We loved the convenience of being about to walk around Florence every day. The 4 floor with no lift was no joke! We usually only left once a day because we dreaded that climb back up! We were disappointed that we were unable to ever get in contact with the owner for check out directions. We cleaned up our messes and left the keys on the table.

Lovely Place with a lovely host!

Perfect location. Lovely apartment

We loved the apartment decor and location. Steps up to 4th floor are steep but for us it was well worth it. Would stay here again if ever in Florence. Beautiful city!! Thank you Antonine.

Perfect location. Beautifully decorated and appointed. The apartment was very clean. The bed was a bit hard. Apartment 4 flights up...we should have realized from view photo... but we didn't. We are seniors and climb a bit difficult. View pictured is very limited and located in room that is under utilized ( spare bedroom?). The balcony was absolutely delightful! We were met by an associate of the owner who provided unexpected and much appreciated assistance. Grazie!

Excellent location and stay

The apartment was great. We did not lock the iron gate on the third floor based upon reviews so we had no issues with that. We assumed the four flights of stairs would get easier over our 10 day stay. They did not. Antonina checked in on us by message and was very friendly but the language barrier was a challenge. Location was fabulous as was the balcony. Would stay again.

The best accomodation in Florence. Thanks to Antonietta I've had the greatest trip. The location is perfect, well connected to the rest of the city. Wonderful place where you can have all you need in order to relax and be comfortable.

Great location and stay was great!

This is a fantastic place to stay and we loved the location. It was charming and her upgrades were nice. We had to pay a fee in euros for checking in at 6 pm, which was odd . But overall worth it. There's alo a great wine bar right down the street.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay. Perfect location. Host was very nice and attentive. We enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine on the terrace. One word of caution is the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. If you have a large heavy suitcase like I did it was a struggle. Would stay again.

A wonderful apartment in a great location!

Thank you to Antonina helping make our stay in Florence wonderful. The apartment was perfect for my family (Me/Wife/Teenager) and was close to everything that we wanted to see. The 4 floor climb up the stairs can be a bit of a challenge with luggage or after a long day of walking the city but aside from that... terrific.

very nice master bedroom very nice terrace and view Antonina was exceptionally sweet and helpful, she met us when we arrived after 8pm, her English is limited so you should know a few Italian words There is 3-4 flights of stairs to carry luggage

Best Location in Florence

What a wonderful experience it was to enjoy Antonietta's lovely apartment and her charming hospitality. We sat on the terrace every morning and night, and during the days traveled with ease to all the sights in Florence. The accommodations included everything to make our stay comfortable. It was wonderful.

Wonderful Visit!

Just loved our stay in Florence. The apartment has a great view, the perfect perch to sit and sketch awhile. The sunrise is amazing! The location was ideal, close to everything--and being high up from the street, the city noise was minimal. Those stairs are no joke, though, so pack light and be prepared for a good workout!

This place seemed almost too good to be true. It was not. Simply perfect!

Not only was the apartment beautiful, with a delightful terrace to drink wine or coffee on, the location was literally next door to the Academia Galleria and the Duomo. But the best part of the rental was the owner; Antoinetta was the friendliest, cutest lady ever. If this place is available when we inevitably go back to Florence, I would not want to stay anywhere else.

Perfect host and property

You will never find a more accomadating host than Antoinetta! She goes above and beyond, and we are happy to call her a forever friend now. You'll have a view of the Duomo, lovely sunsets and sunrises from the terrace, it's a perfect location. We look forward to returning some day soon.

Authentic

Great very clean authentic apartment with modern renovations.  Centrally located with walkability to major sites and restaurants.  View of the Duomo and a lovely balcony.  For check in, we had to call the host to find out how to get the keys.  Her friend brought them to us within a few minutes.  Speaking at least some Italian is definitely a plus for checking in.  We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it.

A gem in a great location

Apartment very tastefully decorated within walking distance of just about everything. Lovey terrace. Note the 65 stairs may be a challenge for anybody with any kind of mobility issues. The host spoke very limited English, which made communication a bit of a challenge, but her friend, Antonio was super in stepping up to support our needs

Nice views and well stocked

Well stocked apartment with great views. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Kitchen was decently stocked to make some coffee and food. Finding the place was a bit confusing, check in process could have been made more smooth with better directions beforehand. Google maps will take you to the wrong address, but Antonina helped me find the right place. Also, be ready to use google translate to communicate with Antonina. All together a nice stay.
