The property is located in the elegant residential complex called “Il Borgo di Porto San Paolo,” within the Tavolara and Capo Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, one of Sardinia’s most beautiful coastlines. This 90-square-meter vacation home accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 1 bathroom. You’ll find air conditioning, a TV, a washing machine, a crib, and a dedicated workspace.

Our spacious private garden is fenced and surrounded by a hedge. It’s shaded by a beautiful olive tree and features a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a brick barbecue. These features, along with the covered terrace, are perfect for ensuring you can relax in complete safety and privacy.
Furthermore, the house enjoys a unique location at the entrance to the pedestrian path, ideal for carrying luggage and offering perfect sun exposure with pleasant breezes.

The property also includes a private covered parking space. Pets are allowed, but smoking indoors and hosting events are not permitted. We ask that you respect quiet hours during rest periods.

You’re just 50 meters from the town center, where all amenities are within walking distance: supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy, the post office, restaurants, and pizzerias. The nearest beach is a 400-meter walk away. Porto San Paolo is just 10 km from the airport and the ferry terminal in Olbia. From here, you can join excursions to Tavolara Island for snorkeling, scuba diving, and water sports, or rent a boat to explore Molara Island and the famous beaches of Porto Istana, Porto Taverna, Cala Brandinchi, and Costa Corallina—all within 10 km. Visit the nearby tourist office for local recommendations.

Water, electricity, gas, final cleaning, and garden maintenance are included. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee. Bed linens and towels are available for rent (20 euros). Cost per person per stay

An apartment with cheap useless old furniture and interior and a kitchen equipped with cheap greasy dishes. There is no real sofa in the living room, where you can chill in the evening or after the beach. Tbhe space is mostly filled up with unneeded tables and chairs. The matress was too soft to sleep on, I had discomfort in my back after every night. The most outrageous was the fact that I had to pay 60 in cash upon arrival only for getting the bed linen (which was a granny’s bedsheet without a fresh smell, by the way. Location and garden are good, but be ready to walk 15-25 minutes in the heat to reach good beaches. For that price I could stay in a good clean hotel elsewhere.

Dear Eugenia, we're very sorry for this negative review, which we believe to be completely unfounded. The house is in a fantastic location and in a residential area. Cleanliness has always been impeccable. We don't understand all these complaints. You also found the heat bothersome, and not having the sea right on your doorstep. We recommend finding a hotel with a comfortable sofa, a relaxation area, a mattress that won't give you back pain, a nearby pool, and a place that's not too hot and too much expensive

Appartement fonctionnel et bien situé

L'appartement se situe au rdc d'une maison avec un étage au dessus uniquement. Le jardin et l'entrée est privé. Malgré la chaleur il restait agréable de manger dehors car il y a beaucoup de vent. Le linge de lit est payant au prix de 15€ par personne même pour un lit double. L'hôte est accueillante mais il a été difficile d'échanger avec elle car elle ne parle ni Anglais ni Français. Le logement est très bien situé, à 15 minutes de la première plage et à 10 min du centres de San Paolo dans un quartier calme .

Tutto bello ma mi permetto qualche consiglio

La casa è in una posizione splendida, il giardino è meraviglioso, la sig.ra Francesca (che si occupa delle pulizie e di consegnare le chiavi) precisa e gentile. Mi permetto di segnalare però che all'arrivo nella casa sarebbe stato gradito trovare almeno un rotolo di carta igenica, un po' di sapone per i piatti, un detersivo per la pulizia del bagno e magari una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo.... inoltre pur sapendo che avevamo il traghetto la sera tardi la casa era già affittata per il primo pomeriggio ragione per cui abbiamo dovuto lasciarla per le 10:30. Ci sono alcune accortezze che rendono un soggiorno indimenticabile oltre che carino.

Ottima esperienza

Casa bella spaziosa con gran giardino. La casa ha tutto l'occorrente ed è bella fresca ( eccetto i giorni a 39 gradi, però di notte è comunque ventilato). Tutti i servizi sono a pochi passi. Francesca è stata gentilissima.

Vacanza da ripetere

La casa è esattamente come descritta, in posizione fresca e sempre ventilata. La pulizia era perfetta a la signora Francesca disponibile al nostro arrivo, nonostante il forte ritardo del traghetto. Spero di tornarci.

Sehr schöne Lage!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung von Sylvia sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und sehr zügig. Vor allem die Lage ist sehr schön und die Möglichkeiten zu Eisdiele und Supermarkt sind gegeben. Insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung wirklich gut ausgestattet.

ruhige Lage, geräumig mit großem Garten

Prima Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des Nordostens von Sardinien mit dem Auto. Für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Schöne Terasse zum Frühstücken (Südosten) und großzügiger Rasen nach Westen mit gemauertem Grill sowie Tisch , Stühle und Liegen. In der Küche gibt es zahlreiche Töpfe sowie viele (7) Bratpfannen in diversen Größen - leider nur 2 Weingläser. 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer für jeweils 2 Personen fanden wir prima. Im Wohnzimmer gibts einen großen runden Tisch und bei Bedarf auch noch weitere Schlafgelegenheiten auf dem Sofa. Fernseher mit SKY war vorhanden - haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Leider gibts kein WLAN. Insgesamt waren wir ganz zufrieden und haben uns dort wohl gefühlt, ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Feuerzeug für Gasherd, Spülmittel) haben wir uns im nahegelegenen Supermarkt geholt.

Wundervoll!!!

Wie bereits von meinen Vorgängern erwähnt, handelt es sich um eine Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Ruhig und doch zentral. Zum Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse hat uns bereits die Morgensonne begrüßt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, perfekt mit Gefrierschrank und Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und geräumigen Abstellflächen. Die Matratzen in den beiden Schlafräumen waren genial...nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Vom Bett im Schlafzimmer konnte man in den Garten sehen, mit einem Olivenbaum vorm Fenster. Einfach nur wundervoll. Im Badezimmer, mit genügend Raum und Platz und Abstellmöglichkeiten haben wir es genossen, dass nicht nur ein Rinnsal aus den Wasserhähnen kommt, sondern es fließt viel, reichlich und sauber. Von der Schlüsselannahme bis zur Abgabe war alles perfekt. Mit Francesca, die wohl die Wohnung verwaltet, haben wir uns mit Händen und Füßen unterhalten. ... Silvia haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, sie war aber bei Fragen z. Bsp. für den genauen Anfahrtsweg sehr hilfreich am Telefon. Vielen Dank dafür. Obwohl wir keine Sicht aufs Meer hatten, liegt die Wohnung so gut, dass wir beim nächsten Sardinienurlaub gerne wieder dorthin kommen. Wir waren Ende September hier zu Gast und es war schon überall sehr ruhig. Die Buchten rund um Porto San Paolo sind nah und traumhaft...allen voran Spiaggia Di Punta Don Diego. Zusammenfassend : Wundervoll!!und vielleicht bis nächstes Jahr...Danke an Silvia und Francesca.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa proprietà in luglio, casa pulita in ordine con tutto ciò che serve per passare una bella vacanza. Il giardino è la parte più bella della casa, cene e grigliate sotto il portico, zona sempre ventilata. In casa non c'è il condizionatore ma non serve, la sera si riesce a dormire benissimo ugualmente. Tutti i servizi sono raggiungibili a piedi e a pochi km ci sono spiagge bellissime! Proprietari molto disponibili.

Vacances réussies !!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans la maison de Maurizio, celle ci a tout le confort nécessaire (lave linge, barbecue, très beau jardin...) et est située surtout dans un très bel environnement ! Petite plage accessible à pieds sinon les plus belles sont à seulement 10/15 minutes en voiture .... on recommande fortement cette propriété !

Una vacanza perfetta

Una vacanza perfetta. La casa è  situata in un punto strategico,con tutte le comodità  necessarie raggiungibili a piedi(panificio, supermercati,farmacia ,ristoranti bar e negozi di altro tipo).Il Borgo è  curatissimo  e nonostante la quantità degli alloggi è  silenziosissimo. La casa è  esattamente come nelle foto,accogliente, spaziosa con tutte le comodità  per una vacanza all'insegna del relax.Nonostante fossimo in 6 ognuno ha sempre avuto i propri spazi.Il giardino (ad uso esclusivo)sicuramente è  il valore aggiunto di questo alloggio.E' molto piu grande di quel che sembra nelle foto ed è  molto  ben curato,non mancano lettini per  prendere il sole ,tavolo e sedie  sia nella zona barbecue che nella veranda davanti alla cucina.Che dire il nostro soggiorno è  stato molto piacevole,un ringraziamento ai proprietari  e a Francesca  disponibili e attenti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza  dei loro ospiti.Il nostro  giudizio  e estremamente  positivo.

Gut gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Es bietet alles was man braucht und entspricht der Beschreibung. Es liegt in einer schönen Anlage. Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der schöne, große Garten bietet gerade Familien mit Kindern einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Übergabe und Betreuung vor Ort durch Francesca ist ausgezeichnet. Für unsere kleine Tochter wurde ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Außerdem gab es noch original verpacktes Spielzeug für die Kleine. Es hat uns wirklich gefallen. Vielen Dank!

Es hat uns als Familie sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Es hat uns ziemlich gut gefallen. Zentral gelegen auch das einkaufen und Restaurant zu Fuss in 3-4 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht sie ist gross,hat gute Betten. Man sollte sich vielleicht überlegen ob man wieder mal etwas investieren sollte. Der Kontakt war super leider spricht sie nur Italienisch. Mit Händen und Füssen geht's auch. Sauberkeit war okay. Die Abnahme war sehr unkompliziert. Danke und gerne wieder.

questa casa e' favolosa.ha grandi camere ben arredate, un soggiorno enorme e una cucina altrettanto grande e ben accessoriata.....ma la cosa piu' bella e' il giardino che circonda la casa con lettini due tavoli super sia nel portico che sul retro addirittura un dondolo......insomma in estate qurl giardino vale 100 punti

Un sogno lungo tre settimane

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per le tre settimane centrali di agosto e siamo entusiasti dell'esperienza. La casa è perfetta con spazi interni sono molto ampi ed accessori utili (microonde e macchina caffè). Il giardino grande e ben tenuto ci ha regalato splendidi momenti di relax. La casa è soleggiata di giorno e fresca di notte e pur essendo nel centro del borgo, non risente di caos o traffico. Oltre la spiaggia di San Paolo raggiungibile a piedi vale menzionare le perle più vicine da raggiungere in auto con 10/20 minuti : Cala Finanza, Don Diego, Puntaldia, Coda Cavallo, porto Istana, Corallina e le mitiche Tavolara e Molara. Consigli : visita a Molara con l'associazione Molara (unici ad avere permesso) e mini crociera ad Orosei con motonave davidegolia. Ristoranti in zona: Si Food presso la spiaggia corallina (zona residence ollastu) e Il Fare' pizzeria napoletana. Molto delusi dalla pizzeria del golf club Puntaldia (pizza dura e servizio pessimo.... 1 ora prima di essere serviti) e dal limitrofo ristorante Il Marino (ottima location, bella presentazione ma pessimo servizio, mediocre qualità del cibo e conto eccessivo).

Buonasera, il nostro giudizio sul soggiorno a Loiri Porto San Paolo è positivo, la casa con il giardino è molto confortevole e curata anche nei particolari, non manca nulla. Bella location, in ottima posizione.

L'appartamento è ampio, nuovo e molto pulito, molto ben organizzato negli spazi sia interni che esterni. Completamente attrezzato è situato in un quartiere tranquillo di una località vivace, è comunque vicino ad ogni servizio raggiungibile anche a piedi. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere in pochi minuti d'auto alcune delle spiagge più belle e famose. La spiaggia vicina, raggiungibile a piedi, è comunque degna di nota. Grande disponibilità dei proprietari e della custode.

Incantevole...

Poco da dire, l'appartamento è tutto quello che si può desiderare in vacanza. Accogliente spazioso e con ampio giardino. A pochi passi si trova tutto, centralissimo ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos, tranquillo e freschissimo. Ottima esperienza.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Anbindung an Ort und Strand

Wir haben uns in der ruhigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle unsere Fragen wurden von den Vermietern umgehend beantwortet und Francesca kümmert sich vor Ort persönlich um alle Anliegen. Die Terasse und Garten ist sehr schön und hat eine Hollywoodschaukel (die sich wunderbar als Windschutz nutzen lässt). Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand und in 3-5 Minuten im Ort mit einem tollen Eiscafé und guten Restaurants und Bars. Der Supermarkt ist um die Ecke und hat tolle Auswahl. Wir haben die vier Sterne gegeben, da uns die Matrazen doch etwas zu hart waren, ansonsten alles top! Wir werden bestimmt mal wiederkommen.

Un bel endroit calme au paradis !!!

Appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Le jardin sur 3 côtés est précieux. Toujours un coin au soleil ou à l'ombre, au choix! Proche du village et de tous les petits commerces locaux (nous vous conseillons de rendre visite au fromager, au boulanger, au fruits et légumes et surtout à la "Gellateria artigianale"! Rien que du bonheur). Mais tourné vers la mer et en bordure du village, l'endroit et calme et facile d'accès. Très bien.
