Séjour agréable.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour mais un peu déçu par la distance pour accéder à la première plage de sable. Nous avons vraiment apprécier la tranquillité du quartier ainsi que l’appartement avec sa terrasse à l’étage.

Nous avons été satisfait, le calme, la plage à proximité et pouvoir laisser notre ados se balader en toute sérénité. L'appartement nickel.

Communication excellente avec l hôte. Appartement propre et soigné. Petit bémol : manque de petit materiel de vie courante comme torchons, sac poubelle , savon etc...

Estupendo y tranquilo

El apartamento está fenomenal y cuidado con esmero. Dispone de un solárium donde ves el mar y en la zona se puede respirar tranquilidad . Lugar idóneo para desconectar. Las calas que hay cercanas ,son muy tranquilas y sin aglomeraciones. La dueña muy atenta y pendiente de nuestra llegada para que todo estuviera preparado. Lo único negativo es que para aparcar, y sobre todo, durante los fines de semana donde acude más gente , es tarea complicada.

Lovely apartment and location

Maria's apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Nice balcony and sun terrace with views out to sea. Communication with Maria was excellent throughout and would definitely consider staying again and recommending to others.

Superbe solarium !

Nous avons passé un séjour extra dans l'appartement de Maria. Coup de coeur particulier pour le très agréable solarium qui offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. Quartier très calme dans la journée. La résidence est plus animée le soir avec les familles qui sortent de leur appartement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le quartier, excentré de l'agitation du centre de Torrevieja. Par contre pour les sorties nocturnes voiture indispensable et stationnement dans le centre très difficile. En revanche facilité de stationnement près de la résidence. Merci Maria pour cette location, votre gentillesse et la facilité de nos échanges (en français ça facilite beaucoup les choses.) Nous aurons grand plaisir à revenir !

Super séjour

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, très jolie residence, fleurie et très propre, calme tout près de l'eau. Le seul regret c'est de ne pas avoir pu lire le soir sur le solarium car pas d'éclairage. L.appartement est fonctionnel, quelques dysfonctionnements sur certains points ( pommeau de douche casse, ampoules grillées et table sur terrasse abîmée) mais rien qui n'a gâché nos vacances. Nous reviendrons !!!!

Séjour très reposant dans un quartier tranquille. La plage est à 50 mètres. Possibilité de faire des randonnées le long de la plage. Maison idéalement équipée. Rien ne manque. Petit restaurant espagnol à 50 mètres.

"Petit appartement coquet et fonctionnel,dans un complexe résidentiel agréable dans l''ensemble,à quelques pas de la mer.Très bon contact par mails et téléphone avec une propriétaire très agréable qui nous a fourni photos et documentation.Dommage que les plages soient trop réduites par rapport à la capacité estivale de la ville. Sinon séjour bien appréciable."

This apartment is superb for a leisurely golfing trip, and is near many championship courses including Villamartin and Las Ramblas. Our development is set among luxury mansions, just three villas away from the ocean. You can enjoy a drink on the balcony, breathe the sea air and hear the waves as you watch the yachts sail by!
Torrevieja is a Spanish working town which is ideal for a beach or golf holiday. We are on the outskirts, about ten minutes drive from the centre. There are many beautiful sandy beaches and tourist attractions along the coast as you head towards town, which has a Marina, a seafront promenade, many wonderful restaurants and great shopping. The modern yacht club, water sports, diving, water parks, boat trips, and clean beaches are delightful. The working salt mine and huge natural pink and blue coloured salt lakes are beautiful and health-giving, being rich in minerals and reducing humidity.The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine per year at 24 degrees.
Other Activities: Large colourful local market on Fridays.
