Lovely little house in the fields

Our stay on the island and in the house was great. We loved the terrace looking out on the fields (having morning sun), the great location (just a 5-10 minute scooter ride to Es Pujols, San Frances and La Savina) and the simple but nice, clean and comfortable house with all kitchen equipment you might need.

Perfect location and nice room, host not super friendly

The room was clean and spacious, in the perfect location to reach all parts of the island. We loved the quietness and the rural setting. The host wasn't the most helpful, and we would have appreciated to find soap in the bathroom and also if he had left a couple of coffee pods for the Nespresso machine for breakfast

Super Gite in pretty countryside

Perfect host in Miguel, who was always quick to respond from booking to arriving at property to respond. He dealt quickly with air conditioning small issue, resolving issue immediately. Property is in a more rural setting but this was something I enjoyed having peace and serenity to appreciate the gite and enjoyed cycling back up through nature. It is slightly uphill for those cycling so be aware. The property was immaculately clean and great facilities, one of which washing machine and outdoor shower were a much needed addition after days on beach. The property has everything needed and helped me enjoy Formentera at its very best and most beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e, anche se piccolo, con tutti i comfort.

L'appartamento è in campagna in cima ad una collinetta, zona silenziosa e ventilata, da cui in poco tempo (10/15 minuti in moto) si raggiungono tutte le spiagge. Formentera ha mare e spiagge stupende.

Me ha encantado, está un poco como escondido, pero ya al llegar es pura paz, en las noches se ve el cielo espectacular, ideal para quien le guste la tranquilidad, es súper fresco, mucha naturaleza, es una casa privada.. en fin nos ha gustado mucho… muchas gracias

Perfect stay

Nos encantó el estudio, tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones en la isla, y cuenta con una locación perfecta. Zona silenciosa y lejos del centro de San Ferran pero a la vez muy cerca, en 3 minutos conduciendo llegas a todo lo que necesitas.

Hemos estado muy a gusto! Miguel es muy amable. Está todo muy limpio. El espacio se encuentra en medio de la naturaleza y lo hemos encontrado muy relajante. Hay lavadora y plancha.

Basic but nice appartement

Very quiet surroundings, and main beaches only 10 minutes away. House is divided into 2 small apartments, but you won't barely take notice of your neighbors.

Everything we needed and wanted

This little apartment was exactly what we were looking for in Formentera! We stayed here for a week of our honeymoon and wanted a good home base for all our island explorations. We wanted to be able to cook most of our own breakfasts and the kitchen is well-appointed for that and more (and there's outdoor furniture to eat on the patio!), the bed was large and comfortable, and there are outdoor chairs that we pulled out into the little yard to stargaze with some wine at night (the apartment is far enough away for most of the light pollution from nearby towns to be filtered out). We rented a scooter for the week so everything was easily accessible (we hit almost everywhere on the island at some point, and nothing was more than a 20/25 min ride away, with the nearest restaurant being walkable from the apartment), but we were also able to get away from everything at night. We came to love driving back through the back roads to our little home. Miguel was friendly and responded very quickly, and also recommended a couple of good restaurants. Absolutely recommend this apartment if you're looking for something that's not a hotel on one of the main town streets during your Formentera stay!

Con ganas de repetir

Ubicación ideal para moverse por toda la isla.La casita perfecta para lo que necesitamos,tal cual las fotos. La atención de Francisco y su hijo muy buena. Sin duda volveremos. Solo una sugerencia. Podrían dejar gel de manos, algún rollo de papel de WC y aunque fuera una o dos bolsas de basura. Son cosas que no acostumbras a tener que comprar cuando viajas.

Básico e Bom

Embora básico e pequeno, para nós foi ótimo! Limpo, renovado, com o essencial no interior e no exterior. Praticamente a meio da ilha, todas as distâncias são curtas e adequadas para se deslocar de moto. Alojamento típico da zona, básico mas acolhedor.

Tranquilidad total

La casa está en medio del campo y es una monada. En la mitad de la isla más o menos. Cocina, salón y dormitorio en una misma habitación muy bien aprovechada. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar (batidora, sarténes, ollas, tostadora...) El porche está muy bien a partir del atardecer para picotear o cenar Los dueños fueron muy atentos a todas nuestras peticiones, nos orientaron sobre playas o donde comprar y nos permitieron hacer check-in horas antes de la hora oficial, lo cual fue un gran favor. El único pero fue la ausencia de productos de limpieza: había cubo y fregona pero no lejía o limpiasuelos, Hay lavadora pero no detergente ni suavizante. Y un solo rollo de papel del wc para 8 días.

Eine kleine Wohnung,weit ab vom Trubel mit einem schönen Blick über Formentera und nur ein paar Minuten (auch gut zu Fuß errreichbar) vom Wasser entfernt. Wer Ruhe sucht,ist hier richtig.

Peaceful, cosy hideaway

A friendly cosy place to relax. The place simple, efficient and comfortable. Peaceful surroundings and lovely view over the fields. Good location to reach all parts of the island. We rented bicycles to get around - which was perfect. Miguel the friendly owner helped us to the best location for renting and the best supermarket.

"Es un citio precioso cada uno puede vivir una vacacìones en completa tranquillidad y paz con la naturaleza. Casa super bonita en italiano un "BON BON" muy cerca a todo y utilizando la bicicleta de verdad tu vas a olvidar el tiempo. Tambìen Miguel y su madre son personas tranquillas y rispectosa de tu "tiempo". El piso està limpio ...cada cosa en su sitio y nada demasiado o demasiado poco...y la teraza te pone en contacto con el paesaje.... es un citio donde me gustarìa regresar...sin dudas"
