壮大な海の景色。 徒歩10分未満の岩のビーチへのプライベートアクセス。 レジデンスでのテニス。
専用駐車スペース。
広いリビングルームには、2つのダブルベッドルーム（1つはダブルベッド、もう1つは閉じたメザニンに80 x 200の2つのベッド）と2つのシングルソファベッドがあります。
2つのバスルームがあり、1つはバスタブ付き、もう1つはシャワー付きです。
キッチンは小さいですが、リビングルームとは別です。
最後に、マリネッラ湾に10席の大きなテーブルのある美しいテラスがあり、海を一望できます。

Très bien situe divan lit à changer et beaucoup de bruit la nuit du à la discothèque et du au fait

Très bien situer vomme dans l annonce hôte très bien divan lit à changer air conditionné souhaitable vu que discothèque à proximité et qu il faut ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit vu la chaleur

Schöne Wohnung nur leider nicht ganz ruhig

Absprache mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Leider sind zwei der vier Betten nicht mehr die besten, aber trotzdem alles in allem sehr Empfehlenswert. Ruhige Lage, nur Nachts teilweise lärm durch Partylocation oder Nachbarschaft in der Nähe. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört und würden wieder kommen😊👍

UN BEL SOGGIORNO IN SARDEGNA

La casa è davvero bella, si ha un'ottima vista, ed è molto confortevole; Sergio e sua moglie sono due persone molto disponibili, per qualsiasi cosa. Dal vivo rende molto di più ed è ottima sia per le famiglie che per un gruppo di amici, a pochi metri si trova anche la spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi e nel villaggio vicino c'è anche un bar e un ristorante. Ottimo soggiorno che consiglio.

Enjoyed a few days in this perfectly located apartment with breathtaking views.

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for a few days with my girlfriend last week and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment is ideally located between Olbia and Porto Cervo (15 minute drive from each) and only five minutes away from Porto Rotondo and the idyllic beaches of Golfo Aranci. The apartment is located in peaceful little condominium surrounded by the typical mediterranean vegetation which offers direct access to a little private rocky beach through a small path (5 minute walk). The apartment is spacious and clean with six comfortable sleeping spaces and two bathrooms. It offers all the necessities and more available (including beach towels, coolers, beach bags, beach umbrellas...). There is a small but well equipped kitchen available ideal for making breakfast and other meals. The highlight of the apartment is without a doubt its breathtaking views of the gulf and the Mediterranean sea from the living room and from the beautiful terrace. The terrace is equipped with a large dinning table perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view for hours. The atmosphere and view was so nice that (rather than searching for fancy restaurants with views) on most nights we decided to enjoy delicious homemade dinners on the terrace along with a nice bottle of Sardinian wine. I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone and will definitely return to the same place the next time I visit Sardinia!

"La casa è esattamente come nell''annuncio, anzi migliore dal vivo. Il luogo in cui si trova è ottimo sia che vogliate passare una vacanza tranquilla, che se vorrete essere vicini ai locali più in della Costa Smeralda. Noi eravamo 7 ragazze e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Inoltre la signora Rosa è molto cordiale. Non vi resta che prenotare!"
