Large penthouse in a small chalet-type building of 4 stories in Haute-Nendaz

In the heart of the world-class ski resort of "Verbier-les 4 vallees". Ideally located close to the Tracouet Gondola, the ski-bus station (Super-Nendaz/Siviez and Sion), good restaurants and shops/supermarkets (No Car required, everythig accessible by foot).
Quiet area. Neatly decorated with a mixture of modern and antiques (from Wallis). Large South-West sun exposed terrasse (20 square meters)and balcony (9 m2). Refurbished in 2008.
The flat has two floors:
1.one with a leaving room , a dining room, two bedrooms (1 with a 140 cm wide bed, one with a 160 cm wide bed X200cm), 1 WC, 1 bathroom including another WC and the kitchen. One large terrace (good for after-skiing naps) and one balcony (facing the valley).
2. on the second floor, 2 bedrooms again, one with a single bed 90X200 cm and one with 2 beds (90X200 cm) + 1 mezzanine having a sofa to watch the TV plus one bathroom (shower only).

Spacious and well-equipped appartment

The appartment in Nendaz is very well-equipped. It is clearly big enough for 8 people. It's just a 3 minute walk to the Nendaz gondola. A small grocery is just around the corner, but I'd still recommend Migros which is a bit farer away (10 minutes to walk) but cheaper and with more offers. Communication with the landlord was perfect. The only small "flaw": The advertised whirlpool doesn't exist.

Great stay in a great location

8 adults easily fit into this fantastic accommodation. We had everything we needed to get through the week, and having a shower room separate from a toilet was incredibly good for getting up early and out onto the slopes. The house is well stocked for cooking and has plenty of room for chilling out in the evenings after a long day skiing. No hot tub though unfortunately, despite the listing stating there is one (we did expect this though given the pictures). Just a little tip for anyone else, having stayed in Siviez 2 years prior, we realised a couple of days into the holiday that getting the 8:30, 8:45 or 9:00 bus to Siviez got us out on the slopes much quicker than queuing for the lift in Nendaz. Can only recommend this accommodation, Pascal was super quick to respond to all of our messages and check in and check out was easy. Looking forward to coming back!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und versprüht viel Walliser Charme. Die Einrichtung ist grösstenteils rustikal gehalten, während Bäder und Küche moderner ausgestattet sind; alles war sehr sauber und erfüllte unsere Anforderungen voll und ganz. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war äußerst angenehm und herzlich. Auf Fragen erhielten wir stets schnell eine Antwort, und die Wohnungsübergabe verlief unkompliziert.

Geräumige Wohnung an grossartiger Lage

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und vier Kindern zum Skifahren in Nendaz und haben uns in der geräumigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man findet alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock und man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Walliser Bergpanorama. Sie ist von der Garage aus mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Die Garage ist sehr eng und das Ein- und Ausfahren für grössere Autos schwierig. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss an der Gondel oder im Zentrum von Nendaz.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de ski à Nendaz. l’appartement est fidèle à la description et vraiment agréable et spacieux pour deux familles. L'emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à la télécabine a pied, même avec des enfants de 4 ans.

Parfait

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances : l'appartement, charmant et très fonctionnel, est idéalement situé - à 2mn à pied du départ du télécabine central et à 3 mn des commerces du centre de Nendaz-station - et dispose de tous les équipements requis pour faciliter la vie en vacances : deux salles de bain, wi-fi, parking situé dans le même immeuble... Rien à redire. Et le domaine skiable est magnifique. Nous y retournerons !

Vacances de rêve

Nous skions à Haute-Nendaz depuis 30 ans et ce logement est le plus agréable que nous avons occupé dans la station valaisanne. Lumineux, chaleureux, spacieux, très bien équipé sans tomber dans la démesure, voici un appartement idéal pour un séjour-détente en montagne. Excellents contacts avec les propriétaires. A recommander... même si nous ne voulons pas perdre notre place ! ;-)

Perfect location and great appartment

We spent one week in Nendaz and were happy to stay at this place. The apparment is big and have plenty of space to accommodate 8 people. The standard is good and has a nice feeling of home. It is located in the center of Nendaz close to the ski-lift and busstop.

Un havre de paix

Une fois installé confortablement dans l'appartement, vous avez l'impression d'être dans un véritable chalet en bois. La décoration chaleureuse crée l'ambiance. Equipement conforme à la description et tout le nécessaire est là. Situation géographique optimale (à 5 min du telecabine à pied) et proche des loueurs de matériel, alimentations. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

"Appartement magnifique, on se croirait dans un chalet. Très spacieux. Convient parfaitement pour 8 personnes. Très bien équipé (TV, Wifi, cheminée...) Il se situe au coeur de la station et à 1min à pied de la télécabine donc parfait pour un séjour au ski ! Propriétaires très sympathiques et très disponibles. Je recommande vivement!"
