The Ownership of this Holiday Home rents exclusively through the most important Platforms and manages Reservations directly, so Availabilities are constantly updated (it is not necessary to ask for confirmation before making a reservation).

Holiday home with a living area of ​​approximately 50 m2, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
It is ideal for a couple, a family with two children/teenagers, or singles.

In our fenced property of approximately 1000 square meters in total there is also another holiday home.
Each has a space of approximately 500 m2 available for exclusive and independent use.
They only share the main entrance to the car park, so one does not disturb the other.

The holiday home is located in the tourist area of ​​Porto Pino, part of the municipality of Sant'Anna Arresi (SU), which is approximately 5 km away.
We are located in the Province of 'South Sardinia', on the south-west coast of the island.
It is possible to reach us via the Cagliari-Elmas airport which is approximately 90 km away, via the port of Cagliari which is approximately 100 km away, or via the ports of Olbia, Porto Torres and Golfo Aranci.

The Holiday Home is immersed in a forest of 'Pine' type trees, so it remains particularly cool in the summer.
Just 30 meters away is the natural beach of 'Porto Pinetto', followed on the right by a series of beautiful coves, until you reach the natural beach of 'Cala su Turcu'.
While in the center of Porto Pino there are the 'First Beach' and the 'Second Beach', both equipped, followed by the presence of the 'Dune di Is Arenas Biancas'.
Then in the immediate vicinity of Porto Pino there is the natural beach of 'Su Portu de Su Trigu'.
The natural beaches can undergo morphological variations depending on the storm surges at any time of the year and are never subject to human intervention.
The equipped beaches, which also have free spaces, can undergo human intervention with the aim of improving their aesthetics for tourist purposes.
Between the 'First Beach' and the 'Second Beach' of Porto Pino there is a beach reserved for 4-legged friends.

In the center of Porto Pino there are also various activities, such as a market, parapharmacy, ATM, tobacconist, souvenirs, fishing items, bar, ice cream shop, restaurant, pizzeria.
There are also bicycle, dinghy and quad rentals.
It is also possible to organize boat and horseback trips.

In the surroundings of Porto Pino it is also possible to visit other beaches, archaeological sites, mines, museums, caves.

NOTE:

Pets are allowed.

The total cost of the reservation includes electricity, water, gas, waste disposal, and final cleaning.

The total cost of the reservation does not include sheets and towels, which can be brought from home or rented from us for €15 per person (for the entire stay).

Check-in is by appointment starting at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, at a time agreed upon with the guests, which may vary at the mutual request.
Depending on the needs of the guests and the property, check-in can also be done remotely.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
It can be delayed at the guests' request and approved or not depending on the property's needs.

Reservations/transactions are not made outside of the platforms, as their regulations prohibit it.

Reservations are accepted exclusively from May to October.

Guests who cancel a reservation for reasons not provided or invalid are blocked by the system.

Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.
