Location, functionality, cleanliness and space - all a premium when looking for a great place to stay. This property had it all. This was a family gathering with adults and children - all of our needs were met and then some. The bicycles, games, kids' room, walking/biking paths, lots of space were added bonuses - including quiet time. I highly recommend this property!

Spring Break

Had a great visit with family over spring break. The home was clean, well stocked kitchen and nicely furnished. The layout is perfect for multi- generation living with kids and grandkids upstairs and grandparents downstairs. Conveniently located near trails. I would rent this home again!

Family reunion ‘19

What a wonderful place!! Perfect for a crowd! Loved the kitchen!! So accommodating for prepping and feeding 36 people! The deck was nice and the grounds were green and welcoming! So much space for us. Very quiet and lovely piece of Sunriver! Perfect for us!!

The house was lovely and comfortable. The lake that we overlooked was not healthy and there were a lot of mosquitos. Also, the toilets were very low. Very difficult for tall people and seniors. Making homes more senior friendly like having steps with rails should be a priority.

Fun house for everyone

Great house for our three families to get together. Might suggest to mention to next arriving folks that lock entry is in BACK of house, not the front door. Front door lock box made it seem we were at wrong house, as it was not lock type needed for entry.

beautiful.

just beautiful. everything was more than we expected. the view was amazing. my family was so happy to be able to spend time in such a serene and gorgeous home. there's so much to see and do in the area but we didn't want to leave the house. 😂 the property managers were so nice as well! renting was easy and staying there was everything. thank you!

Wonderful Getaway!

This property was perfect, like a hotel but in a house. Perfectly stocked with all the dishes you’d need, easy instructions posted in various areas. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The views were gorgeous and it’s so easy to walk out and enjoy the trails. The kitchen is perfect for a big group and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The property management was helpful and friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely go back!

Perfect Christmas Retreat

The house was perfect for our Christmas get together with friends. We had four couples, and each one of us had our own bathroom! The layout was perfect. We only wish they would of had a Christmas tree to fully embrace the season!

Great place for a family get-together.

This is a great rental with a really nice location. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bikes and ping pong table etc were all in good order. The large deck was perfect for gathering. We had the max of 12 people and it did not feel crowded. No A/C was not an issue despite high temps (cools off a LOT at night). Really a gorgeous property. Management company was very fast responding to texts etc.

Nice house in great resort

House met our needs very well. Appreciated the fans and bicycles that came with the place. Great kitchen and deck area was very nice. Loved Sunriver but wasn't able to access pickle ball or tennis courts. Owner didn't provide pass to SHARC which would be very helpful. Bennington helped us out here which was appreciated. Overall, good experience.

Great Gathering Place

Large open floorplan was great for our family gathering. Wish we had a few more in our group to take advantage of all the rooms. Back yard view was exceptional and private. Location was central to everything. I did not pay enough attention to listing but no a/c - (was clearly stated) but fans took care of us that first day. Prop mgr was very responsive. Attention to very minor items like enough paddles for ping pong and balls for foosball would save a call.

Spacious home in SunRiver

Our family did a work/play vacation in this spacious home in Sunriver. We had a lot of space to spread out to work, even used the small children's play space as an office. The house was very well set up with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Where there were some issues was around our expectation of what amenities we could use while in Sunriver. We expected we could use the golf, gym, pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, etc. but only learned after the fact that none of these were included with the rental of the home, not even with a guest fee. To be fair, a couple were closed due to Covid/winter, but I would have thought we could have used the tennis courts, gym, etc. But none of them were available. I would be very careful next time when renting to be sure SHARC passes were included. Given how incredibly expensive this rental was with the VERY high fees, we expected more from this rental. It also would have been helpful to have an instruction guide in the house outlining what was available and how to use the house - especially the thermostat. We could not get the heat right in the house and ended up baking at night.

Ski weekend

This was the perfect house for our joint family ski trip. The house is clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with board games for the evenings after a long day of skiing. The hot tub was the perfect temperature too. We had enjoyed our stay, and have no complaints.

Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable home!

We loved this house for sharing our two families. Kitchen was well outfitted, perfect mud room off of garage for all of our ski gear, propane assisted fireplace was lovely to sit by after skiing! We look forward to staying again!

Fantastic house for a large group!

We rented this house for a long weekend vacation with some friends. The house was a fantastic location to relax, and enjoy the scenery of Sunriver.
