スキーリフトと安全なシャレーに囲まれた静かな交差点のアパートメントで、スキーリフトと新しい「初心者エリア」の近くにあり、南向きのバルコニーからはサウレ、フルーツ針、モント・バロンの美しい景色が見えますMeribel Valleyを見下ろす第2のバルコニーがあります。

広々とした、快適な、6人用のアパートには、大きな入り口、2つのクリアランス、トイレ、150×200の大きなベッド付きのベッドルーム、バスルーム、2つのベッド80 X 190秒を押して2番目のベッドルームトイレ付きのバスルーム、テレビ、ステレオ、WiFi、装飾的な暖炉のある快適なラウンジ、多くのクローゼット、オーブン、食器洗い機、ホブ誘導、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、電気ポット、アイロン台、掃除機。 メザニン、2つのベッド80 X 200を一緒にプッシュして部屋。

1階にはスキーロッカーがあります。

緑のスキー場「Partridge」はシャレーの近くにあります。 初心者にはスキー牽引、ゲーム、トレッドミルがあります。 その後、スキーリフトとMeribel valley、Courchevel、La Tania、Les Menuires、Val ThorensまたはOrelleへのゴンドラのリゾートセンターに下ります。

滞在終了時の清掃料金は€100です。

Great apartment, the host was very responsive. Internet connection gets quite slow so don't rely on it to do teams call while away. Location for ski in and out was fantastic. Thank you for a great holiday.

This is a super apartment that was ideal for our group. Perfect location which was super easy to access using the little bubble near the rear of the property to access Mottaret.The apartment was a generous size for our party of five adults, with a separate kitchen and handy little hatch into the dining area. The dining table was a good size with very comfortable dining chairs.The lounge area is also great with plenty of very comfortable sofa seating. There is also an excellent Harmon Kardon bluetooth speaker. Fantasic views directly looking over the piste which runs down into Mottaret and the main bubbles and lifts to Corchevel and VT. Comfy beds and plenty of storage space for clothes and ski gear.The only slight downsides that I would mention would be the fairly small ski/board storage locker downstairs (we just put a couple of our boards on the balcony) and there is no boot drying room. Also the steps/ladder up to the mezzanine bedroom with a very low sloped ceiling is a little tricky for adults but would be ideal for kids!Overall, a fantastic apartment and we hope to be back!! Logement spacieux, bien équipé, avec de nombreux rangements et joliment décoré. La propriétaire est disponible et répond très rapidement aux messages. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances à Méribel et cet appartement y a contribué!

Cozy stay at the piste with a beautiful view

Well equipped apartment at the ski piste with an exceptional view, both ski piste and mountains. Cozy sitting room with an exceptional view. We very much enjoyed our stay ( 3 adults, 2 children 7 and 9 years old). The location is less suitable for handicapped ( several stairs up, no elevator and very slippery entrance. We received the wrong entry codd, which was quickly resolved with the help of the very responsive owner. We hope to be back!

Perfect for a family or group.

I was travelling with my two adult children and my son who is 15 and wanted a true ski-in ski-out location and an apartment that was large enough to relax in. The apartment is even larger than the photos suggest. Two good size bedrooms and the mezzanine were perfect for our group. The kitchen is compact but well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, full size oven and induction cooktop. The fridge is a good size as well.The location is at the upper part of Mottaret, about 100m to Le Hamaeu top gondola station where there is a Carrefour where we bought fresh bread every morning and afternoon.Very enjoyable stay and so would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent sejour

On a passé un très agréable séjour à Meribel Mottaret, avec pleins d’activités pour l’été. Habitués des vacances en montagne l’hiver, on a été séduits par les possibilités offertes l’été. L’appartement etait parfait, très pratique et les enfants ont adoré le lit en mezzanine.

Really nice apartment and good location

The apartment is spacious, cleverly organised and arranged with taste and thoughtfulness. Location is by the pistes so that is excellent, also coming back via Chaudane up 1 stop is super easy. Easy communication with owner throughout. I advise other travellers to reserve their parking well in advance on the meribel site. There are very limited parking possibilities in fact. Finally we arrived late in evening and path was frozen, so do the anti slip soles :) Overall our stay was really excellent thank you

This is a terrific property located just beside the slopes. Proper ski-in/ski-out.

We were five and thoroughly enjoyed our week in Mottaret. The apartment is spot-on and extremely comfortable for two adults and three children, ranging in ages from 14 to 8 years old. The bedrooms are well proportioned with lots of storage; the kitchen is practical; and the sitting room area is perfectly cosy. We would go again.

Would stay here again

Position is great, right next to the Perdrix piste leading into Mottaret. Accommodation is good but not very spacious, with just enough room in the bedrooms. The view from the living room is great. Slightly odd that there is no exit from the building onto the piste, so you have to walk around the side. This is only a minor inconvenience. Pickup of the keys from the petrol station in Le Raffort was slightly stressful because the envelope in the box only had a misspelled version of my first name, so we were not sure that we had the right keys. All was OK when we got there though. Sylvie is a good owner, and gave us all the information we needed,

Appartement très agreable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement : décoration soignée, salon confortable pour l’après ski, chambres disposant d’un petit bureau, nombreux placards, cuisine bien équipée. L’appartement permet un accès on ne peut plus facile aux pistes et à tout le domaine des Trois Vallées, terrain de jeu fantastique pour les skieurs de tout niveau. L’appartement est très près de la navette qui permet de rejoindre la station de Meribel pour la patinoire ou la piscine, et des télécabines pour le centre de Mottaret. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et ont tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour.

Great on-mountain ski-in/ski out experience

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 12 and 10) from Australia and stayed in Sylvie's chalet in Mottaret for 2 weeks. It was fantastic to stay on the mountain and have the ability to ski in and ski out each day. There is a small carre-four within walking distance and ski rentals plus a short cable car ride to Mottaret village where there are more restaurants. The chalet was a great size for a young family with a decent sized kitchen and dining table and living room. There is a ski room at the bottom of the stairs which was very handy. The chalet was a great size although there were not many staples (no tea/coffee etc). We brought a kindle fire to plug into the TV so we could watch Netflix/Disney./amazon etc if the kids finished skiing early. The apartment also had a loft bedroom (although very steep stairs to walk down) but was good for the kids to escape into. Sylvie was a fantastic host and was very responsive to all our requests. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and I would very much recommend Sylvie's chalet and would definitely stay there again.

Happy Days

This property was perfect for us in a great location, for both the skiers & non skiers amongst us, even though it was so late in the season. The little touches and attention to detail by the owners made it really feel like a home from home. I hope we get the opportunity to return.
