantee assistance and continuous control.The tennis court is in clay and has perfect maintenance.The boarding for the islands is one km away. The village is equipped with large and small markets, restaurants and bars on the seafront and a rich municipal bibbliteca and an aquarium. Orbetello is 4 km away and is the center of local nightlife. 8 km away, in Ansedonia, there is a beautiful park They are visible in the Spanish Forts area.

Argentario nel cuore

Vacanza al mare con famiglia. Location super, vista mare impareggiabile. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Si potrebbe migliorare con materassi e guanciali più confortevoli. Grazie anche a Roberta per aver prontamente risolto un piccolo problema idraulico. Torneremo senza dubbio.

Traumhaft schön

Die Wohnung ist urtümlich, aber mit allen modernen Geräten ausgestattet, insbesondere auch die Küche. Die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage ist sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeberin hat uns per Video zur Wohnung geleitet, der Empfang dort war herzlich und freundlich Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Berg in einer kleinen Anlage mit einem großen, sehr gepflegten Swimmingpool und einer kleinen Gaststätte. Gelegenheit zum Baden im Meer gibt es auch in der Nähe. Unübertrefflich und wirklich traumhaft ist der Ausblick vom Balkon der Wohnung auf das Städtchen und die die blaue Meeresbucht, den man ohne Pause genießen möchte. Wir haben dies jeden Morgen ausgiebig beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon getan. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. DANKE!

Traumhafter Ausblick

Die Woche in Lauras Wohnung haben wir sehr genossen. Die Küche ist unter anderem mit einer Geschirrspülmaschine, einem Induktionsherd, Backofen und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Das Internet funktionierte ohne Probleme. Zu Fuß läuft man ca. 10-15 Minuten zum Hafen und kann dort abends essen gehen.

Ottima struttura, consigliatissima!

Appartamento posizionato sulla collina con una bellissima vista sul golfo. Soggiorno molto ampio ben arredato con grande finestrone che da su un terrazzo più che sufficiente per mangiare all'esterno e godersi la vista. Cucina attrezzatissima, non manca niente. Essendo in due non abbiamo sfruttato la piccola cameretta, la camera padronale invece è molto ampia e dotata di armadi spaziosi e un'efficiente ventola per chi come noi non ama l'aria condizionata. Sarebbe necessaria qualche revisione qua e la, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le strutture idrosanitarie. Al comprensorio si accede in auto attraverso una strada a tratti un po' stretta e ripida, ma a piedi sfruttando alcune scalinate in dieci minuti si arriva in paese. La proprietaria è gentilissima e prima dell'arrivo fornisce molte indicazioni utili e affidabili. Consigliatissimo senza riserve. Andrea e Cinzia

appartamento molto confortevole, ben posizionato per prossimità a tennis, piscina e ristorante del complesso, spazi interni proporzionati e ben sfruttati, il soggiorno è ampio e ha una vetrata luminosa sul terrazzo coperto, con bellissima vista sul golfo e arietta deliziosa. La cucina è attrezzata anche per soggiornare periodi lunghi, la dotazione della casa in qualche caso è un po’ migliorabile, ma adeguata ad una casa in affitto. Check-in della proprietaria denso di consigli validi. Il complesso è un po’ sopra il paese, in linea d’aria è piuttosto vicino al centro, a piedi seguendo la strada ci si mette un po’, ma se non si temono le scorciatoie con gradini e passaggi ripidi, bastano dieci minuti. Cameretta relativamente piccola, con letti di dimensione ridotta, adatti per bambini. Camera matrimoniale ampia con anche ventola e zanzariere per chi preferisce evitare il condizionatore, quando si riesce. Consigliato!

property was very good and accurately reflected in your website. However the owner did create proble

property attractive and well equipped. super view from the balcony. Access by car not too easy. our 4 wheel drive was a bonus. However, on arrival, the owner insisted on a deposit for power usage. this was not mentioned in the website conditions. i already left a deposit with HomeAway against damages. i also paid an excessive fee for the laundry of linen. when i asked for wifi the owner said it was not in the contract. i later checked the website and found it had been changed, for example pets not allowed, although i had paid for pets. I would return to the apartment again but not with this owner. it would be better if the conditions on your site are complete, or that the owners are aware of the contract details.

Wir waren eine Woche in Lauras toller Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Besonders gut haben uns der Balkon mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und das Gebirge und der tolle Swimming-Pool gefallen. Wir waren quasi nur von Italienern umringt und mussten uns mit " Händen und Füssen" verständigen, aber gerade das hat uns auch gefallen.Laura war sehr zuvorkommend uns hat den Kontakt zu einer Werkstatt hergestellt, weil wir eine kleine Reparatur an unserem Auto vornehmen mussten. Mille grazie Laura! P.S. Das Einzige, was zum völligen Glücklichsein gefehlt hat: Sekt-und Weingläser!

Wonderful apartement!

We stayed in the apartment with 2 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything you need to have is there. The master bedroom and the living room have air conditioning which we appreciated a lot during our stay in August. The swimming pool is large and a parking place is available.

Superbe appartement!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le superbe appartement de Laura, sur 2 niveau, extrêmement calme, très propre, très bien équipé. Vue incroyable sur Porto San Stefano, accès très rapide en voiture depuis le centre et le port. La grande piscine très bien entretenue, surveillée, toujours au calme, est un vrai plus. Ainsi que le cours de tennis. L'ensemble de la résidence est très propre. Seul petit "hic" : le manque d'eau (forte sécheresse durant notre séjour) qui a entraîné quelques petites odeurs dans la salle d'eau du bas (d'où la petite étoile en moins). On trouve de petites plages de sable à 5 minutes en voiture. Et quelques petits "bijoux" gastronomiques à proximité. Encore merci à Laura pour sa gentillesse, pour son français qu'elle parle très bien, ainsi qu'au gardien toujours disponible et d'une grande gentillesse.

Splendida vacanza

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per una settimana in questo bellissimo appartamento. La casa e' come si vede nelle foto del sito, molto pulita, con una cucina super accessoriata, un balcone molto spazioso con una vista mozzafiato. All'interno del residence c'è una piscina molto bella e pulita. Inoltre molto apprezzato il posto auto riservato. Ideale per famiglia con 2 figli. Lo consiglierei tranquillamente ai miei amici. Esperienza da ripetere anche per la bellezza dei luoghi.
