An amazing view of the lake from the terrace will be a lasting memory. The apartment was a great base to explore Marta and the surrounding towns and villages, as well as to just relax. Our host, Enzo, was extremely welcoming, very responsive and ensured our stay went smoothly. Thanks you!

Excellent apartment and host

The apartment was super clean and modern. The terrace was superb, very large and well equipped with furniture. The Host Enzo was very helpful and informative. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einem sensationellen Blick auf den See und ideal gelegen. In Laufweite ist Marta in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es ist ein beschaulicher Ort mit guter Infrastruktur. Spezialität in den Restaurants ist der ausgezeichnete Seefisch. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam.

Great place, wonderful vacation

Enzo was a wonderful host and supportive in any question. The flat is fully equipped with all necessities and items to guarantee a perfect stay. Overwhelming view on the lake from the huge terrace, and the direct access to the beach is perfect on hot summer days.

Wonderful apartment, very comfortable, perfectly clean with a stunning 180 degree view from the large terrace and your own private access down to the beach, which takes about 90 seconds, and that’s if you walk slowly. The hosts are lovely and so is Marta!

Die Lage: Perfekt alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Metzgerei, Bäckerei, Bar, Alimentari, Restaurants, Strand am Haus. Die Wohnung: Less is more. Unser persönlicher Gusto. Perfekt. Enzo: Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank.

Erholung pur

Ankunft – Kommunikation – Schlüsselübergabe – Wohnungserklärung – ging entspannt. Wir hatten das Glück, dass keine weiteren Mieter zur gleichen Zeit da waren. Die Zimmer geschmackvoll und modern und wertig eingerichtet. Einzig in der Küche hätte ich mir etwas mehr Arbeitsfläche gewünscht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Eigener Zugang zum See. Unsere SUP’S konnten wir in einem Raum am See deponieren. Wasser klar und warm. Man kann sicher sehr viel unternehmen und Ausflüge machen. Muss man aber nicht 😊!!! Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen Bäckerei, Gelateria, Metzger, Pizza zu abholen, Restaurant (auch die in der „zweiten“ Reihe oder im Ort versteckt, ohne „Seeblick“-Aufschlag zu zahlen. Den kann man dann von der eigenen Terrasse genießen. Wir haben uns treiben lassen, „la dolce vita“! Leider ohne unseren Hund, dann wäre es perfekt, aber das wussten wir ja vorher.

Zeer goed appartement op een schitterende locatie.

Bij boeking niet duidelijk dat het appartement was. Is heel groot privé huis met 2 appartementen. Appartement is ook heel fijn. Heel ruim en van alles voorzien!

Semplicemente perfetta

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti nello splendido appartamento al primo piano di questa meravigliosa villa padronale a Marta. Cosa dire? Tutto perfetto, dalla comunicazione con Daniela e Enzo, alla vista “mozzafiato” dalla terrazza, al letto comodissimo, bagni e cucina moderni e funzionali, ecc., ecc. A due passi dal Borgo dei Pescatori, dalla piazza principale di Marta (ristoranti, bar, alimentari), tutto con il lago di Bolsena ai nostri piedi. Ritorneremmo sicuramente!

Wohlfühloase direkt am See

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Riesenterasse, direktem privaten Zugang zum See, einem Superausblick und Nähe zum Ort. Mehrere Restaurants sind dort vorhanden. Ideale Lage für Ausflüge in die Toskana (Pitigliano), nach Umbrien (Orvieto) und ins Latium (Montefiascone, Viterbo, Villa Lante, Parco dei mostri, u.a.). Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, verfügt über zwei Bäder und zwei Schlafzimmer. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, beim Empfang gab es sogar zwei Flaschen Wein im Kühlschrank. Wir kommen sicher wieder mal her.

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed a sunny, calm and comfortable week at the top-floor apartment with a magnificent view of the Bolsena lake and a private little beach. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and towels can be changed upon demand. A great place to stay and discover the area with it's rich history. Various restaurants within walking distance. We just loved this place!

ruhiger Urlaub mit tollem Blick

Von der großzügigen Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Bolsena-See. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang vom Haus zum Strand und ein schöne Bademöglichkeit. Das ist wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Sie schenkte uns Wein und Zucchini zum Empfang; das war freundlich. Das Haus ist mächtigste im hübschen Städtchen Marta. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Einschränkend ist höchstens zu sagen, dass es in der Küche wenig Arbeitsfläche gibt und dass es kein WLAN und keine Waschmaschine gibt; das stand sicher so in der Ausschreibung drin, erwartet man aber eigentlich bei so einem modernen, prächtigen Haus anders. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche.

Ottimo e rilassante soggiorno con straordinario panorama

Generally: Nice villa with modern furnishings, great location with lakeview

We had wonderfull days in this dreamvilla Marta. The host Enzo welcomed us warmly and showed us everything - we are allowed toharvest and enjoy the fruits in the large garden. The house is modern furnished with a great location including lake access and swimming. The spacious terrace always invited to linger. The website makes you think, that you can have several terraces. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Conclusion: we would always liketo go there again!!!!!

Das Objekt ist wunderschön direkt am See gelegen! Die Kommunikation hätte besser nicht sein können. Alles sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Ich kann mir jedem empfehlen, dieses Objekt zu besuchen 👍 Schöner ruhiger Ort ohne viele Touristen.

A perfect stay

Our vacation in Marta and around the Lago di Bolsena was wonderful. The location, the terrace with the breathtaking view of the lake, the spacious, well equipped apartment, the direct access to the beach... the whole atmosphere was kind of magic. We really appreciated the kindness of the owner, Enzo is a perfect hote. He gave us insights on places to visit, traditions, recommended restaurants and even took us out for a lovely tour around the lake with his motorboat. He made us feel at home and contributed to a perfect, relaxing stay. Compared to the sea side, the area is far from being crowded, which we appreciated. I had the impression that most tourists in Marta were from Italy. Our teenage kids told us spontanously how much they liked the place and that they had a great time too. To resume: I can only recommend the two appartments in the house in Marta. This place has a lot to offer and we already think about coming back next year ☺

We had a perfect stay

If you're looking for a place that is not overcrowded but nice and calm with a beautiful landscape and lots of excursion possibilities come to Marta. We had a perfect stay in this wonderful house. From the patio you have a stunning view on the lake and there are only a few steps downhill and you can enjoy a refreshing bath in the wonderful clean lake. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got fresh tomatoes and zucchinis from the garden. Thank you Enzo for your great hospitality, we will be back someday!

Holiday on the the Lago di Bolsena

This was one of our best holidays on the Lago. We come here almost every year and this property was the best by far that we have ever stayed at. Being directly on the lake made it so convenient for us, as our two daughters could simply come up and down from the beach on their own. The lake in front of the house had a nice sandy bottom after the first 5 meters and was perfect for playing with the kids. The view from the balcony is breath taking. We enjoyed it every morning and evening. Another big plus is that you can stroll into Marta in the evenings for a meal or gelato. Not driving anywhere made it a very relaxing experience. We stayed in the top apartment for a week. It was very clean and modern with good cooking facilities. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were spacious and clean. Enzo was extremely helpful and an excellent host. If you are looking for a super relaxed and unique way of experiencing Lago di Bolsena, this is the place.

Magnifico!

We stayed in Marta for two weeks. It was a wonderful holiday! The house was beautiful, had many space, was clean and practical. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the Lake and we enjoyed it every day. The owners were very friendly and helpful! It is also easy reach to visit the towns around. We have rented a boat in Capodimonte, we have visited Viterbo, civita di bagnoregio, Tuscania and Orvieto. The terms of ' il bagnaccio ' was also a relaxing experience. We all wan't to go back, we are many beautyful memories richer with this vacation! We enjoyed it and our 2 kids still talk about it. Thanks for his beautyful vacation! ;-)

Sublime!

We stayed in Marta for a week in this wonderful apartment. Breakfast on the balcony every morning, an beautiful view over Lago di Bolsena, I want to go back! Marta is within easy reach of many towns and cities and is a wonderful location for a quiet holiday. The beautiful terme Il Bagnaccio is very close and a beautiful place to unwind, Orvieto is well worth a visit as well as the ghost town Civita di Bagnoregio. So much more. Casa Signorile is calm, clean, comfortable with a spectacular view of the lake. The owners are extremely accommodating and helpful and I cannot recommend this place enough!
