Een feest voor mijn kinderen en kleinkinderen. Een prachtige villa, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Fantastische ontvangst met eten voor deze hongerige reisgenoten Halverwege de week werd het hele huis weer schoongemaakt. Kortom we hebben heel erg genoten. Dankjewel.

Alles bestens.

Wir haben hier einen erholsamen Familienurlaub (12 Personen) verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Check in, Rückfragen zum Objekt, Zusatzdecken) verlief stets sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht im Urlaub. Es gab zusätzlich sogar einen Handtuch- / Wäschewechsel zur Wochenmitte. Fussläufig gibt es Tavernen, kleine Shops und einen Supermarkt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Simply Perfect!

We stayed in this villa 5 years ago and returned again in August 2022. Our group had 12 people ranging from 9 years old to 72. Location is ideal, 5 min walk from restaurants and sea, private and spacious inside and outside. With such a good location you don't necessarily need a car , although we had one so we could enjoy occasional days out and do food shopping. Even without a car you can book day trips by bus from the various tourist shops in the village. Panormos suited us - there's >10 restaurants, a village centre with facilities, a couple of beaches (although they are small) and harbour. If you like big beaches then Panormos probably isn't for you, but there are 3 or 4 small ones with good swimming. A lot of north coast Crete beaches have rough seas, but Panormos is sheltered due to the harbours. There is a scuba dive and watersports school in the village too. The villa is split into 2 semidetached houses of 4 bedrooms + 2 bedrooms with shared outside space. Plenty of outside seating, sunbathing and dining areas. BBQ was good, I'd recommend using Lidl in Reythymno (15 mins drive) for the meat as the shop in village doesn't have a great choice. Only small gripe is that in the early evening there isn't much seating in the shade before 8pm, but it's great in mornings to sit in shade with a coffee. Pool is perfect for cooling off and is ~10-12m long and no deeper than 1.4m. Overall, a wonderful villa in a wonderful location for quiet family retreats, I would gladly return :-)

Phantastisches Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, großzügig, hell und blitzsauber. In den Ort mit zauberhaften Restaurants ist es nur ein Spaziergang von 5 Minuten. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern dort und hatten absolut NIX zu meckern.

Absolute Traum-Villa!

Diese Villa können ich und meine Reisegruppe (insgesamt waren wir zu zwölft) absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir waren von den Bildern schon begeistert, aber was uns dort erwartete übertraf nochmal alle Erwartungen. Die Villa ist modern und mit reichlich Platz ausgestattet. Das Haus besteht aus einem größeren und einem mit kleineren Haus mit separatem Eingang. Der geräumige Pool verschafft Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten in allen Räumen bestens. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns der äußerst freundliche Besitzer und ein Begrüßungswein sowie ein paar Snacks. Auf Sauberkeit wird großen Wert gelegt, einmal in der Woche kam ein Putz-Team, das die komplette Unterkunft reinigte und jeden mit neuen Handtüchern ausstattete. Wir können nur Positives berichten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Service. Ein Teil von uns musste sich am letzten Tag wegen der Einstufung Griechenlands als Hochrisikogebiet testen lassen und der Besitzer bot bereits am ersten Tag an, dass er sich um Termine kümmern würde und sie von der Villa abholen und zurückbringen würde. Wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihm melden, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Der Ausblick der Villa ist besonders zum Sonnenuntergang atemberaubend. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick zum Meer und es dauert zu Fuß nur ca. 10 Minuten bis man in dem schönen Örtchen Panormos mit einigen Tavernen, kleinen Gassen und Shops ist. Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, gerade für größere Lebensmitteleinkäufe. Alles in allem waren wir wunschlos glücklich und würden sofort wieder kommen.

Unfassbar schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Eolia verbracht und wir können nur positives sagen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der Eigentümerin und ihrem Sohn willkommen geheißen. Die Villa besteht aus zwei Bereichen, der erste große Bereich mit vier Schlafzimmern und der zweite Bereich mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Beide Bereiche sind mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch. Die Sauberkeit ist auch hervorzuheben. Der Sohn der Eigentümerin kam uns zweimal besuchen und hat uns Gurken aus dem eigenen Anbau vorbei gebracht. Wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihm melden. Der Pool hat verschiedene Tiefen, so dass dieser für Groß und Klein zu nutzen ist. Es gibt genug Liegeflächen und Verschattungen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens. Die Betten sind hart und wir haben super geschlafen. Das Dorf Padormos ist sehr gemütlich und hat leckere Tavernen.

Perfekt, schön, Erwartungen übertroffen

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern, wunderschön, modern, sauber, einfach herrlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig, man ist ganz für sich aber zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar: Strand, Supermarkt, div. Restaurants, Apotheke. Wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Es sind zwei Häuser zusammen, aber trotzdem jedes für sich. Man hat die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen. Bade/Pooltücher sind vorhanden, es wird 1x pro Woche geputzt und alles ausgewechselt wie im Hotel. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Es ist ein absoluter Traum

Es war ein super schöner Urlaub. Wir haben die 13 Tage Sehr genossen. Das Haus selber ist ein absoluter Traum! Es fehlt hier wirklich an rein gar nichts. Von der Einrichtung bis hin zu allem drum herum ist alles Perfekt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war absolute Spitzenklasse. Wenn man irgendwelche Wünsche hatte , wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert. Bei der Ankunft hat uns Frau Roula (Besitzerin) sehr herzlich Empfangen. Es standen einige Willkommens Überaschungen (Wein, Obst, Süßigkeiten) in der Küche. Nach der ersten Woche hat Sie uns dann sogar noch einen Kuchen vorbei gebracht. Der Kontakt war super Nett. Besser geht es nicht! Auch der Kontakt zu Valia war super nett. Sie hat sich wirklich sofort um alles gekümmert! Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen. Es war einfach nur toll. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal für alles! André Hülsmann und Familie

Great family holiday villa close to village and beach

Our stay in July 2019 was fantastic. From initiating the booking process with Valia to leaving the keys at the end of our stay - we could not have asked for more. The villa is beautiful, with contemporary styling, comfortable beds, great lighting, modern appliances, spacious rooms, private pool and lawns - very nice for my family of 11 - 3 generations. Roula greeted us as we arrived and made sure we were well looked after. Locally there are plenty of cafes, ice cream and coffee parlours and tavernas, some right on the beach, others tucked away down little side roads. It's not too touristy in Panormos, and felt very easy to wander around the shops and bars, very friendly people too. The walk to the village only took about 5-6 minutes, down a hill, but not too steep for the walk back! We wanted all of these facilities, especially restaurants, local to the villa as we did not want to hire a car. Our transfer from the airport (recommended by the owner) was happy to stop for half an hour at a Rethymno supermarket en route, for us to stock up on main supplies for our week. That really helped. All in all, I'd have no hesitation in booking this villa again - everything was just perfect. Thank you to Valia and to Roula.

A stunning village on the coast of Crete

This villa is magnificent: beautifully designed to a grand scale. It’s by far the nicest property in the region. It’s comfortable: it’s spacious; it’s well located; it’s well equipped; it’s got a great pool and well tended garden. It lacks nothing and it’s managed both helpfully and very professionally. 11 of us shared it, ages ranging from 11-85 and we found it perfect.

Fantastic family getaway

We had a half term holiday here with our adult children and grandchildren and it was first class in every way. The booking process was easy with Valia giving speedy and helpful responses to all of our queries. We were delayed with our flight and arrived at 1am to find Roula , the owner, cheerfully giving us the keys and a tour of the property. The villa was superb, stylish, spotlessly clean and really well equipped and there was a full mid week clean and linen change, which was much appreciated. The location on the edge of the village was just right for us . Everything was within walking distance - snorkelling off the beach, eating in the many tavernas and generally strolling around. We really couldn’t fault this place and would highly recommend it to any large group who want to be near the attractions of a resort / village whilst having the benefits of their own private space. Thank you Roula and your staff for making this a very chilled, hassle free holiday.

Fabulous modern villa

We were two families (9 people, inc 5 children) and we had a fantastic holiday at Villa Eolia in the summer. We all loved the fabulous modern villa and would definitely return again, my son regularly asks when we can go back! Having arrived in Crete very late we received a very warm welcome from the owner Roula who looked after us wonderfully throughout our stay. Valia was also great and Roula & Valia kindly organised a delicious cake for one of the children's birthdays. Beautiful outside area and a lovely pool. The boys also appreciated the PS4 in the living room! The villa is in an excellent location for lots of superb restaurants, all within walking distance. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Top quality villa, great for large families or group of friends

Villa is beautiful, recent build, with high quality fixtures and fitments throughout. Great sized pool, much bigger than most villas we have stayed at, masses of outdoor entertaining areas. The owner was brilliant, met us on arrival, gave us detailed tour of the property and showed us how everything worked, left bowl of fruit and a few essentials plus bottle of wine and some local cake/biscuits. Cleaners came mid way through our stay, changed all towels and bed linen and bought lovely Gatueax. Village is within 5 minute walk of the villa and has plently of bars and Tavernas, three seperate beaches, great view of sea from the villa. Great location for exploring the Island being two mintes from the main road that runs the length of the island, but not close enough to hear any road noise. Overall a great villa and a great holiday.

Beautifully maintained and equipped villa and gardens.

We could not fault this villa, just five minutes walk from the beaches and charming village, with plenty of restaurants and shops. The friendly and helpful owner welcomed us in and showed us round, leaving cakes, wine and fruit for all the family. Mid-week she sent over a beautiful huge chocolate cake with the maids, and she came round to say good-bye and make sure our stay had been to our satisfaction when we left. A fantastic holiday villa for a large family group. The best we have stayed in!

Incredible Villa, Amazing Location, Awesome service

Myself and a group of 10 Friends stayed at Villa Eolia and had the most fantastic time. The villa is beautiful, chic and very spacious with more than ample room and amenities for everyone and everything. The setting is just breathtaking sitting midpoint up a hill so you are able to see beautiful sunsets and the bay of Parnormo as you relax by the stunning pool. The hill it sits on is very small and is easily Walkable to the shops and restaurants of Parnormo. The owner Mrs Roula along with Valia and the team at Think Villa were just so helpful. Both of them were keeping us up to date and checking in before the holiday and of course once we had arrived. Any problem we had (Not problems with the villa - just silly things like when I accidentally locked us out!) - The owner came running round to help us and get us back in within 20 minutes. We have had the best week and I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a large group holiday. We are all around the age of 30 so we were looking for somewhere we could relax, cook, eat out and enjoy a few drinks but not a party town. Parnormo was perfect for this and we made great use of the town and local beaches. After befriending the manager at a local restaurant too, we would highly recommend going to eat at Porto Parassiris. This villa is an amazing find and we will be back!

Beautiful Villa. Fantastic location.

We stayed in Villa Eolia for a week earlier this month. The villa is beautiful. Garden, pool and BBQ areas are extremely well maintained. Lots of different seating areas. 5 - 10 mins walk into the village which has everything you need. The villa owner Roula is a lovely, friendly lady. Nothing was too much bother for her or her husband and we knew that we could contact her at any time should we need to. Valia from HomeAway was also lovely and helped us with all our booking details and was also happy to help with any questions or requirements we had. We were a party of 11 adults and we all agreed we loved this villa and would love to return at some point. Would definitely recommend both the villa and HomeAway to anyone considering a holiday. Thanks to all concerned. We had a great holiday xxx

The property was exceptional.

We got a hire car from the airport - which in hindsight we should have taken a cab and then hired a car from the village as despite good directions and maps it was not so easy to find - but despite getting lost the host came and met us even though it was late at night, and had pizza for us on arrival - so kind! The property was amazing! It was so clean and modern with all the amenities you could need. We hired the larger of the 2 properties as there was no-one in the adjoining property so the pool was our exclusive use - this villa is ideal for large families or 2 families/set of friends holidaying together. The village is lovely and quiet. You can walk there in 5 mins and there are a selection of restaurants, a couple of bars, a bakery and at least 2 supermarkets. We went in the last week of the season so it was very quiet and a few places had already closed for the season - but this did not spoil it in anyway...We found you could hire jetskis and boat rides - this we stumbled upon as the sea had been too choppy earlier in the week - great for my older kids. Valia and Roula were there for us at any time so we never felt alone. The pool was cleaned daily and housekeeping on a Wednesday - with a cake no less!! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location to anyone! It's a great place to get to travel about and explore the beautiful island of Crete. My family and i would for sure be back! Thank you Roula and Valia...Jan and family...

Brilliant!!!!!

The house was incredible and had everything you could wish for: views, pool, great beds and pillows, bbq, short walk to beach (5mins), short walk to shops (5mins) and restaurants. Relaxing little village with cute shops and restaurants. The owners are lovely and hugely accommodating. They left us a sweet gift basket of fruits, snacks, wine when we arrived and a lovely cake partway through just because. If we needed anything they were there in moments. Overall just fantastic.

Unforgettable villa and experience !

This villa is the dream villa: modern, bright, new, clean, with all the right amenities and high end appliances. U won't miss anything. They even provide u with a juicer and panini machine. The view of the pool and seasight is breathtaking. Service is awesome: cleaning ladies come twice a week. Towels and beach towels are changed. The owners are extra sweet people, just like the rest of people in Crete. Crete is a gorgeous island with mountain and sea views. You can't go wrong with this villa. Overall, from the agent whom we booked the villa with to our whole stay there, everything was worth the money!

Stunning says it all !

A beautiful villa in a very convenient location on the edge of Panormo with lovely views of the sea. The villa was immaculate and air conditioned when we arrived with a basket of local goodies in each kitchen. Linen and towels were very good quality as were the furnishings inside and out. Cleaners came in twice a week which was a brilliant service. The pool was amazing and kept beautifully clean which was great as we used it so much. The villa has been designed very well and worked brilliantly for the 13 of us . It really was a home from home for the 2 weeks we were there and the owners made sure that we had everything that we needed to enhance our stay. We would love to go again another time.

a beautiful new villa in a fishing village near larger towns and interesting sites

This is a perfect villa for a family vacation. The villa is beautifully furnished with contemporary Italian furniture and has views of the sea and its own pool. The villa is actually a spectacular duplex, each unit with its own kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. So, the family had a lot of space to rest after an active day. It's location allowed for daily swims at Bali, visits to interesting inland villages like Margarites and archeological sites, and close enough to hike on Mt. Ida. We had eight family members, and we did all those things and more. The villa is in a picturesque fishing village; so, people could go into town for meal or a coffee independent of a car. The owner, Roula, is incredibly kind and thoughtful. It was an amazing vacation!

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location

Mrs Roula and her son were waiting for us upon arrival and were very welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate our family and party of 3 young children. The villa is split in to two houses which worked well for our party and each house has all the modern amenities you could need. The villa is in a fantastic location with less than a 10minute walk to the beach and wonderful restaurants. The bakery in the village is a must.
