家はPolcantoの町から約2km、フィレンツェからわずか20km、シエナとルッカから90kmのところにあるムジェロの緑に囲まれています。
この居心地のよい40平方メートルの1ベッドルームアパートメントは、家から直接鑑賞できる古代の修道院、モンテセナリオの修道院に属する典型的な18世紀の農家の一部です。
家は典型的なフィレンツェの材料で仕上げられています：フィレンツェのテラコッタの床、露出した木製の梁、オリジナルの石の壁、20世紀のムジェロ農家のオリジナルの家具。
最近改装され、ダブルルームにはシャワー付きのバスルーム、キッチンラウンジには大人または子供2名（120cm）に適したソファベッドがあります。 緑に囲まれ、長い散策やハイキングに適しています。
近くには小さなスーパーマーケット、そして古くて美味しい木のオーブンが日曜日でも開いています。

Wunderschön

Unser Aufenthalt war entspannend, ruhig und Dank der schönen Umgebung sehr erholsam. Das Objekt liegt abseits der Straßen sehr ruhig. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein kleines Schmankerl, den wir gern genutzt haben. Anna ist eine bezaubernde Gastgeberin, die sich sehr um uns bemüht hat und eine ständige Erreichbarkeit war ein großer Vorteil....auch das Anna Deusch und Englisch spricht, ist toll. Alles in Allem: für 2 Personen ist die Unterkunft unbedingt zu empfehlen. Dankeschön

Dieses Objekt ist nur etwas für Leute die mal eine Zeit lang Ruhe haben wollen. Sehr gepflegter kleiner Pool. Das Anwesen geht übergangslos in die Landschaft über. Die Vermieter sind einfach nur zauberhaft!

Perfekt zum Entspannen

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen, mit 40m2 ist das Haus für 2 Personen genau richtig und auch mit unseren 2 großen Hunden hatten wir genug Platz. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Pool ist perfekt zum Entspannen und Platz zum Liegen und Nichtstun hat man auch. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön. Für die Hunde gibt es rundherum genug Grünes, wo man Gassi gehen kann. Der Kontakt hat super geklappt, die Leute waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in kurzer Zeit Supermarkt, Pizzeria oder Café. 20 Minuten entfernt liegt Florenz oder auch der Lago di Bilancino, an den man sich auch mit Hunden begeben darf.

Mooi Italiaans rustiek ingericht appartement midden in Toscaans heuvellandschap. Wandelen direct vanuit huis. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastfamilie. Echt een plek om even van de rust te genieten. Zwembad in aanbouw; goed voor de warme zomerdagen.

Tolle Zeit in Polcanto

Das kleine aber feine Ferienhäuschen ist hübsch eingerichtet und enthält alles, was man benötigt. Der Gartenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein und die Eigentümer sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war auch überhaupt kein Problem, dass wir 2 Hunde dabei hatten, diese wurden genauso liebevoll empfangen wie wir :) Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Che pace!

E' stata una vacanza meravigliosa, proprio quello che cercavamo. La casa è bella, ha un'atmosfera calda è molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, equipaggiatissima! Immersa nella natura ma in macchina si possono raggiungere tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse in poco tempo. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il fatto che sia isolata e silenziosa, il grande noce che ci abbracciava con la sua chioma immensa, poter stare sotto il cielo stellato in completa solitudine. Isabella e la mamma sono state ospite splendide, gentili e premurose. Speriamo proprio di tornare! Grazie Isabella!

Lovely ground-floor apartment, romantically set and tastefully decorated.

We recently spent 3 days here to explore the Mugello region and we can highly recommend this apartment to any couples looking for a peaceful, slightly out of the way domicile set in a wooded area where all you can hear is the wind rustling the trees and birds chirping, but nonetheless still near enough to all the main sights in this area, including Florence. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and has everything one needs and (and more) to enjoy a self-catering holiday. The small kitchen unit is new with induction hob, and fridge but no oven - but a microwave grill is also available. All the kitchen utensils/Crockery etc were very clean and looked new. The only negative side for maybe some, is that the working space in the kitchen is very small, so not so good for anyone wanting to do some heavy cooking. There is also a filter coffee machine and electric kettle. Extremely clean bathroom and plenty of hot water. The owners were more than helpful with the arrangements before and during our stay, with a lot of information in the apartment. All very cosy and private and we had the best sleep ever - no mosquitos at that particular time and the slightly cooler temperatures were a blessing after boiling in the south for 2 weeks! Will come again!

A fairy place in the Tuscan hillside

Last week I came to this small but beautiful cottage situated on the countryside in Polcanto, a very small community in Tuscany, only 20 minutes from Florence. The cottage is situated in a place cold "I Carpini". This place is only two kilometers from Polcanto, a village with about 500 habitants. No, I didn’t came for visiting Florence. I’m already know this beautiful capital of Tuscany very well, because I lived, and I’m still living near Florence. I’d escape from my house with my wife and my youngest boy(40 degrees Celsius) to a fresher place. The first evening, when I sat there in the garden, my minds went to a poesy written by Lord Byron. Lord Byron wrote this poesy at the seaside (Marina di Pisa) so I had to modify his poem to describe the hillside: “ Are not the woods, with all the birds, the hills and the skies, a part of me, and of my soul. As I of them”. That’s exactly what I felt in that particular moment. I really relax, Far away from everything. It can’t be better. That’s for sure. And the Landlord? Ms. Romanella. I’m not lying when I say, she is the most helpful and lovely Landlord I ever met in my life! And her daughter Isabella? I was sending my request about nine thirty PM the day before. And about midnight every formality were done! Talk about efficiency! At last I will recommend this place to everyone. I think I will write a Short story about our experience in this beautiful place. Polcanto, un angolo da favola

Arrivando alla fattoria "I Carpini" di Polcanto ci si sente immersi in un oasi di verde fresca ed accogliente. Un vero mondo da favola: verde, quiete, ottima accoglienza. Anche la case - fornita di ogni comfort dalla re wife al cotone per cucire - sembra uscita dalla favola di Biancave e i sette nani.Eccellente e attenta ad ogni desiderio degli ospiti, la figura della signora Romanella, una delicata fata dei boschi, Un antico proverbio recitava che" Ai Carpini mancava solo il sale" volendo sottolineare l'autosifficienza della fattoria che, prima della guerra produceva di tutto:olio, vino, miele e tanto altro. A me, che il sale l'ho già trovato in casa, sembra proprio che a Polcanto non manchi niente nemmeno oggi per un vacanza rilassante e a pochi chilometri da Firenze. Mariarosaria Izzo

"Voilà plus de 20 ans que nous louons des logements pour nos vacances (France et Espagne). C''était notre premier séjour en Italie. L''accueil et les conditions dans ce gîte sont les meilleurs que nous ayons connus. Très recommandé pour ceux qui apprécient la tranquilité et la nature. Village et commerçants très agréables. Très belle ville de Florence à quelques kilomètres. Superbes paysages de Toscane. L''accueil du propriétaire est purement exceptionnel."
