Great stop over

My partner and I ….and our two dogs had a great stop over here during our Spanish road trip . The property is very comfortable and well equipped . The garden is also secure if you have doggies. Silvia and her husband are lovely and helpful. Highly recommended.

Chouette location à Padúl

Location propre et bien entretenue. Situation très pratique entre Grenade, montagne et mer. Extérieurs très sympas avec piscine très agréable et vue sur les montagnes. Les loueurs sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Au rang des petites déceptions, un intérieur très sombre et mal éclairé, de nombreuses mouches et chiens alentours pouvant déranger le sommeil. Une literie vétuste ainsi que certains équipements. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour, nous recommandons cette location surtout pour sa situation carrefour.

Relaxing Holiday

Relaxing holiday. Beautiful home from home in lovely location. Well equipped and exceptionally clean. Ideal location to visit Granada, The Alhambra, short distance away. Coast 45 minutes away, recommend Nerja Burriana Beach, ideal for all ages. Thank you Silvia and Antonio for your help and hospitality.

A very relaxing family week

We had a great week here. Its a great place to relax. The house is very comfortable and clean and well maintained with everything you could need. The garden is lovely with great views towards the Mountains but also very private and secure. The pool is really nice and deep, which was great for us but maybe not for very small children. The house is on the edge of town amongst small holdings and a few other properties, so although its quite private, you're never far from other people. 20 mins to Granada (Alhambra and the MASSIVE Nevada shopping centre). About 40 mins to the beach and an hour from the High Sierra Nevada by car. There are plenty of shops in Padul. You can walk about a mile in to town but most people drive as it's so hot. The Owners are lovely. They are very helpful and friendly and welcomed us with produce from their allotment. They do not really speak English, but that's not a great problem as they are very patient. Google translate was used once or twice. We felt a week was not enough for the five of us (two adults, two teenagers and a 9 year old). A great place to relax through the August heat while near to everything you would need. Thank you Silvia and Jose

Propriétaires très accueillants qui font leur maximum pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Merci encore pour tous ces bons fruits et légumes offerts et spécialité locale. Maison où il fait bon vivre et piscine au top !!!! Ne changé rien, c'est parfait.

Charmante maison, avec une jolie piscine et un beau jardin

Nous avons à nouveau passé une très bonne semaine à Padul. Nous étions déjà venus en 2017 et étions contents de revenir dans cette charmante maison. Silvia et José sont très accueillants, et disponibles si besoin. Merci à eux. La maison est charmante, notamment au niveau de la propreté irréprochable. C'est très agréable. La piscine et le jardin sont agréables, nous y avons passé de très bons moments. Emplacement idéal, proche de Grenade, de la Sierra Nevada et des Alpujarras. Et pas trop loin de la côte si on veut aussi profiter de la mer. Je recommande vivement cette location.

One week stay in July 2019

We found Sylvia and her family very welcoming. The house was very well equipped, comfortable and the outside space including pool was excellent. Having air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room was really appreciated. The property allows an easy walk into the town, which is ideal, as well as the town being within easy reach of Granada, Mountains & Coast. We thought this was an excellent rental and would highly recommend this to any one else considering visiting this lovely area of Spain.

Beautiful private property

We had a great stay in this beautiful property. We went in early May for 2 weeks. The hosts are excellent, very friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Always available if needed, but also have us space and privacy. The outside space is excellent, drive, pool, garden, outside seating and cooking area, all very spacious with beautiful flowers, plants and trees. It is a real highlight of this property. The inside is well equipped and bedrooms are spacious all with a large amount of storage. The kitchen is modern has a full size oven, stove and dishwasher. Fridge and freezer both good sizes. Living area has a large and modern tv system and two small sofas. The rooms all have air con which we didn’t use as we stayed in late spring. Well stocked towels, linens and blankets. Washing machine is available at is modern and clean. Overall property had everything we needed and felt very private. It has beautiful views. Easy reach of Granada, Sierra Nevada and the coast. Padul town itself has several bakeries, supermarkets and bars in easy reach. We enjoyed visiting several parts of Granada and the surrounding areas. Thank you Silvia and family for making us all feel so welcome.

Das Haus wurde uns in sehr sauberem Zustand, aber mit deutlichem Tabakrauchgeruch übergeben (dass es ein Raucherhaus ist, steht allerdings in der Beschreibung). Garten und Pool sind gross und schön, die Umgebung ruhig und Silvia und José Antonio sehr freundliche und grosszügige Gastgeber - herzlichen Dank!

Fantastic villa in a superb location!

We spent 2 lovely weeks at Silvia’s villa. The location is perfect. 15/20 minutes drive from Granada and around 30 minutes to the coast. And a 10 minute walk to the bars and cafes in El Padul. The pool and garden area are immaculate. It’s nice to have a grassed area for the kids to play on when they aren’t swimming in the pool. The pool has steps at one end and the far end is deep enough for an adult to dive into. The outside area is not overlooked at all and is very private. Inside the villa is very comfortable. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The beds were comfy and 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a/c. Silvia was the perfect host. She lives next door and never intruded yet was always there if we needed her assistance. The family were kind enough to share some of their beautiful home grown produce with us too - delicious! We would definitely return to this villa - we had a perfect holiday!

VACACIONES MARAVILLOSAS!!!

Hemos pasado una semana del 23/6 al 30/6 en "Casa Paqui" y en primer lugar quiero felicitar a sus anfitriones Silvia y su marido por la atención recibida y por la gran casa que teneis, esta totalmente equipada, muy cuidada y limpia y con todas las comodidades. El patio espectacular, el césped muy bien cuidado, una gran zona de barbacoa y una piscina de vértigo, muy cómoda y con unas vistas a la montaña que hacen que todo el entorno sea perfecto. La casa ademas de estar en una zona donde puedes desconectar totalmente del bullicio y la rutina diaria, a la vez esta muy cerca del pueblo de Padul, que incluso se puede ir andando y no mucho mas de 15/20 minutos de Granada capital, todo con muy buena comunicación. Buscábamos relajarnos del estrés diario y si señor, lo hemos conseguido y con creces. Si dios quiere, el año que viene repetimos, porque han sido unas de nuestras mejores vacaciones.

Superbe

Nos vacances ont été fabuleuses Grace a la location de José Et sylvia tant par l'équipement intérieur (chambre cuisine climatisation...) qu'extérieur (balançoire transat barbecue) Et la piscine ! Elle est très grande Et propre grâce à José qui passe régulièrement pour l'entretenir mais sans qu'on s'en aperçoive il est très discret. La maison est également très bien située pour visiter grenade + l'alhambra + la sierra nevada + l'alpujara + malaga + almunecar + désert de tabernas... ce qui ne gâche rien et qui est très agréable c'est le beau temps et la chaleur ! Mais tout est fait pour la supporter sans la subir avec la climatisation dans la maison Et un porche ombragé avec un carré d'herbe fraîche. Un grand merci à José Et sylvia pour tout !

Séjour très agréable dans la location de Sylvia et José Antonio

Nous avons passés une semaine idéale dans le gîte de Sylvia et José Antonio. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement avec en plus une grande disponibilité de leur part avant même notre arrivée. Nous remercions une nouvelle José Antonio pour son aide précieuse lors de notre problème de véhicule. La location est encore plus belle que sur les photos, la location est idéalement située pour visiter Grenade, Sierra Nevada... La proximité du centre de Padul est appréciable pour s'y rendre à pied. De très bons conseils pour les visites et sont très attentifs au bien être des vacanciers (légumes du jardin, vin de pays.....) Nous recommandons très fortement cette location en plus d'un tarif très raisonnable pour les prestations de la location (clim, piscine, tranquillité, espace....) Merci encore à Syliva, José et son Padré :) qui ont participés à la réussite de nos vacances

Maison très agréable et propriétaires très sympa!

Le logement et les prestations sont conformes à la description. C'est très mignon, calme et super agréable. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Et merci pour l'accueil avec des légumes du jardin, des oeufs frais et même des bonbons pour les enfants ainsi qu'une bouteille de vin pour les parents. Muchas gracias.

Casa espectacular

Une oasis au pied des montagnes

Nous avons loué le gîte de Silvia à la fin du mois de Juillet 2016. Quand nous sommes arrivés à Padul, Sivia est venue nous chercher pour nous conduire au gîte.Silvia et Jose Antonio nous ont très bien acceuillis, notamment avec des légumes et oeufs frais. Ils ont su se montrer disponibles pendant tout notre séjour. Le Gîte est plus beau que sur les photos ; il est propre, bien entretenu, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût ; il y a également tout le nécessaire pour passer un super séjour. La magnifique piscine a su faire le bonheur de tous (2 adultes et 4 enfants). Le jardin est luxuriant : une véritable oasis au bas de la Sierra Nevada ; le spectacle y est magnifique la nuit ou quand le soleil se lève. Le plus de ce gîte est la présence de 3 climatiseurs qui permet de se rafraîchir dans n'importe quel endroit de la maison. Le wifi est tout simplement parfait. Le gîte est parfaitement situé à 10 minutes en voiture de Grenade. En conclusion, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Padul, avec des propriétaires accueillants, très sympathiques, et qui ont su préserver notre intimité. Nous recommandons ce gîte et nous remercions Silvia et Jose Antonio de leur accueil.

Es una casa de los mas bonita y cuidada con un jardín súper cuidad y espacioso .L a piscina es grande y bien cuidada el agua esta buenísima .Sus dueños son realmente atentos ,cuidan todo asta el mínimo detalle .La casa es espaciosa y acogedora totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias, las habitaciones son estupendas y el mobiliario es muy cómodo y prácticamente nuevo .Silvia y Antonio viven en el mismo pueblo y están atentos a cualquier cosa que se necesita , nos regalaron huevos frescos ecológicos y productos de su huerta , todo riquísima . Realmente la calidad de la casa en general es muy buena repetiría sin dudar un saludo Silvia y Antonio

Todo se confirma al llegar alli...amabilidad, confianza, casa amplia y limpia con todo lo necesario (por poner alguna pega que cuesta, solo falta algo mas de luces y pensar donde poner ese armario traicionero del baño), piscina perfecta, jardin de ensueño, el porche de lujo (solo las moscas y mosquitos intentan estropearlo pero eso es inevitable y ademas no lo consiguen); vistas a la montaña preciosas, la tranquilidad total teniendo el centro del pueblo a 10 min andando, mirar todas esas estrellas de noche tumbados en las hamacas es un lujazo. Granada a un paso, la playa a media hora, alpujarras a tiro. Y ese regalo de bienvenida de los huevos recien puestos, los tomates y albaricoques del huerto, todo buenisimo. Lo dicho....de 10. Muchas gracias a Silvia y Jose Antonio por ayudarnos a que tuvieramos toda la familia (niños incluidos) las vacaciones que esperabamos y necesitabamos.

Nos vacances en Andalousie

José et Maria sont des gens charmants qui nous ont accueillis avec un grand sourire et se sont montrés très arrangeants avec nous (une famille avec trois enfants). Un accueil chaleureux. En ce qui concerne la maison, rien à redire non plus, idéalement placée l'annonce ne ment pas, 10 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre Grenade, tout en bénéficiant d'un cadre agréable et calme. Nous sommes ravis de cette semaine en Andalousie et des bains de soleil que nous avons pris au bord de la piscine... :) Je recommande fortement!

Superbe location

Vacaciones perfectas

Hace escasas horas que hemos tenido que dejar El Rincón de Paqui y... ya lo estamos añorando, que maravilloso!!!! Las vacaciones se pueden calificar de perfectas, si a las fantásticas instalaciones de la casa unimos a sus propietarios, Silvia y José Antonio, nada puede fallar. La casa es un auténtico remanso de paz, antes de llegar no te imaginas el oasis que se esconde tras sus muros... todo un palacio nazarí para disfrutar en familia. Pero como comentaba anteriormente lo mejor es la calidad humana de sus dueños, desde el mismo momento de nuestra llegada nos hemos sentido como si les conociésemos de toda la vida... grandes personas!!!! Si alguien quiere conocer Granada, disfrutar de unas vistas maravillosas del Mulhacen y moverse por la zona... que se venga al Rincón de Paqui. Gracias familia!!!!
