Beautiful Seasons at Avon unit. Complete remodel of 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, 4th floor with beautiful mountain views of Beaver Creek slopes, across street from Gondola, next to Avon Rec Center and Avon Library, ice skating rink and Nottingham Park. Underground parking, elevators-no stairs, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, DVR, apple TV, DVD player, high speed internet, washer-dryer, gas grill on balcony, all modern well equipped kitchen. Beautiful queen mattress in Master bedroom, and large wardrobe. Large master bath with shower and deep tub. Second bedroom has bunk beds plus full size Murphy bed. The condo is located within a hotel with on-site staff that are available for any questions and recommendations. Walk on the riverfront path, a three-mile walking and biking path that runs along the Colorado river, or walk to Nottingham Lake and Park just outside your door. Just across the street, you will find the Gondola to Beaver Creek Slopes and the Westin Resort with famous spa, outdoor saline pools and great food and cocktails. Right next door is the Avon Rec Center with a large pool with water slides for kids and fitness equipment (they offer great daily and weekly rates), as well as the Avon library. Starbucks is a short stroll and City Market grocery store is just a ½ mile away, and walk to many great dining options. An underground garage provides hassle-free parking, as well as locking ski storage for the unit. TOA License# 018008

Best stay in Avon

This is our 6th year coming to Avon and this condo had everything we needed and more! Perfect location and was stocked with everything you would need for a family vacation. The condo felt like home! Will definitely come back.

wonderful stay and charming apartment

the accommodation were comfortable, clean and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to gondola. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all amenities we needed for a cozy and relaxing stay. Whether it was enjoying quiet mornings with coffee or coming back after skiing, everything felt just perfect. We enjoyed our visit so much that we are already planning to come back next year.

Great location with a great view of the ski slopes.

This condo is within walking distance of a beautiful 50 acre park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, restaurants, library, community center, etc…. The view, location and security of this condo was excellent.

Beautiful condo perfect for our family. Easy to get up to BC to ski. Loved Avon the bus service went great lots of restaurants lots to do for nonskiers the owners were very accommodating and responsive would definitely stay here again

Winter Ski Trip

We had a great time during out trip. The condo was centrally located and close to ski access for me and my husband. Extra bonus being so close to the rec and library for the bebs. Thanks!

Great Place!

Can't wait to come back! So convenient, clean, and as represented. Roomy and well lit. We loved it all! Perfect to take gondola to ski, includes garage parking and about a minute walk to the recreation center where the kids LOVED the pools!

Loved Avon and 409 Rental!

The owners were extremely kind, helpful and everything is provided that you need to make your stay enjoyable. Conveniently located to all, plus Naughtingham Park located within a block of the Unit. I would highly recommend 409 in Avon!

very nice condo in the center of Avon

This is well maintained and very well stocked condo in the middle of Avon, CO. Walking distance to the park/lake, pool and restaurants. The condo is clean and comfortable, was enough room for two adults, two kids and a small dog. View of Beaver Creek mountain from the balcony. We did enjoy our stay.

Fabulous property for a ski weekend!

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Between the bus and the riverfront gondola, it was so easy to get to the mountain to ski. We went to the Avon recreation center one afternoon, which is directly behind the building, and our kids had a blast at the pool. Overall, this place had everything we needed for comfort and fun. Can’t wait to come back.

Avon calling

The unit is right in the middle of downtown Avon next to the Lake. You can walk to the grocery store and the park. Dog friendly, there are plenty of nice walks nearby. Clean & comfortable with nice views of Beaver Creek Ski Mountain from the living room & deck.

Great Condo Experience in a Great Location!

The property was recently updated with some more modern amenities (kitchen, bathroom), and has an excellent view of the Beaver Creek ski resort. Location is second to none as you are located at the Avon transportation hub, so you can catch a free bus to Vail, or walk to Riverfront Village (300 ft/100m walk) to catch the free gondola to Beaver Creek. Great restaurants are within walking distance as well, so all the resources you need up in the mountains are very close. The property manager was very accommodating, to which they had the condo opened for us when we first arrived, and checked with me through the stay to make sure we were satisfied with the accommodations. I recommend this property for anyone who wants to get-away in the mountains for skiing, hiking, kayaking, etc. - the comfort, cleanliness, and management made this a very good stay!

Great location for skiing/vail valley bus shuttle/avon

Nice spot that is nicely placed within short walk to gondola at avon base of beaver creek. Also good for steps from shuttle bus to vail. Avon eat spots and shops within short walk and avon rec center directly behind the building if you want to hot tub/sauna/steam room after the slopes. Rec center was $10 for use at night 7-9pm. Condo was nicely furnished. Could be comfortable for 4 people. Know that the master bedroom is quite a bit larger than the guest bedroom. Master bath also quite a bit larger than the other. Overall, good spot in Avon that doesn't totally break the bank.

Nice enough place, but…

Comments above are accurate, but there were a few things that you would expect to be better considering the price to stay there: 1. Master bedroom mattress (foam mattress starting to breakdown) 2. 2nd bedroom’s Murphy bed when pulled down from the wall was not level; with the foot of bed lower than the head of the bed 3. The biggest issue was the light clicking and clanking noise you would hear emanating from the heating radiators when they were heating the bedrooms. This noise goes away when the room hits temperature, but as soon as the temp goes down, the radiator noise continues. Light sleepers beware…

Clean, Great amenities & Perfect Location

We have stayed in many VRBO places. This is one of the best. Outstanding location close to a walking park, the river for fishing, restaurants and shopping. Quite & private condo setting.. The unit was very clean. Well stocked amenities. Parking garage had plenty of spaces. We would rent again if in the area.

Retired attorney and physician from Minnesota who have had a second home in Vail Valley since 1980 love the convenience of the Seasons at Avon. Our grandchildren who live in Valley who are 10, 14 and 18 weren't visiting us much in Vail any more but they love the Seasons, being close to Gondola, pool, ice skatingand shops in Avon.
