Had a fabulous holiday and the villa served us well. We all enjoyed our stay and the pool was great. Handy for getting out and about as the tourist train will stop right outside to pick up and drop off.

A well loved family home

A well loved, clean family home, smooth early check in, communication with the host brilliant. As a group we would have benefited from a car, although taxis were really reasonable, catering for up 6 people at booking stage. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice covered outside seating area. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Fint hus i ett mysigt område

Vi har trivts jättebra i huset och i området. Värdinnan har varit lätt att få tag på och hjälpt till både före och under vistelsen med frågor om huset, men även gett tips på restauranger och utflyktsmål.

Estadia em Vilamoura

A propriedade é muito bonita e agradável , os espaços e a sua distribuição são ótimos e correspondem ao apresentado; Como contraímos COVID durante a estadia, os espaços exteriores (bem cuidados) permitiram-nos um isolamento com mais conforto. A Marta esteve sempre atenta e disponível. Apenas um senão: o tamanho das camas - apesar do bom gosto dos móveis, são pequenas em comprimento e largura, o que as torna pouco confortáveis, sobretudo para uma família de pessoas altas como nós.

Casa espaçosa e agradável

Gostámos muito das férias em família na casa da Marta, que nos prestou um apoio permanente em todo o processo. A casa é espaçosa e agradável, localizada num bairro tranquilo mas perto das praias e centro de Vilamoura. A piscina permitiu-nos usufruir de bons momentos em família, foram sem dúvida umas férias fantásticas. Um serviço de limpeza mínimo à casa durante a estadia deveria na minha opinião ser garantido.

Experiência curta, mas valeu muito a pena. Fomos muito bem recebidos. O ambiente é muito calmo, com uma zona de piscina e lazer espetacular.

Beautiful homely villa

We had a very enjoyable stay in Marta's villa, it is very homely and comfortable with everything that you need. It is obviously a very well loved family home. There is a supermarket not too far away in the Old Village along with bars and restaurants and all within walking distance. Would definitely book this villa again if we come to Portugal.

Séjour Août 2019

Nous avons loué la maison de Marta à 2 familles de 4. Elle est spacieuse, lumineuse, nous avons même apprécié les suites parentales à l'étage. La piscine est légèrement petite mais les enfants ont pu grandement en profiter pendant que nous profitions du barbecue à disposition au fond du jardin. Le quartier est beau propre et propose une navette pour se rendre à divers endroits autour de Villamoura. Marta la propriétaire, et la gardienne de maison sont super sympas, nous avons même pu demander conseil pour meilleurs choix de restaurants. A louer sans hésitation 😃

Amazing host

We have stayed at Marta’s villa for 1 week, the house was very nice , the pool was great , the children had lots of fun playing in it. Marta and Helena were very nice and helpful. Overall it was a great experience. We would definitely return.

Lovely property

We were 4 adults & a 3 yr-old child & we stayed for two weeks. We had a great time.......the villa is spacious and homely with beautiful private gardens on 3 sides & a lovely terrace where we dined most evenings ( & didn't get bitten ). The master bedroom was very large with a great sun-terrace . The pool was used every day and was plenty big enough to have fun. The road was quite busy during the day but fairly quiet at night. The road train dropped off right outside the house if requested , and was only 5€ for a family from the marina beach. The train stop/ pick-up point was approx 100m away. We walked to the Old Village in 15 minutes for a meal .....but be aware there are no pavements so you have to keep your wits about you. On arrival the house keeper met us to explain everything, having rang her as we left the airport. The only small disappointment was that the advertised hot tub was out of service, and there were only 3 sun beds but a quick call to Marta and more were dropped off early the next morning. We would be very likely to stay again if available next time we visit Vilamoura.

Loved Martas house

Loved Martas house. It is well equipped inside and out. Spotlessly clean and is a family home which we were able to borrow for a couple of weeks. There are 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, two ensuite, a lovely living and dining space and a great outdoor living space. The pool is small but adequate for a daily dip. The house is surrounded by other houses, but the garden trees ensure privacy. If you want to be on your own though this location is not for you. We used the house as a base to travel around the Algrave to many beautiful towns and villages.

Excelente estadia!

Excelente estadia!Casa muito acolhedora, tranquila,com jardim e zonas de estar muito agradáveis para estar em convivio ou a descansar. A casa no geral corresponde às fotografias do site e supera nas dimensões dado que as áreas são maiores do que parecem. Simpatia e disponibilidade da Marta Olim e da D.Helena que nos recebeu. Esperamos voltar numas próximas férias!

Lovely Villa in a great position

The Villa was a delight. We stayed as a family of 7 for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment. The position is great being a corner plot and having easy access to the old Village complex 10 minutes walk and the Marina only 5 minutes by car in the opposite direction. The residential area where the Villa is located is surrounded by golf courses so the whole area is well kept and very picturesque. The Villa in reality is better than the photos suggest, it has great outdoor space and there are many hideaway areas to just sit and relax. The pool area enjoys sun for most of the day but there are also areas to find shade as required. The first floor terrace also benefits from a Jacuzzi, which is an absolute joy in the evenings when the sun is less strong. The top sundeck above the second floor is for the sun worshipers, it also has great views due to effectively being on the roof. The air-conditioning works perfectly, it is needed, we didn't see a single cloud the whole time we stayed. WIFI works perfectly. It is charming as the Villa is clearly very dear to the owners and there are family photos around ect. This adds personality to the property. Parking is easy due to the location. There is a private pull in directly by the gate, also a drive but its not needed. We loved this Villa and hope to return.
