Ideally located for the old town

Plenty of space and in the in heart of the old town. A bit of a mixed blessing as there could be noise from nearby bars/restaurants.Host could not have been more accommodating.

Great location in te Monumental Area of Pontevedra

The host greeted us to give us the keys directly so she could explain in more detail some of the things we needed to know about how to utilize some of the appliances as well as where things specifically were since we had a few questions before arriving as I needed strong/reliable internet as this was a working vacation during our stay. The internet was fantastic and depending on which endo of the property you were going to be you could have more than one person or multiple devices be used without any drop in service. So for anyone who needs to work this is an ideal spot to be. On the other hand there is much noise off the street where this property is situated so at certain times of day and night when people are out and about you can easily hear conversations from the walkable area just outside and below as this property is on the 2nd floor above. The windows can be easily shut to block out the noise or you can simply go into one of the three separate bedrooms to be more private. there was full size refrigerator as well as washing machine along with ample area to dry your clothing. Since it rarely gets hot here even during the summer with occasional rain, our clothes dried quickly. Nice option to have but there is a lavanderia very close by next to the Supermercado a block away with an easy walk if in a pinch. Highly recommended spot and will definitely want to stay here again when returning in the future. If you bring a car you can safely park your car nearby 9/day.

Una estancia perfecta

Mi familia de cinco personas hemos estado 5 días hospedados en el piso de Pilar para conocer las rias bajas y la experiencia no ha podido ser más positiva. Pilar muy simpática y atenta, hasta nos recibió con productos de su huerta. Super céntrico y frente a una explanada para aparcar gratis. El piso amplio y muy limpio, lo que es de agradecer. Y con todos los servicios. Lo recomiendo de todas todas.

Apartamento amplio y confortable, con una ubicación en pleno casco histórico de Pontevedra.

Fuimos de vacaciones familiares de corta estancia. El apartamento muy bien situado en pleno casco histórico, rodeado de bellas y bulliciosas plazas, pero a pesar de ello no había prácticamente ruido gracias al acristalamidnto doble. Piso amplio, cómodo, con todas las comodidades incluidos lavavajillas. No faltaba detalle con cocina bien equipada. Respecto al aparcamiento fue muy sencillo, con una amplia explanada gratuita al otro lado de la ría, escasos 300 metros. Supermercados muy cerca, hay uno a escasos 50 metros. La dueña muy agradable y simpática

Nice and clean and great central location

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with modern appliances and also very spacious.Although there were only two of us the apartment could easily cater for 6 people.Pilar and her husband were very nice and came to meet us as we got a little lost in the maze of alleys in the old town.The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the heart of the beautiful old town, beside the meat and fish market, the museum (which is excellent and free)and there is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away.There are any number of bars, tapas bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.There are a few bars right beside the apartment which only open at the weekend and can be open into the early hours but we didn't find the noise a problem.All in all, a nice, clean, modern apartment ideally situated in a beautiful, historic, Galician town

Bonito apartamento

Es un apartamento cómodo y muy céntrico. Limpio y bien aislado para dormir, ya que está en plena zona de copas. Tiene un gran salón y la cocina es práctica. Hay de todo. La dueña es muy, muy amable. Dos pequeñas recomendaciones. Seria necesario algún enchufe más en la cocina y una silla o perchas en las paredes o puertas de las habitaciones para colgar ropa. Gracias.

Hemos estado en el apartamento una semana, dos adultos y tres niños. Está decorado con gusto, es cómodo y acogedor. Dispone de todo lo necesario para estar como en casa. En la proximidad hay panaderías, supermercados, y el mercado de Pontevedra.Se encuentra en pleno casco antiguo de Pontevedra, y eso supone que puede haber algo más de ruido en la calle que en otras zonas apartadas...sin embargo, eso queda compensado con creces por el hecho de estar dentro del bellísimo casco histórico de Pontevedra, para mí la gran desconocida de Galicia. Es un primero sin ascensor. Perfectamente situado para visitar todas las Rías Baixas y Santiago. La propietaria muy amable y a nuestra disposición para todo lo que necesitáramos. ...En fin, perfecto. Muchas gracias por todo, Pilar, y hasta otra ocasión.

Un apartamento muy bien situado

El apartamento es tal como aparece en el anuncio y lo encontramos muy limpio y preparado. Pilar nos recibió muy amablemente y nos facilitó nuestro alojamiento. Nos gustó mucho la zona muy cerca del mercado - esplendido en pescado y marisco - y la bellísima zona monumental de Pontevedra - llena de calles peatonales, plazas y terrrazas por las que pasear y tomar algo - que no conocíamos y nos sorprendió gratamente. Disfrutamos mucho tambien pasenado en bicicleta por la magnífica ribera del rio, a unos minutos de la casa. Tuvimos muy buen tiempo y Pontevedra fue una excelente base para visitar O Grove, La Toja, Sanjenjo y las Islas Cíes. Un alojamiento muy recomendable.

La ubicación es perfecta ...

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer las Rías Baíxas, en pleno centro de Pontevedra rodeado de plazas preciosas. El Mercado de abastos está en la calle de atrás. Aún siendo un piso antiguo, está muy bien cuidado,reformado, limpio y no le falta detalle en cuanto a utensilios. Las fotos se corresponden a la realidad. Aunque se menciona en el anuncio el tema del ruido, no ha sido problema para nosotras pues tiene ventanas que aislan perfectamente y no es un gran problema. Y por último destacar la formalidad y la amabilidad de su propietaria. Si volviera a Pontevedra no dudaría en volver a alojarme aquí. Y por supuesto lo recomiendo para todo el que lo lea. Saludos!

"An exceptional apartment - newly modernised, and exceptionally spacious and well-equipped. It is beautifully situated in a quiet road off a plaza in the pedestrianised old zone in this really nice town. (Think about earplugs on Friday and Saturday nights, but it is a quiet road the rest of time). The owner, Pilar, is very accommodating and patient. All in all, it is perfect – one of the best apartments we have ever rented anywhere."
