古い石造りのコテージと納屋（ref 6741743 6471856）シンプルで素朴な、交感溢れるように改装された庭園、牧草地、森に囲まれたオリジナルの特徴の多くは、通り過ぎることはありません。専用シャワールームとトイレ付きのツインベッド、階下のトイレ、シャワー付きの庭、池と近くの森の景色。 リネンとタオルを用意しました。 キッチンにはコーヒーメーカー、やかん、オーブン、コンロ、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫があります。 WiFiが利用可能です。
プライベートパティオ＆バーベキューがあります。 共用の太陽熱温水プールはコテージの脇にあります。
 自家製の新鮮な食材を使った共用洗濯機と小さな農場
 7月から8月にかけて、通りが通行止めになり、村全体で食事や地元の食材の飲みに参加するとき、地元の村の多くがマルケ夜景を理想的な方法で屋外の食事、クラフト屋台、音楽

Très bonne semaine dans un endroit calme et ensoleillé. Sarah et Tim sont extrêmement charmants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent moment entre visites et farniente près de la piscine.

Vraiment charmant!

Endroit tres reposant à la campagne. Beaucoup de sites à voir au alentour. Pièce à vivre et chambres spacieuces et restant fraiche, malgré les fortes chaleurs. Jardinet parfait pour diner dehors sans être à l'étroit. Au delà du jardinet, un immense jardin est disponible pour les enfants (foot, pétanque,...) La piscine est tres bien pour toute la famille et bien sécurisée ! Les enfants pourront assister à l'apport de la nourriture pour les chevaux et les poules. Le chien est extrêmement bienveillant envers les enfants et tres joueur (malgré que l'un de nos enfant a tres peur des chiens, ils se sont tres vite trouvés) Les hotes sont vraiment accueillant et disponible tout en restant discret. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Toddler loved outdoor area

Our two year old son loved the outdoor area: chasing the ducks, watching tia the dog and the horses being cooled down with water. The sandpit (boulles area!) was his favourite and we really appreciated the fenced swimming pool with 2 locks. No need to bring any toys, lots of games were provided. The only thing we’d look for next time would be mosquito nets around the beds and some cushions for the outdoor seating for when we’re outside in the evening. A super stay and Sarah and her husband were so approachable and friendly - many thanks

Country living in the Perigord

Such a lovely week! Sarah & Tim made us really welcome and thanks to their tips we had some truly special days out. Charming and characterful gite. Splendid views. The area is beautiful. The pool was very welcome in the heat, and Tia the collie was a real hit with our kids (& the chickens!). Totally recommend for a family get away.

Un formidable séjour, convivial et très reposant

Merci encore à Tim et Sarah pour ce séjour si agréable et leur accueil si chaleureux. :-) Le gîte est très confortable et il y a beaucoup d'activités dans la ferme, pour les petits comme pour les grands (piscine, pétanque, billard, etc.). L'environnement est magnifique et très calme. Tim et Sarah sont aux petits soins et les enfants ont eu le plaisir de nourrir leurs animaux avec eux le soir. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. :-)

Le gîte est au cœur de la nature, dans un lieu paisible et magnifique. L’accueil est au top doublé de plein de conseils de visites du terrroire. La piscine bien sécurisée pour les enfants, a été très appréciée pour toute la famille.

Un coin de paradis !

Quel plaisir de séjourner chez Sarah et Tim ! Ils ont fait de cet endroit un magnifique paradis où le repos, le calme et la nature sont au rendez-vous. Merci mille fois à vous deux pour votre accueil, votre disponibilité, votre discrétion...Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer mais également de visiter cette belle région. A mi chemin entre Périgueux et Bergerac, il est très facile de rejoindre les points touristiques et d'en profiter à fond. Nous ne sommes pas prêts à oublier ces deux merveilleuses semaines dans votre beau domaine ! A très bientôt ! Excellent séjour au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété de Tim et de sa femme. Très bon accueil, propriété très bien entretenue, au calme, gîte très agréable. Les enfants étaient ravis de voir se balader les canards, les poules, Minnie le chien et de pouvoir approcher le cheval. Adresse à recommander.

Peaceful and beautiful setting

The accommodation is set in the most beautiful countryside. We had a lovely gite with 2 bedrooms a large patio with bbq. There is a shared swimming pool that we used frequently and games to use badminton, bowling, cycling and lots of grass to play football on. Sarah and Tim are the most hospitable hosts. They were able to recommend activities for our family and even hosted a pizza evening at their home for us to enjoy. They really made us feel at home. The hosts chickens and ducks roam the garden which the children loved and they were able to see the horses as well close up which is new to them. We visited Chateaux’s, Roman ruins, caves, cathedrals, there is lots to do in this area. Would definitely recommend this tranquil place.

Wunderschöne Ferienunterkunft

Wir haben hier, inmitten der Natur im Périgord, eine sehr schöne Woche mit unseren zwei Kindern (8 und 11 Jahre alt) verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Cottage blieb auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl; wunderbar erfrischend war natürlich auch der Pool, den wir jeden Tag nach unseren Ausflügen genossen haben. Gerne genutzt haben wir auch unsere eigene Terrasse, von der man gut die Hühner und die zahlreichen Vögel beobachten konnte. Bemerkenswert war die Ruhe, die das Anwesen umgibt. Alles in allem ein herrlicher Ort um sich zu erholen, auszuspannen und das Périgord zu erkunden!

Chez Sarah & Tim nous avons passés 2 semaines en toute paix. Nature, silence, harmonie et la beauté de l'endroit, pour la quelle le deux travaillent beaucoup. Sité entre Bergerac et Perigueux, tout les attractions tourisiques du Périgord sont proches. Deux hôtes avec des grand coeurs...

Heerlijk rustig verblijf in een mooie omgeving

Voor wie niet meer wenst dan rust, een zwembad bij warm weer, in een mooie omgeving. Basic huisje, zwembad, grote tuin en vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Wij hebben met onze twee zoontjes genoten van de rust en het zwembad, meer hadden we niet nodig!

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Gite was clean and comfortable and the mini Farmers market an excellent idea, which we found very useful. The only slight let down was the local village and the absence of a cafe or bistro. Would certainly recommend this property

Beautiful location

Tim & Sarah were excellent host's and made us feel very welcome. The gite was superb and the location was absolutely outstanding we will definitely going back.

Enjoyed a very relaxed week in the beautiful countryside

Sarah and Tim gave us a really warm welcome. The house is simple, but has everything you need. As it is an old build with thick walls it keeps the warmth out. Our kids really loved the pool, the chickens and the dog. We really loved the fresh veggies we got, the bbq and the pizza night. Tim is an excellent pizzaiola and we had a fun night eating, drinking and laughing. Bergerac and Perigueux are both 30 minutes away. Other sights will be a litte further though. You can really enjoy the peace and quietness of the countryside, and yet see a lot. If you feel like getting away from it all, this is a must go!

We moved to France in 2002, from the South of England. Sarah had a background working with animals, especially horses, Tim had his own groundworks company. We met only 18 months before moving here,we decided to take the plunge, neither of us speaking french! We have learnt as we have gone along, taught by our neighbours, with many a laugh at our expense. We have learnt enough french to run our own carpentry business in the area, doing traditional oak work. We were married in our village in 2005, much to the delight of all the locals, who supplied all the liquids necessary, good and bad!!

We are country people and when we found Les Trois Maisons,with its fantastic view and large farmhouse kitchen we knew that it was for us - we loved the idea of renovating 3 ruins and a very smelly house! It was a long hard slog over 5 years, doing all the work ourselves, but now as all our guests tell us, it is a wonderful property in a beautiful situation. We have been adopted by our local agricultural community, which we participate in and gives us a very enjoyable lifestyle.

we enjoy the fine weather of SW France and the agricultural ambiance, walk our dogs regularly through the country lanes and woods, where we gather mushrooms and chestnuts in good french style. Although we are rural, the small local village is convenient, with all facilities, it can be reached on foot, by bicycle, and occasionally by car if you must!
