Rent nice apartment for two in a quiet area in the north of the island of Mallorca. You can reach in two minutes walk to the beach as well as bars and restaurants. Palma Airport is an hour drive away.

The apartment is fully equipped with a double bed, bathroom, open kitchen, sofa that can accommodate a child and a balcony with a view. The apartment is perfect for couples, for both short and long stays at any time of year. Enjoy also a communal pool for after the beach, in a quiet farm with very few neighbors.

The apartment is in the small coastal town of Son Bauló, close to the best virgin beaches of Mallorca. The area has bars, shops, a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and restaurants. If you are looking for something more lively, a 15 minute walk is the tourist center of Can Picafort, where you will find discotheques, pubs and restaurants. Car is recommended, although there is a bus that comes directly from Palma.

We are renting a lovely flat for two, in a quiet area 2 minutes walking from the beach. If you want, and walk 15 minutes, you will access to one of the best virgin beaches in the Island. In the living room You have a sofa, Which can Accommodate a kid.

The flat is full equipped, with a kitchen, washing machine, dryer and a cozy balcony with nice views. Also you will Have access to a shared swimming pool.

The area is really quiet, with a supermarket 5 minutes walking, bars and restaurants With traditional food.

superbe séjour

appartement avec terrasse bien agréable, bien situé avec la mer à 2 pas. Tout le nécessaire est dans l'appartement. Laura a été très arrangeante pour l'arrivée et le départ. Je conseille fortement ce lieu pour la période d'octobre!

Nice appartment in a calm area

It was a nice stay in the appartment and Laura was very freindly and helpful. Very nice location if you want a bit calmer surroundings, but still close enough to the bars in Can Picafort or the main tourist area in Alcudia. Some of the interior of the appartment and the bathroom is a bit aged, but everything is functioning well. We had a wonderful time. Nice view from the balcony onto the forest! Thank you Laura!

Wegbeschreibung und Lage waren perfekt, 3 Minuten zum Strand und ein Gemeinschaftspool. Parksituation (August) war etwas schwierig, wir haben oft 3-4 Runden im Quartier gedreht bis wir eine Lücke fanden, bedingt durch all die Einbahnstrassen. Die Wohnung ist einfach, hat alles was man braucht ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Uns hat vor allem die Hitze zu schaffen gemacht, keine Sonnenstore am Balkon und kein Sonnenschirm bzw. Ständer - also den ganzen Tag Sonnenschein, ohne die Ventilatoren wäre es kaum auszuhalten gewesen. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und hat auch nachgefragt ob alles ok ist. Wir haben unsere Ferien genossen. schwierig,

Die Location war okey.

Alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür sind die Leute sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war ziemlich laut. Sonst alles gut.

Clean, white, quiet.

The apartment is ideal for 2 people, maybe with a child. It is spotlessly clean, no frills (Wifi available, but no TV) but well furnished and nicely decorated with touches of natural ornamentation. The draw back for me as a pensioner is that it was on the second floor. I found the stairs a problem. The pool was beautifully maintained and glorious to look out onto from the balcony of the apartment. All in all a lovely stay.

Nice and cozy

We had a very good time at Laura's appartment. It was clean, cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. It took us 2 minutes to get to the beach, supermarkets were reachable after a short walk or drive with the car. Parking was possible in front of the house and the pool was clean and big enough for a short cooling. Communication with Laura was uncomplicated. We would definitely rent the appartment again if we come back to Mallorca!

Ferienwohnung bei Laura Pla Playa de Muro

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Feriendomizil. Die Beschreibung des Weges zur Wohnung war perfekt. Wir haben sie beim ersten Anlauf gefunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Lage war einmalig. Schneller Zugang zum Meer, Pool, Läden in der Nähe etc. Laura war sehr zuverlässig, pünktlich und nett. Ihre Informationen waren perfekt und die Wohungsüber- und Abgabe waren unkompliziert. Das Timing hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir werden die Wohnung sicher unseren Bekannten und Freunden weiterempfehlen. Das Restaurant Steak House hat uns einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Zum Einkaufen waren die Läden i.O. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Vielen Dank nochmal an Laura. Wir werden, falls wir wieder nach Mallorca kommen, diese Wohnung wieder anfragen.
