このすばらしい1ベッドルームアパートメントは、14区の中心部にあるエレベーターとバルコニー付きの建物の4階に位置しています。

Great location in Paris

The apartment is eclectic with the owner’s art and collectibles surrounding you. A comfortable space. We were not able to use the balcony as there were two nesting pigeons taking turns incubating two eggs. Henri and Matilde would fly off in a fright and worry until we stepped back inside. The cigarette butts in the ash tray were not ours. Don’t think they were the pigeons either. The lift broke down the second day we were there, never to be fixed. Getting our heavy luggage down four flights of stairs at six in the morning (trying to be quiet) was a challenge when we departed. The best aspect of the apartment is the location, just a block from the Alesia Metro station. Lovely stores and restaurants very close at hand. A nice neighborhood.

L’appartement parfait pour nous

Cet appartement était exactement ce que nous voulions pour notre (trop court) séjour à Paris. Nous avons été accueillis par Julia qui nous a tout expliqué en s’assurant que nous comprenions bien. Jusqu’à notre arrivée nous étions en contact avec Yvan, qui répondait très rapidement aux messages - il y avait une excellente communication!! Le salon-salle à manger était assez grand pour que l’on s’y sente à l’aise; la chambre à coucher aussi. La cuisine est compacte mais très fonctionnelle, avec tout ce qu’il faut y compris un lave-vaisselle (que nous n’avons pas utilisé, n’étant que 2) et une machine à laver. Le bâtiment est sécurisé, donc aucune inquiétude sur ce plan-là. C’est un quartier que nous aimons particulièrement parce que loin de toute chose touristique ce qui veut dire qu’il est relativement calme. À trois pas, il y a un Carrefour Market, une boulangerie en face et, en face du métro Alésia, une fromagerie, une boucherie, une poissonnerie et un vendeur de primeurs. Bref, tout pour faire notre bonheur. L’appartement est plus grand qu’il ne semble sur les photos! N’hésitez pas!! Un grand merci à Julia pour l’accueil et à Yvan pour la location.

Spacious & clean apartment, easily accessible from city center

Yvan's apartment was very clean, and very spacious -- & not just by Paris standards! The apartment had everything we could possibly need, and the internet connection was great. The neighborhood is more home-y and residential, compared to those in Paris's center. The stores are generally cheaper and friendlier. The area was close to the city center, about 15 minutes by metro train. We loved our stay, and hope to come back soon!

Four of our group stayed ...

Four of our group stayed in this fantastic apartment which is situated right around the corner from the Alésia station of the Paris Métro--literally, you cannot get too much closer! It's a wonderfully quiet, peaceful location, with great shopping very close at hand. The owner is a terrific fellow who makes the whole process very smooth and easy. We would absolutely use his delightful place again for stays in the 14th, and recommend it highly to anyone!!

"Appartement spacieux, chaleureux et lumineux. Vaste séjour clair où il fait bon vivre, idéal pour lire, travailler ou laisser couler les minutes. Grande chambre lumineuse au lit très confortable. Petite chose à améliorer : pas de micro onde ni de grande cafetière. Mais faire la cuisine est un plaisir car il y a les accessoires et la place, et on n''est pas coupé du salon et surtout la cuisine donne sur un petit balcon sur cours intérieure ultra calme mais avec large vue sur le ciel : impeccable pour boire un bon cru aux bougies, ou pour la lecture avec le café. Propriétaire serviable et environnement ultra calme, avec tous les magasins de bonne nourriture au pied de l''immeuble. Appartement idéal pour un séjour romantique."
