Responsive host. Beautiful property (impeccably maintained and clean). Heavenly pool and terrace.Location is outside of the village core: super peaceful for great sleeping, great stargazing, a pleasant 10-15min walk to the village centre, on quiet paths. Lots of restaurants, a bakery open in the morning and a convenience store are located on the Main Street. Fabulous market in town on Fridays. Hiking in the Alpilles is easy right from the house! Was perfect for us and we’d be delighted to come back.

We stayed here for a week mid July with our 2 daughters. We were swept away by the gorgeous views of the alpilles. The girls loved the large swimming pool which had nice sunbeds and parasols to relax. The garden was perfect and beautifully tended around the house with an abundance of flowers. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quietness, while still being close to the village with its nice bars and restaurants. We would love to come back!

Lovely secluded Villa - a stones throw from the prettiest village

Wonderful location at the foot of the Alpilles , yet within walking distance of the beautiful village of Eygalieres. Eygalieres is a delight! Warm and welcoming, with many good restuarants , bakery, butchery, grocery shop, fromagerie and newsagent. The market on a Friday morning is one of the nicest in the area. St Remy is only a 10-15 minute drive away. The villa has everything you need for a very enjoyable stay, and is quaint with its decor and furnishings. We didnt dLots of lovely added extras - books, films, cd's, internet, barbecue - as well as some wonderful art work on the walls. The gardener pops in quietly to clean the pool and tidy - very unobtrusive. is very private and secluded from the one and only neighbour! The views are amazing, and the walks in the area are to suit all abilities. We would thoroughly recommend the villa to anyone who wants to just get away from it all!

Warning!

It was a short, awful and expensive stay. When we arrived to the house there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the entire house, dirt, dead insects, and old garbage. We called the owner and she apologized and offered us either a cleaning or a full refund. We chose a full refund, as a cleaning would not be sufficient to remove the solid stench. Therefore we were forced to leave the house immediately. Afterwards the owner has refused to give us our money back and accuses us for making up the problems and have acted in bad faith. NEVER go there or trust her :(

Dishonest clients. AVOID HOSTING THEM, THEY WILL ONLY MAKE TROUBLE BY CLAIMING FAULT WITH YOUR PROPERTY AND ASKING FOR A REFUND. They clearly did not intend to stay at my house but having made the reservation they could not cancel without forfeiting their payment. So to avoid that, they went anyway, stayed an hour - enough to lift table cloths and sofa covers to find no more than 3 dead insects, some paint on the skirting board (not dirt), plant some papers in the rubbish bin to show the house hadn't been cleaned and claim the house smelled strongly of smoke so they could not stay there (my house has a 'smoker friendly' policy - why did they not check this before making the booking?) My local associate, non-smoker herself, said there was no smell of smoke on check-in - she would have noticed. She went over to the house with 2 other property professionals to check on the state of the house and found the clients had planted 'proof of dirt' to photograph and claim the house was uninhabitable. I have never once had this unhappy situation in all my 15 years with Abritel, guests usually love the place and write fulsome reviews. These clients seemed to be out to make money by claiming a refund on the strength of a bogus complaint. I did not give them a refund due to the evidence third parties discovered of their fraud. Beware this family, they might not be professional scammers but they are dishonest.

This was our second Holiday in this beautiful House (Family with two Kids, 15 and 19). We particularly like the beautiful and quiet location on the outskirts of the village, close to the Alpilles and surrounded by olive fields. Eygalieres is a charming and beautiful place, ideal for many trips. The check-in was easy and fast and a contact person lives directly in the village. The house is clean and very well equipped. The air conditioning works well, the bedrooms are equipped with fans. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The pool is fantastic and is very large and clean. The communication with the owner Anne was very friendly and pleasant. We have already been to many holiday homes in the south of France and think the price / performance ratio is very good. Those who like the real Provence will love it here. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic villa in Eygalieres

We had a wonderful week at this lovely villa in mid June. We could not have been happier. The house is really well equipped and very comfortable. The pool area is lovely and we had a great time with our extended family here for the week. We cooked a lot, as we had a toddler with us and the kitchen had everything we needed. The walk into the beautiful town of Eygalieres is 15mins and the market on Friday was great fun. I couldn't recommend the villa more highly...... We loved our stay and hope to return soon
