This property It's a new built home, where to spend some days with family or friends sharing and enjoying this area of ​​the Island. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen area, living and dining room, full A / C.

The layout of this property consist in:

- First Bedroom en suite with private bathroom, and comfy double bed.
- Second bedroom, with double bed.
- Third bedroom with 2 singles beds.
- One bathroom more to share.

- Outdoor areas with BBQ (charcoal type), stylish dining table, chill out area and a wonderful Balinese bed and sun chairs around the swimming pool and the back yard with hammock.

This wonderful house is located in walking distance from the beach front, less than 5 minutes walking to cala de bou beach, also you will find very close, shops, bars and restaurants where to go with your group to take soft drinks and enjoy the weather in the island Around your place you will have ATM, supermarkets and pharmacy as well. In less than 10 minutes driving you will get to San Antonio town, with several clubs like mambo coffee, and a lot of place where to relax and enjoy the best sunset ever. By the way if you want to go to beaches like cala conta, cala bassa, cala molí, cala vadella and more wonderful beaches in less than 15 minutes driving.
Cala de Bou town, is a residential place, with a special mood, with a large main street near the beach front plenty of clubs with English and Irish style, where you will find since special smooth drinks until live music. It is a next town to San Antonio but instead of this, this one is more calm and relax, also you can make a walk for 20 minutes until San Antonio Bay.

We will always recommend to our guests to rent to move easily around the Island.

- All Checks in after 21 Hrs. Will have an extra cost for € 150 paid in cash upon your arrival. - In case you want to late check out, please contact with your host for more information. - It's forbidden to leave garbage inside the property, will be fined with 50 € each bag.

un soggiorno fantastico, ottima posizione silenziosa con tutti i servizi vicini e vicina alle spiagge più belle dell'isola, alloggio dotato di tutti i servizi e confort e supporto dello staff immediato. molto pulito e super consigliato!

Kakkerlakkenplaag tijdens verblijf

De woning zelf was wat we ervan verwachten. De communicatie liet echter sterk te wensen over. De sleutel bemachtigen was al een hele uitdaging op dag 1. Verder was er letterlijk een kakkerlakkenplaag in het huis, de verdelger is langs geweest tijdens ons verblijf om chemisch poeder te strooien. Elke dag vonden we kakkerlakken in de slaapkamer, keuken, badkamer, ... Initieel reageerde Mimbi Laundry Shop and Cleaning (Manager en schoonmaakbedrijf van het pand) goed. Echter toen na 1 actie het probleem nog niet was opgelost liet het vervolg sterk te wensen over. door deze actie konden we ook geruime tijd (+/- 1.5 dag) ook niet in het pand verblijven. na de actie vonden we ook nog dagelijks kakkerlakken. Omdat dit de spuigaten uitliep vroegen we een refund, een kakkerlakkenplaag + verdelger etc. tijdens het vebrlijf was volgens hen echter geen reden tot een refund (What?!). (Fotobewijs + whatsapp gesprekken hebben we uiteraard genomen/bijgehouden, we gaan het hier dan ook niet zo bij laten )

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and could not fault the cleanliness, the facilities and all the little touches added (wine in the fridge, bottles of water, etc.). Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in San Antonio Bay and if we’re ever back would definitely re-book. Also a huge thank you to Indi, who was super helpful throughout the whole stay!

Fijne woning van alle gemakken voorzien

Prettige bedden, ruim opgezet en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het klopt dat niet alle kledingkasten nog goed functioneren, maar dat vonden wij geen groot issue. Handdoeken, beddengoed, zelfs een bakje koffie is aanwezig bij binnenkomst, dat is heel fijn. In het laagseizoen is de omgeving vrijwel uitgestorven, maar voor de nachtrust is dat ook wel die het hele jaar open is met ruime openingstijden en 's ochtends vers brood.

Objekt hält nicht, was es verspricht!

Die Wohnung ist schön, hält aber leider nicht ganz, was die Bilder versprechen! Es gab leider zahlreiche Mängel: - 1 Tag kein warmes Wasser - Rollladen ließ sich in einem Schlafzimmer 12 Tage nicht öffnen - Dunstabzugshaube defekt - eine Dusche war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar - Schranktüren kaputt - Zimmertüren teilweise schwer zu öffnen UND: wir hatten leider 4 Tage Partylärm in der Wohnung nebenan (gleicher Vermieter!), der trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden nicht abgestellt wurde! Die Wohnung ist eigentlich grosszügig geschnitten, eine große Küche mit viel Ausstattung und einer schönen Terrasse. Schade, dass die Mängel und der Lärm nicht behoben wurden. Die Housekeeperin war jederzeit erreichbar und verständnisvoll, konnte aber leider nicht mehr erreichen.

Viaje con amigos

La casa estaba equipada correctamente para 6 personas con 3 habitaciones amplias y dos baños también cómodos. En los baños nos dejaron detalles de aseo que siempre sea agradable. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente que no funcionaba correctamente (sólo la primera persona que se duchaba tenía agua caliente, y el problema no se solucionó durante nuestra estancia). La zona de barbacoa y chill out/ piscina es muy agradable (lo único, no disponen utensilios para hacer la barbacoa) En general disfrutamos mucho de la casa, salvo pequeños detalles, como dijimos antes, del agua y los utensilios para la barbacoa.

Amazing little oasis in the middle of a beautiful island!

San Antonio Bay was a quaint little area to stay on the island, however I will probably not stay in this neighborhood again. Despite the location of the property on the island, the property itself was WONDERFUL!!! close proximity to lots of shops, cafes, and easy to access taxis from the location of the property. The pool was wonderful, we spent LOTS of time on the patio enjoying the weather and the company of our group. The house was wonderfully accommodating for 5 adults, and was close enough to lots of fun activities but also far enough away to feel secluded and safe. Only complaint was that there weren’t a lot of lights on the street at night. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing and Perfect

This is my first VRBO rental and it was amazing. The owners are prompt and attentive at responding and answering all questions. When we arrived we were in constant contact, check in was great and super friendly. We were thrilled and shocked at how we were spoiled with snacks, fruit, coffee, tea, sugar etc and some drinks in the fridge. The place was SO clean it’s like new. The pool was perfect for our family and our kids 8 and 10yrs old loved it. The location is perfect for walking to San Antoni or the beach and local restaurants. We did drive and tour the island and parking is easy outside of this home. We felt very safe and feel like we were treated like family. The home is spacious, eating and cooking outdoors was wonderful. I highly recommend it and we will be back.

Terrible.

They took our full damage deposit, scammed us out of receiving it back, acused is of damaging stuff that was not damaged. Recommend not staying here if you do not want to get ripped off.

Maison très chouette sur une jolie île

La maison est très bien, le quartier joli (même si la rue ressemble à Beyrouth, elle n'est pas terminée). C'est très bien équipé, la proprio est super sympa et l'accueil top (grosse corbeille de fruits, boissons dans le frigo, des chips et des noisettes pour l'apéro), moderne et confortable. Par contre, la ville de Sant Antony n'est pas la plus jolie ni la plus typique. Nous avons adoré Portinatx...

Schoon, netjes en volledig

We hebben met 6 personen met veel plezier in deze vila gezeten. Contact met de eigenaar vooraf en de support van de assitent gingen super. Totaal geen minpunten aan de woning ontdekt, alles was top!
