Great Location and Price

Walking distance to beaches, 30 minute train ride into center of Rome, the largest wine glasses in the cupboards! Would definitely recommend.

Ladispoli, a great location to visit Rome

We were warmly welcomed by Julia when we arrived on a very hot Saturday in mid-July. The villa is conveniently located in Ladispoli less than 5 minutes from the train station which takes you to central Rome in 30-40 minutes (trains run every 20 mins). We found Ladispoli to be a convenient base for also exploring further afield and found that the attractions in Tivoli and Ostia, the ancient port of Rome were only one hour away by car. The Villa itself was nice and cool with excellent facilitates throughout and air conditioning in the main living area. My son who did most of the cooking enjoyed using the clean and tidy Kitchen which had excellent cooking facilities. The wifi was slightly slow but Frank the owner said that this was being worked in in the coming works to improve the speed. So if you would like to visit Rome but spend time in a beach resort at the same time Ladispoli is the place to stay. Thank you for a great stay Frank.

Beautiful Charming home

This was our first time renting a home instead of hotel. It's a beautiful cozy home. We love the city of Ladispoli as its very live into late at night. The house has a charming yard, air conditioner and was very clean. Very spacious. It has everything from hair dryer to all kitchen ware, games, books, towels. All you need is groceries. The house was fully equipped. It has a gated parking for one car. Very safe town. Will definitely stay there on our next visit.

Nulla da aggiungere rispetto alla descrizione. Casa accessoriata e spaziosa, 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e una decina dal mare percorrendo la via principale di Ladispoli. Dalla stazione si può raggiungere direttamente Roma,la fermata di San Pietro e a circa 20 minuti di treno. L' accoglienza e la gestione delle chiavi viene effettuata da una signore che vive in adiacenza all'abitazione e quindi disponibile per ogni eventuale problematica.

Great apartment - easy access to Rome and Beach

We had a great time in this place. It is clean and spacious... It was very easy to get to the train station to ride the train into Rome. It was super easy to get to the beach. Overall, one of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in.

Excellent apartment and location

What a brilliant apartment! Spacious, clean, and tidy, with everything you need, from a corkscrew to a washing machine - even a computer. There are plenty of restaurants within a 20 minute walk, and the sea is the same distance away. The railway station is five minutes walk. 8 Euros and 40 minutes later you can be in Rome with unlimited travel on the Metro. Frank, the owner, is a really decent sort, very helpful and approachable, and Julia, the property manager, is again, very helpful, and always on hand, but we didn't really need a lot of help. Frank has provided a guide book in English and Italian with instructions for all the domestic arrangements and equipment, and with recommendations for places to go. Roman mosquitoes may be tough, but they were no match for the mosquito nets on the windows. I can't recommend the apartment highly enough.

Wow! Amazing Property, Location & Hospitality

This is an amazing apartment in the heart of Ladispoli. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station that will take you to Rome, or practically anywhere you want to go. The property owner provides a info / guide book that is in English and other languages. Everything in the apartment was in excellent working order and very clean. We had no issues at all and Julia (the property manager) was so kind and helpful. This was a fantastic place to stay during our Rome New Year's vacation with my family of 8. I can't think of any problems or drawbacks at all!

Wonderful villa outside of Rome

I loved this home right outside of Rome. The home about 2 blocks away from the train station so you can hop on the train and take it wherever you want to go. It is close enough to walk to the station, but you don't hear any of the trains at all. The city around it is great with a bunch of little places to eat and to shop. The beach is just steps away and the black sand at the beach is a must see. I loved how the owner has a book of nearby attractions and things to do around the area. The home is beautiful and the wifi is perfect! Thanks for a great stay!
