Summary:
This majestic villa boasts a fantastic location in the hills of the exclusive urbanization Torrequebrada in Benalmádena Costa and enjoys some of the very best uninterrupted sea views. The home is Southwest-orientated and its privileged setting in an elevated position offers panoramic views of the bending coastline and famous Golf Torrequebrada.
The beaches of Playa Torrevigía or Playa de las Yucas are within reasonable walking distance via a sloping street 750m away with cosy beachbars and several seaside dining-out options along the bay such as Angus, La Cala, Tulum, Yucas, La Viborilla and Trocadero Benalmádena.

The Space:
Villa Croonenborgh is built in the traditional Andalusian fashion with arches and pillars to create covered terraces as shelter for the hot summers, there has been put lots of detail in the decoration and furnishing of this elegant house.
The ground floor consists of a large living area, beginning with a double-height entry, a comfortable dining and sitting room with glass sliding doors offering beautiful sea views and direct access to the ample covered balcony. The modern kitchen is large and welcoming, fully fitted with everything guests may need during their stay. On the same floor there is a guest toilet and two bedrooms with twin beds of which one with en-suite bathroom. The twin beds can be used as double beds as well.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom suite is particularly beautiful, with an open dressing room, large en-suite bathroom, and private balcony. Downstairs the lower floor hosts the utility room, a bathroom and guest toilet plus two more bedrooms with direct access to a second ample covered terrace and adjacent bar area with steps to garden and swimming-pool. Lovely gardens and those unbeatable views combine to create a unique outdoor space.
Overall, a fantastic villa suitable for a maximum of 10 guests with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets, built to a high standard, comfortably furnished and offering private outdoor swimming-pool, hot tub, heating/cooling air-conditioning, alarm, Wi-Fi, IPTV, Netflix, Canal Digitaal decoder, Pacman Arcade coffee table and Playstation4. Travel cot, highchair and car seat for a baby are available free of charge. Cleaningpack Euro 325 includes bedlinen, mattress and pillow protectors, bath mats, towels, pooltowels and endcleaning.
Guest Access:
The entire property is available to guests except for the machine rooms and one storage room with private belongings. Thanks to a heat pump we are able to extend the swimming season October to May which will keep the swimming-pool temperature around 28 degrees Celcius depending on weather conditions. Pool Heating extra charge Euro 50 per day. Please book with 1 week notice. During the warm summer months June-September we will not be running the pool heating.
The Neighborhood:
Benalmádena-Costa has many wide sandy beaches with cosy chiringuitos and shallow waters, perfect for swimming, paddling or surfing. The villa is backed by the Sierra de Mijas mountain range and is therefore a great base for those interested in the good hiking trails and cycling routes in the area. Golf, wellness- and sports centers with tennis and padel courts all in close proximity as well as supermarkets, pharmacy and Vithas Xanit International Hospital.
Getting Around:
The award-winning harbour of Benalmádena, Puerto Marina, is home to good shops, cafes and restaurants, whilst the nearby traditional Pueblos Blancos (white washed villages) of Benalmádena Pueblo and Mijas Pueblo or the beautiful, bustling city of Málaga make a perfect destination for a day out away from the beach.
