If this was a problem for you why didn't you contact me, to ask me to check and clean the pool, instead of writing the review. You called me to let you open a door, but you didn't tell me anything about the pool. It is incorrect to report a problem after checking out on reviews, without having complained during the stay. I have given maximum availability in everything and always ready to intervene for any of your needs. You also thanked me and complimented me on the job. As for the stairs, I don't understand the problem, as there are two stairs in the villa. The internal one is a characteristic rustic staircase in olive wood with high steps with handrail, not dangerous. If you have difficulty, you can take the external staircase just 3 meters away. As for the spiders, the house was delivered perfectly clean, but if you never close the windows and doors and do not light the candles and sprays that we provide in the house, it is normal that some insects can enter. You shouldn't choose a villa surrounded by nature if you are afraid of seeing a small spider. Finally, I believe that after all our attention and availability it is not correct to leave the house open with the keys without any safekeeping at the time of check-out without a message or a call to inform us of your departure. Ho letto con sorpresa la vostra recensione, visto che avevate detto che era tutto bellissimo, ma è anche una buona occasione per chiarire alcune situazioni che potrebbero aiutare i nostri futuri ospiti. Mi avete detto di non aver mai guidato un auto con il cambio manuale, essendo abituati alle auto americane con il cambio automatico. Quando si noleggia un auto è bene prendere un auto che si conosce. Se poi si ha difficoltà nel guidare un’auto che non si conosce, non si dovrebbe prendere in affitto una villa in un parco naturale, in collina con una vista incredibile. La strada di accesso, è una tipica strada di collina frequenti in Umbria, contornata da piante di olivi lunga circa 200 metri, privata, idonea per qualunque tipologia di auto (tranne grandi van e pulmini, come indicato sul sito web). Circa la piscina è stata consegnata perfettamente pulita. Il giorno dopo il vostro arrivo, un temporale estivo ha fatto saltare il sistema di filtrazione dell’acqua con conseguente posa di alcune foglie sulla superficie della piscina. Se questo era per voi un problema perché non mi avete contattato, per chiedermi di controllare e pulire la piscina, anziché scrivere la recensione. Mi avete chiamato per farvi aprire una porta, ma della piscina non mi avete detto nulla. Non è corretto segnalare un problema dopo il check-out sulle recensioni, senza aver lamentato nulla durante il soggiorno. Ho dato massima disponibilità in tutto e sempre pronto a intervenire per qualsiasi vostra esigenza. Mi avete anche ringraziato e fatto i complimenti per il posto. Per quanto riguarda le scale non capisco il problema, essendoci due scale in villa. Quella interna è una caratteristica scala rustica arredo in legno di ulivo a gradini alti con corrimano, non pericolosa. Se si ha difficoltà si può prendere la scala esterna distante appena 3 metri. Per quanto riguarda i ragni la casa è stata consegnata perfettamente pulita, ma se non si chiudono mai finestre e porte e non si accendono candele e spray che forniamo nella casa è normale che qualche insetto possa entrare. Non si dovrebbe scegliere una villa immersa nella natura se poi si ha paura di vedere un piccolo ragno. Infine credo che dopo tutta la nostra attenzione e disponibilità non sia corretto lasciare la casa aperta con le chiavi senza nessuna custodia al momento del check-out senza un messaggio o una chiamata per avvisarci della vostra partenza. Sono dispiaciuto per quanto letto, ma sono convito che la vostra recensione insieme alla nostra risposta possa essere di aiuto per i futuri ospiti che sceglieranno di passare le vacanze nella nostra meravigliosa villa panoramica immersi nel parco naturale di Sassovivo, come hanno potuto apprezzare ed amare tanti altri prima di voi.
