Hi, I'm so glad you had a great stay! We are blessed to host you multiple times. The dishes in the dishwasher were set up to run in between guests with a note. They should have completely cleaned before your arrival. I believe you checked in early so they couldn't go back and put things away. I appreciate your patience.
