We were here for a wedding and to do some hiking. This place was a great place to stay. It was clean, nice, room for our family of 4, and had a very warm outdoor pool and a nicely equipped weight room. We also liked the underground parking.

The property is in a good location and you can walk to the market/restaurant next-door and to the base. The screen door fell off when we tried to open it. It was obvious that someone had tried to repair it previously (they tried to fix it using glue ). Our key cards also stopped working on the second day. But Retreatia responded to both issues immediately. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The space was cozy and clean and perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. We appreciated the boot/ski dryers and used them every afternoon. We also made use of several of the fans in the closets due to the unusually warm winter. We will definitely consider this property again for our next trip to Steamboat.

Good ski condo and location

I look for a condo close to the ski slope. This is not ski in-ski out, but was for us an easy 6 minute walk to the base area. There is a new large, beautiful boot locker space at the base ($20/day for two boots/shoes in 2024) that we took advantage of for an easier walk. There is a Christy's just a couple minutes walk and a little grocery store if you don't wan't to drive into town for the Safeway. There is a shuttle one can take to the hill. Great hot tub. The two bedroom condo was very comfortable. The beds were very good. Everything worked. Both a coffee maker with a supply of filters and a Keurig with a supply of K-cups. A little odd there were no wine glasses but that's an easy work-around. I would stay here again. Both the facility and location are very good.

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re so glad to hear the condo worked well for your stay and that you enjoyed the easy access to the slopes, as well as the convenient amenities nearby like Christy’s and the grocery store. It’s great to know you took advantage of the new boot locker space, and we appreciate the feedback on the wine glasses — we’ll definitely look into adding those. We’d love to welcome you back for another comfortable stay in the future!

Wonderful place to stay.

Nice, clean, safe property. My only complaint, and it is only because of COVID precautions, is the process for scheduling the pool. We could only sign up 24 hours ahead of a time slot between 10am and 5pm. So if you wanted to swim tomorrow at 2, you had to try to sign up at 2 today and hope you got signed up before everyone else trying at that exact time. Needless to say, we were there for 4 nights and were only able to take the kids swimming once. Otherwise, the place was great and we would definitely stay again!

Great place

I would have given this 5 stars, but the beds were awful, very uncomfortable, they need to be replaced. I would not stay here again with the current beds. Aside from the beds, everything was great, very nice condo, great location.

Great place!

Very clean, and perfect for our family! The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars and not is: 1. The view from the balcony did not look like the picture that was advertised. 2. The mattress in the master bedroom is pretty uncomfortable and needs to be replaced with some

Hi Keri - thanks for your review! We value guest feedback to ensure that we are providing guests the best rental in Steamboat. The picture that we have from the balcony is indeed a true representation and advertisement of this condo. That picture was taken from the balcony looking at the pool and toward the mountains. In regards to the mattress - thank you for noting this. We will consider replacing. Thank you! The Staff at Retreatia

Convenient location

Our family stayed here in August. Clean and mostly stocked with necessities (needs olive oil, salt/pepper, new spices). Very convenient and walkable location to the Resort, Mountain and happy hours. Condo was mostly quiet. Pool and hot tub were very nice and super clean. Would definitely stay again.
