This is an economic property with few frills. On all of the important criteria, though, it fits the bill. The walk to either the gondola or the Coonskin lift is very short, and one can ski back to the hotel easily. There are a number of restaurants within a five minute walk, and in ten minutes you can be in the heart of Telluride's charming tourist district which is brimming with restaurants, bars and shops. The beds are comfortable and the facility was very quiet. Staff were accommodating and, when the ski resort was abruptly shut down due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the management provided a refund of our unused nights despite a no-cancellation clause in our booking agreement. The only downside was a two-burner stove that performed quite poorly, but the microwave and coffee maker worked well so I was able to have oatmeal and coffee for breakfast. Overall a fine choice to ski a world-class mountain.,
