Villa for 5/6 persons, with private swimming pool, in a very quiet residential area in Bolnuevo, 500 m from the sea, 5 km from Puerto de Mazzarón.

Villa of 90 m2, living room 23 m2, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

Secured home with automatic gate and space to park one or two vehicles. The grounds are fully enclosed and paved.

Small covered terrace in front of living room.
Large terrace of 80 m2 with grill and garden furniture.

Additional terrace upstairs.
18 m2 swimming pool, secured by locking gate.

1 bedroom with a double bed, shower and dressing room.
1 child bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 captain bed, plus numerous closets.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

Baby cot available.

Kitchen: induction stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, iced water dispenser. Washing machine in the basement.
51 cm flat screen TV.

Traditional Villa walking distance from shops cafes and the beach

This traditional Spanish villa has been a loved home and still has everything you could need for a relaxed holiday. Easy walk to cafes and the beach. The local Spar shop is very well stocked with good prices. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great location

We stayed for 3 weeks over the Christmas holidays with our 2 big dogs. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and 20 min to nearest official dog beach (playa canina), although at this time of year it’s quite relaxed. There was a gravel area to the side and rear of the house where the dogs could do their business. Although the pool was covered on our arrival, the owner and management were quite happy to take cover off for us. Of course the pool was cold at winter but very refreshing after a long walk along all the local beaches. The house was well equipped and we were grateful for the heater and blankets in the evenings. We enjoyed bbq:ing and sitting in the sun on the patio areas. The owner and management company responded well to any issues that cropped up despite it being the holidays.The proterty is not overlooked at all, because the plots next to it are empty, but this looks as if it will be under development in near future.

Maison tout confort,entièrement clôturée pour ceux qui ont un animal de compagnie.Yolanda très sympa et réactive(problème d'eau réglé dans l'heure). Juste un bémol pour la plateforme qui n'est pas très claire sur les tarifs et conditions d'accueil des animaux de compagnie.Mais les propriétaires doivent aussi avoir des surprises de leur côté. Manque de clarté.

Ganz gut, aber pool war die erste woche sehr trüb. Einfahrt für ein grosses auto ist zu schmal zum reifahren. Ansonsten modere haushaltgeräte, nur kein deutsches fernsehen.

vacances réussies

maison agréable propre très bien placée, on a été bien reçu par Yolande. Par ailleurs pas d'ombre du tout au niveau de la piscine. Nous avons apprécié les 15 jours passés dans la maison nous reviendrons certainement.

Fijn huis in rustig gelegen buurt

We hebben een fijn verblijf in het huis gehad. We hebben wel een parasol gemist bij het zwembad. Het 2-persoonsbed was goed maar met een afmeting van 150x190 cm wel wat aan de kleine kant. Communicatie met de beheerder/eigenaar verliep ook prima.

Les + : piscine sécurisée, maison bien équipée, espace extérieur pour manger, terrasse dégagée, entrée/espace pour voiture, maison entièrement clôturée, drap/serviettes propres et à dispo, arrangement propriétaire pour heure départ, proche plage/supérette (Dia). Les - : manque transat (2 transats pour 4), peu d’espace autour de la piscine, vis à vis côté piscine, pas de climatisation (mais ventilateurs), douche bouchée (mais déplacement d’un plombier très rapidement), vaisselle parfois pas très propre, barbecue non nettoyé, poubelle de déchets proche barbecue non vidée

Villa très confortable

Villa très confortable, quartier calme, vue sur la mer et la montagne. Cuisine très bien équipée. Les prestations sont de très grande qualité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et profité de la terrasse et du barbecue. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location !

Espléndida casa para un relax total

Situada en Bolnuevo, zona tranquila y cerca de las playas, incluso de una de las playas caninas que posee el Ayuntamiento de Mazarrón (hay tres). Muy bien equipada y con mobiliario de calidad. La casa es fresquita y la piscina está en zona de seguridad con puerta para evitar que los niños entren sin vigilancia. Algo que nos llamó la atención fue que el colchón de la cama de matrimonio parecía como nuevo. Esperamos volver en octubre ya que nos lo hemos pasado muy bien. Recomendable.

Belle Maison au Calme

Belle maison dans un cadre très agréable. La proximité de la mer est un plus. Maison très bien équipée, on ne manque de rien sauf la climatisation... Propriétaire très sympathique et également très disponible! Nous recommandons cette maison pour les familles!

Nous sommes une famille allemande. Nous n`avons eu aucun problème avec des langues, parce que Mr. Sanchez peut parler francais, espagnol et un peu anglais. Les 3 langues ainsi que mènent au bu.Tout était parfait dans et autour de la maison. Nous reviendrons certainement. ---> It`s a perfect house for families. Everything is there, the pool is great, and Mr. Sanchez french, spain and a little bit english. The combination of all 3 languages makaes you understand everything. We will surely go there next year

Mer et montagne dans un superbe environnement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie petite maison. La plage est magnifique et pas trop fréquentée : il y a de la place pour tout le monde. Nous avons fait de nombreuses promenades dans les alentours : au parc naturel de Las Moreras, entre Bolnuevo et Puerto de Mazzaron, du côté des forteresses de Cabo Tiñoso. Un autre point à ne pas négliger : le coût de la vie est bien moins cher qu'en Belgique, surtout dans les restaurants et au marché du dimanche. Un bon plan assurément!

Superbe villa dans magnifique environnement

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette magnifique villa qui correspond parfaitement aux attentes quand à sa description. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Les balades aux alentours sont toutes aussi belles et la plages à quelques centaines de metres à pied! Rien à redire!
