Great Place when travelling with children!

Lots of Space on the property and a nice BBQ corner along a table for 8..! Large pool and located close to nice beaches. Ideal for families with children!

Lovely House

Charming property lacking virtually nothing. Comfortable Beds. Particularly enjoyed the covered BBQ area. Beautiful large pool although somewhat cold due to our late October stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely house and amazing pool in great location

We had a lovely week in La Palme. The house is well equipped. Simply furnished and relaxed. The pool area is really great and the pool very large for an outdoor pool. The village nearby is a short walk away with a little supermarket and a great bakery. The bar/restaurant Café National up the road was brilliant. A short drive from beaches (la Plagette is the best if you are able to do the scramble down the rocks to get to it). The week went too fast.

The property was lovely. We primarily booked it though because it was advertised as suitable for disabled and we had a guest with reduced mobility with us. It is absolutely not suitable. A very difficult step to negotiate when entering or leaving the house. No disabled suitable toilet and the shower is impossible to use. Th

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle et grande maison bien équipée. La véranda est un espace repas vaste et agréable mais grâce à la climatisation, il est possible aussi de manger au frais à l'intérieur. La vaisselle, les équipements et les ustensiles de cuisine sont nombreux et permettent de cuisiner facilement. Seul bémol, le frigo est un peu petit pour le nombre de personnes qui peuvent loger dans la maison, surtout lors des fortes chaleurs où il faut des boissons fraiches. La piscine et le terrain de pétanque permettent de profiter de bons moments. Le stationnement est facilité par les garages et les espaces extérieurs. Johan est un hôte très sympathique, il est aux petits soins pour son jardin agréablement aménagé.

Our host clearly struggled with English and it took around an hour to find the house as the address was unclear. We had to message him and he said he was standing outside the property so we could see him but he was not. In the end we had to study an aerial photo on Google maps to try and identify where the house was using the shape of the pool as a guide. The address provided was not recognised on our sat nav. Host was friendly enough and helpful once we found him but seemed to spend more time explaining the coffee machine than anything else. The house was clean in some areas (floors, kitchen, bathrooms, pool) but others had clearly not been cleaned (heavy dust on TV cabinet, bedside drawers, doors etc so we had to clean these ourselves. The location was the other issue we had. Advertised as a BEACHFRONT property. The nearest beach is a 10 minute DRIVE down a steep hill into the town of La Palme then several minutes drive along a main road then a few more minutes down a track to a car park next to the beach. There are some salt lakes at the edge of the village but this is neither the beach nor the sea so this needs to be made clearer. We booked this property so that our children could walk down to the beach if they wanted to but we had to drive them anywhere they wanted to go. The house is basic with a large open plan ground floor living space with aircon, 2 x ground floor bedrooms (no aircon) & 2 upstairs bedrooms (with aircon). Pool is excellent & well maintained.

Belle maison. Parfaite pour un we prolongé entre amis. La maison est grande et bien agencée. Très bien équipée, et la véranda avec sa grande table et son barbecue est un vrai plus.La literie est vraiment bonne Johan est un hôte discret mais très réactif.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Huis is zeer ruim met een goede basis inrichting. Zeer grote eigentuin met een goede plek waar de auto in de schaduw kan staan. BBQ in een aangesloten gedeelte is erg handig. Zwembad is groot en ideaal voor de kinderen. La Palme is een mooi dorpje waar je filmset binnen loopt. Strand is met de auto rond de 12 min rijden naar Port-la Nouvelle. Een mooi breed strand met diverse eet gelegenheden en winkels.

The unforgettable dream villa

Ons verblijf in de villa was geweldig. Wat gaan wij deze pracht locatie missen. Het huis heeft alles wat een mens maar wensen kan. Zwembad is geweldig. Tuin is prachtig. Huis is een droom om te verblijven. De rust en kalmte dat deze locatie biedt is alles dat wij als 2 hardwerkende mensen nodig hadden. Johan is een hele fijne nette man die altijd bereikbaar is maar je alle privacy geeft om te genieten. De villa ligt mooi centraal tussen een paar mooie steden in. Dus perfect om alles te bezichtigen. Dankjewel Johan voor alles, je hebt onze vakantie heel veel betekenis gegeven, die wij niet meer zullen vergeten. We komen zeker graag weer terug.

Bel endroit pour passer le fêtes de Noël en famille

Une vaste et belle maison idéale pour venir s'y ressourcer et passer d'agréables moments. Johan s'est montré très disponible et avait même décoré la maison pour les fêtes de fin d'année. Je recommande cette adresse et notre hôte.

Puente en familia

La dirección que aparece en la ficha no es exacta y nos costo un poco encontrar la casa. Al llegar 15 minutos tarde, Johan ya se habia ido a trabajar y no encontrábamos como acceder a la casa, ni podiamos localizarlo y fue un poco desesperante, una vez entramos, la casa, es tal cual aparece en las fotos, ademas ya nos habia dejado la calefacción puesta, y estába totalmente equipada, las camas cómodas, menos el colchón de la habitacion de matrimonio de la planta de arriba que está ya para cambiar, pero por suerte nos acomodamos en el resto de habitaciones. Johan no nos puso problemas ni con la hora de entrada ni con la de salida, seguramente repetiremos!

Très belle maison, spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec enfants et petits enfants. Grande cuisine et grande véranda appréciables lorsqu’on est nombreux et avec de jeunes enfants. Propriétaire très arrangeant . Adresse à retenir

Die Lagebeschreibung der Anlage war ungenau, der Vermieter musste uns hinführen. Das Objekt ist sehr schön, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Einiges war defekt z. B. Duschkopf , der Herd wurde erneuert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schwierig. Fazit. War insgesamt ok, ist aber ausbaufähig.
