Our stay in Cala Gonone for four nights at this amazing apartment (September 2025) was one of the highlights of our month in Sardegna. The view from the terrace is stunning, mesmerizing, and constantly changing as the sun crosses the sky, sea, and mountains. We sat at the large picnic table or the comfortable sofa each morning and evening. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped but with so many fantastic restaurants in town, why cook. The double bed is comfortable. The shower has modern plumbing. Be advised that you do walk down into town, and therefore UP on the return, but anyone in reasonable shape can handle the short hill. We are so glad we chose Cala Gonone and this apartment and highly recommend it.

Bel emplacement. Vue panoramique magnifique. TrèsPropre et à proximité des restaurants et vraiment près de la marina pour les services de navette en bateau pour les cala.

Lovely place to stay in Sardinia

We loved our days here! Check in and check out went smoothly, the host is very communicative when needed, and the location is fantastic for staying in Cala Golone.

You won’t regret it!

Absolutely fabulous location with a spectacular view! The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be a dishwasher. Slight unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, due to Cala Gonone’s sewer system being unable to handle the volume of tourist, but that has nothing to do with the owner / property manager. (Just mentioning it for information.)

Perfect location, beautiful place

I cannot imagine a better location in Cala Gonone. It was a five minute walk to town and had an incredible almost 180° view from the covered deck. We visited in early August and we definitely needed the air-conditioning. There is only one unit in the living room, but it was easy to make it work by simply leaving the bedroom doors open during the day. Parking was easy a block or two away, but pretty tight on the immediate street. For people without walking issues, this is really not a big deal and just a reality in a touristy hillside town. We did not meet the owner, but she was very responsive and very informative when we had questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Greatstay in Cala Gonone

The appartment is very clean and well kept. Near the centre and the beach, though you have to walk up a very steep slope when coming back. The porch is amazing and perfect for having breakfast with breathtaking views. There is only airconditioning in the living room, but we didn't even use it as opening the windows creates a nice current of fresh air. We would definitely repeat! The only drawback of the place was that a couple of beds were too soft and that you have to find a parking place in the same street, as it is not allowed to park in the front of the house.

Der Kontakt zu Vermieterin sehr angenehm! Das Gepäck konnten wir am Samstag Morgen bereits in der Wohnung unterstellen. Zur Begrüßung gab es Gebäck. Die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig, der Ausblick von der großen Terasse ein Traum! - Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern, haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Fantastica!

Really beautiful spacious apartment with amazing balcony views. The photos really don't do it justice! AC unit in the living room was very useful! Great convenient location for walking down to town and the beach or port. Be warned the hot water in the taps is scalding hot!! Catarina was friendly and helpful and even brought a big tray of cakes to welcome us! Grazie per una bella settimana!!!

anytime again!!

We spent 10 wonderful days in the apartment sore. The quiet location high above the harbor is fantastic and with a little luck you can see whales in the ocean. The rooms were tastefully decorated and provided enough space for four adults and three children. The mattresses could be a little harder. Conclusion: any time again!

Beautiful place, clean,large, very well equipped apartment, breathtaking view from big terrace, helpful pleasant owner, apartment is far more prettier than pictures show. The only problem was with language. Owner speaks only Italian and it was a little bit complicated for us. Nevertheless we spent great holiday there and would like to return back soon.
