とても素敵で明るく美しいロケーションにあり、改装され（2008年）、一年を通して快適にお過ごしいただけます。 それは庭に非常にオープンであり、家族が子供を屋外で安全に置くことを可能にします。
1分で海辺（コルデリ湾）にあり、10分で非常に安全なさまざまなビーチに行くことができます。

Lieu remarquable et excellent accueil

Petite maison charmante, dans le bas du terrain des propriétaires et pourtant très indépendante et isolée (entrée séparée, aucun vis-à-vis, comme une maison indépendante). Jardin vraiment spacieux et très beau. Emplacement au calme (île nord). La maison est très bien équipée. Annegreth et Denis nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons passé un court mais excellent séjour et cela nous a donné envie de revenir sur l’île. La maison couche 4 personnes sans problème mais comme les deux chambres sont adjacentes, c’est sans doute plus adapté pour une famille que pour deux couples.

Un petit paradis !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Annegret et Denis, avec qui la communication a été très fluide. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement dans une maison spacieuse, décorée avec goût, avec un jardin splendide, avec pour seuls compagnons les oiseaux. Notre séjour dans ce petit paradis fut très agréable, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Super séjour sur l île de Brehat chez Denis et Annegret qui sont des personnes très accueillantes et sympathiques . La maison est adorable et le jardin magnifique. Emplacement au calme sur l’ île nord pas loin de la corderie. Nous espérons revenir.

Semaine idyllique sur une île bretonne superbe

Dès la traversée, le ton est donné: cap sur une nature magnifique car fleurie dans une île pittoresque, à l'écart du continent. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une semaine ensoleillée dans un cadre enchanteur: malgré l'affluence certaine, la maison se trouve à l'écart d'une allée de tilleuls, sur l'île Nord, dans un magnifique jardin soigné. l'habitation est fonctionnelle et chaleureuse (plusieurs bibliothèques différentes et de jolis tableaux personnels ont agrémenté notre séjour). De surcroît, nous avons été particulièrement touchés par la qualité de l'accueil, la discrète disponibilité et l'attention de Denis et Annegret, nos deux charmants hôtes. Enchantés par ce séjour, nous serions ravis de revenir sur Bréhat, chez Denis et Annegret, à un autre moment de l'année pour redécouvrir les charmes de cette île.

Quel séjour ! La propriété est magnifique et les hôtes fantastiques. Lovely stay on île de Brehat

We spent a magical week on ile de Brehat in this lovely house with a private garden. It was a great location and Denis and Anne were extremely helpful as hosts. We had a wonderful time cycling around the island discovering the beaches, and will try to return. A great house in a great location.

Havre de paix très bien placé

Tout est absolument fidèle aux photos, un logement très agréable et facile à prendre en main. Jardin magnifique: condensé de la flore locale, idéal pour observer la faune présente sur l'île. Accueil chaleureux des hôtes, et petit fond d'épicerie présent à l'arrivée: geste non négligeable très apprécié.

idéalement située hors du bourg tout en étant à 15mn à pied dans un écrin de verdure au calme absolu des propriétaires charmants qui nous ont donné leur bons plans notamment les légumes bio à côté : quelle saveur ! et quel concept on se sert et on paie dans la boite au lettre caisse en toute confiance une île magnifique sous un air iodé, des ruelles fleuries et des commerçants au top accueil ET DU SOLEIL TOUTE LA SEMAINE on reviendra !!

La maison est idéalement placée sur Bréhat, la propriété est vraiment très belle, avec tout le confort. Et les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables, et très à l'écoute pour que tout se passe bien. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait sur l'île, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Parfait séjour en famille

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à Bréhat. La maison est un véritable cocon, le jardin est superbe et nos hôtes étaient aux petits soins :) NB : nous avons dû télétravailler 2 jours et le wifi fonctionne très bien !

Our younger son is an architect and, particularly, rebuild the house you are just enquiring about.
We are a muli-cultural family: as a french-german couple, we celebrated our golden wedding in 2013.
Our son in law is Italian and one of our daughter in law is american.
What we wish to offer with the house we rent is: comfort, beauty, relax, discretion.

We wanted the house to be apart from touristic path, close to nature. Therefore we chose a house in the north of the island where it is little built.
You have your private entrance boarded with linden, a broad garden (600 sqm) with grass, trees, hedges and flowers. It is very sure for children.
The house very comfortable at any season is spacious and cosy. People who have stayed there all say they have felt so well. We renovated and enlarged it with our son in order for it to be bright, intimate and functionnal. It is supposed to be a place for happiness. It is the way we want to honnor you.

The house is thought for rest (deck arm chairs, sofas, nice beds), for fun (games for children, dvds and cds), for family or friendship sharing (lounges with sofas, books and games, barbecue), for beauty (bright windows, wood floors, decoration), for hygiene (the bedding is new, the bathrooms are easily cleanable), for security( you can have your children under control), for food preparation (fitted and all equipped kitchen, small pantry with refrigerator, washing machine, micro wave and place to store food).
There are several nice and secure beaches. Of course you have to be careful because of important tides and currents.
Besides all this the island provides a lot of possibilities: walking, cycling, nautical sports (swimming, diving, sailing, canoeing, tennis playing are available on the south ot the island).
