A very nice small house in a beautiful place

We had excellent time there - the house was clean and well equipped, garden nicely arrange and kept, beautiful surrounding, and the host very friendly (welcoming us with oranges from their own plantation, wine and local treats).

Nice holiday location in Capo Ferrato

We had a great time in this holiday house, with a beautiful garden. It's a good location for walks, the nearby beaches and visits to Cagliari, Villasimius, Muravera and other nice places. So we had a wonderful week; many thanks to our friendly host Assunta!

Perfect hideaway for families

The house was a perfect hideaway for our family (2 kids under 6 yrs). The house is clean and well equiped. The garden is wonderful with an apricot and a fig tree and a small path that leads directly to the beach (after crossing a small street). The beach is also great, clear water, beautiful sand and very quiet (beginning/mid of June).

Quiet days at capo ferrato

We enjoyed the stay a lot. Close to many famous beaches, 300m to a nice beach which never was too crowded in August. The small house is clean and nice. Wake up in the morning with the bells of goats nearby. Nice hikes possible in the area. Internet Connection not very stable. Nice pizzeria nearby.

The best beaches and pizzas just outside the door

We liked the stay in the accommodation very much. Capo Ferrato is the best place on the Costa de Rey and the beach is within easy walking distance, just cross the road and 100 meters away. The accommodation is practically equipped, you can have breakfast every morning on the terrace, barbecue in the evening and pizzeria with the thinnest pizzas in Italy is only 5 min walk away. The owners were exceptionally friendly and gave us contact options via Whatsapp. Thank you very much Assuntina! Jan

A fortnight of total relaxation

The property exceeded our expectation. It is set in a lovely garden with a terrace, part of which is in shade all day. The house is well equipped, including a freezer which was not mentioned in the spec. On our arrival Assunta and her daughter were there to explain everything to us and answer any questions about the property and the area. During our stay Assunta was always available, if needed and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable. It is truly only five minutes walk through a field to the beach which again amazed us. It has white sand and the sea was crystal blue and warm at the end of June and first week of July. In particular, we could not believe the total lack of crowds and during the week it was virtually empty despite its appeal. How amazing! Five minutes walk from the house is a popular and very friendly pizzeria, serving light lunches, coffee and drinks during the day and the most delicious pizzas from 7p.m. at very reasonable prices. In short, we had a wonderful two weeks in one of the best Mediterranean locations we have ever visited. There are two supermarkets in Olia Speciosa (7 km from the house) and it is only 7km from the centre of Costa Rei where there is a petrol station and further restaurants and bars. We would like to thank Assunta and her family for all their hospitality. We had a brilliant holiday!

Ruhe in der Hochsaison

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Es war alles wie beschrieben und in Ordnung. Im Haus hat alles was man benötigt, es fehlte uns nichts. Ruhig gelegen, nicht weit vom Strand. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus zusammen mit unserem 1,5 jährigen Sohn. Das Haus und der Garten sind gepflegt und sauber und auch für Kinder im Alter unseres Sohnes bestens geeignet. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt sogar einige Spielzeuge im Haus und es ist leicht "kindersicher zu machen". Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

Ferienhaus abseits des Massentourismus

Wir wurden liebevoll und persönlich von den Eigentümern begrüßt. Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 10 km von Costa Rei entfernt unweit des Cap Ferrato. Ein ruhiger Sandstrand ist fußläufig zur erreichen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Ferienhaus hat einen eigenen Garten, eine schöne Terrasse, zusätzlich Außendusche und Grill. Die Eigentümer waren immer für uns ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. WIr haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Assunta und ihrem Mann. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist dort gut aufgehoben.

Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Kompetente Einführung und Übergabe des Mietobjektes. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht für einen zufriedenen Urlaub. Der Garten war paradiesisch. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber haben sich nach ein paar Tagen erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Wir würden wieder in diesem Mietobjekt Ferien machen. Assunta hat viel für den tollen Urlaub beigetragen. Vielen Dank dafür und vielleicht ein andermal wieder.

Alles perfekt, mehr geht nicht

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, in der Wohnung ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Klimaanlage- sehr leise und hat gut funktioniert, Betten sehr bequem. Überall Fliegengitter, zusätzlich Coils, Fliegenspray Spülmittel, Seife, etc. alles wunderbar als Erstausstattung vorhanden. Einweisung war sehr ausführlich und man hatte jederzeit Ansprechpartner bei Fragen. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung, unweit der Costa Rei, wovon zu der Zeit aber kaum etwas belegt war. Der Nachbar hat das Haus offensichtlich als Wochenendhaus genutzt. Er war sehr leise selbst bei einer größeren Feier war es nicht laut. Einzig: Für mein Empfinden wäre eine etwas größere Kaffeemaschine toll gewesen. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden selbst jederzeit wiederkommen.

Casa molto bella

Ci siamo trovati benissimo la casa è completa di tutto molto pulita e molto bella inoltree è comodissima anche per andare a piedi in spiaggia, e anche la nostra cagnolina ha apprezzato il bellissimo giardino. Ringrazio la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.

Un soggiorno di tre settimane molto piacevole

La casa è come descritta nell’annuncio, è molto carina, curata e ha un bellissimo giardino dove nostra figlia ha giocato la maggior parte del tempo. Gli interni della casa sono curati e l’abitazione è dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza di tre settimane con una bambina piccola. La vicinanza con la spiaggia consente di tornare a casa per pranzo. La comunicazione con la signora Assunta, proprietaria premurosa e attenta, è stata molto facile, immediata e piacevole. Bezauberndes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich zauberhaft und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Besonders die Klimaanlage war für uns Gold wert. Der schöne Garten und die ruhige Lage haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind supernett und sehr gastfreundlich. Einfach toll. Der Strand ist sauber und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe (fußläufig) gibt es eine Pizzeria, die stets gut besucht ist. Für alle, die es ruhiger mögen, ist dieses Ferienhaus sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
