Location Location Location!!!

You really can't beat thw location. Just 15min away by foot from the Bergmannstrasse, one of Berlin's coolest streets in my opinion.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host and his colleague were most helpful and the location is excellent for public transport. The apartment is clean and has all facilities.

Amazing stay

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Situated in a great neighborhood, close to a few parks, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport connections. The apartment is clean and well equipped.

A real home from home

As soon as I walked in, I loved it. Paola was really helpful and patient with my limited German. Great location, with plenty of shops, eating places, open space, etc nearby. Easily accessible for tourist spots too. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. I could have happily just moved in then and there!

Easy stay

This is a very easy apartment to stay in. It's location is excellent, the kitchen was great, the bed comfortable. Only downside was that the wifi was a bit sluggish. But overall I recommend staying here. It's a good price for Berlin and a good place to stay.

Great stay

The apartment is spacious, pretty, and clean. The neighorhood is very convenient, with S-bahn and U-bahn within walking distance. There are several grocery stores nearby (take your pick: Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) as well as cafes, restaurants, and shops. Viktoria-park is a relaxing place to stroll.

Comfortably homely

3 months in a perfectly positioned apartment with lift everything you need and Bergmankriez Victoria park and Yorckstrasse all just a few minutes away. Hope to be there again.

Great location and homey feeling!

We had such a great time in Berlin! The apartment was comfortable, very well kept and in a great location. (The laundry was a plus too) In walking distance to a grocery store, bars and restaraunts and a super sweet park with goats and a waterfall. There was also an awesome cafe and ice cream shop right around the corner.

Solid Apartment, better for longer stay

Solid apartment, very spacious, super clean and nicely outfitted. Neighborhood is safe but just not maybe as convenient as others - longer walk to S-Bahn station and close by bus route isn't very direct. Probably more ideal for a longer stay that my short 4-day vacation. Would be a nice place to use as a base for an extended work trip.

Local Apartment in Berlin

The apartment was pretty nice, liked that it had a balcony.The bed was very firm so if you like that sort of thing.I found getting in to the apartment a bit of a challenge, there was confusion when to meet and get the keys. i also don't have whats app and the only way to call the person was on whats app. So i found that wasn't very helpful.The location was great, a 5-10 min walk through the park you came to a street that had lots of restaurants and shops.There was a grocery store 5 mins away and a local shop next to the apartment.I would definitely stay here again if we were in Berlin

Wonderful few days

The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was easy to utilize and had everything I needed. Photos online were accurate. Neighborhood has 3 grocery stores in walking dis and a couple parks as well. Away from the city center but still had restaurants etc nearby.

Very comfortable apartment in great residential neighborhood

Massimo’s apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, easy walking distance to grocery stores, the bike path, playgrounds, and and Viktoriapark in Kreuzberg. This is Massimo’s personal apartment, and is therefore has a full complement of dishes, cutlery, cooking appliances, cleaning supplies, and fast internet. There are 2 very comfortable beds (one in the bedroom and one pull-out bed). The windows are modern and do a good job of muffling any street noise. We got responses to all of our questions within minutes! Very highly recommended.

perfect spot in an incredible city

next to Viktoria Park and the cafe/shopping of nearby Bergmannstrasse it was so conveninent to Foot paths and public trans. do not miss the Berlin Teck Museum at 12 minute walk. Italian food directly across the street delicious!
