Sehr gepflegte Designer Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gross, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Naehe der Kuestentram und in 10 Min ist man am Strand. Der Bahnhof ist in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und die Fussgänger-Zone ist um die Ecke.

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 1Kind 2 Jahre alt) waren sechs Tage in Oostende, ich kenne die Stadt genau, weil mein Vater von Oostende war. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, direkt vor dem Leopoldpark. 10 Minuten zur Promenade und Strand, 10 Minuten zur Einkaufsstraße Kappellestraat. Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und sehr groß. Es gibt Fernseher, W-LAN, Musikanlage und Bluetooth - Lautsprecher. Die Küche ist modern mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. und ich habe in dem Bett gut geschlafen

Très bonne expérience, l'appartement était comme espéré, bien équipé, calme, grand et lumineux, très proche du centre et de la plage, l'accueil du propriétaire chaleureux et informatif. En bref excellent séjour avec mon petit fils.

Nice and large apartment in the center of Ostende

We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed our stay in Ostende! The apartment is well equipped and clean and has plenty of space.The center and beach are just around the corner, and to explore the area and the coast, you can take the tram along the coast of belgium. We traveled by car, there is a public payable parking just across the street (82.- € for two weeks). We can highly recommend the apartment for a stay at Ostende, Hans, the Owner is helpful and friendly.

Town Centre but quiet, well situated flat, handy for beach, shops, trains, buses, & Coastal Tramway

Well equipped, roomy one bedroom flat, with parking (usually payable) in basement or across the road as required. Very quiet despite being in town centre within walking distance of all attractions. Well equipped, comfortable & cool in hot summer weather. Ideal for exploring coast or inland attractions of West Flanders, such as Bruges, Ghent or Antwerp & Flanders Fields. For British visitors very easy to reach via Zeebrugge, Dunkirk or Calais car ferries. Plenty of in-town attractions, bars & good quality restaurants, museums, Fishermens Quay etc to keep you busy, or just bask on the excellent local beaches. Owner is a great guy-friendly & very helpful. We recommend the apartment and the area very highly.

An excellent base for exploring the Belgian Coast.

This is an excellent apartment-spacious, comfortable, clean & well situated. Even without a car you are within walking distance of central Ostend, the Fisherman's Quay, the excellent beaches, Leopold Park, the railway/bus station and the Coastal Tramstop taking you to all points along Belgium's 40 miles of North Sea Coastline. You will be spoilt for choice by the array of good quality local eating places, not all serving seafood only, as you might expect in this area. The apartment is very roomy, meaning that it is cool even in hot weather, and, despite being in the centre of Ostend, only a block from the main shopping streets, it is very quiet, particularly at nights. The property is stylishly furnished. It is an ideal position from which to explore the coast and also the many very interesting inland towns/cities of West Flanders, including Bruges, Ghent & Antwerp. The cooking facilities are adequate, with a dishwasher also available. Free wi fi & international TV & radio are also available, if required. Parking is available sometimes on the premises (basement garage - usually for a charge), or in public parking just across the road. The surrounding area is full of sights worth seeing and is very flat, for those (like my wife & I) wanting a change from hills at home! The owner, Hans Jonckheere speaks several languages and is a helpful & charming guy. We recommend it very highly. In our view it is excellent value for money. For those travelling from the UK it is within very easy reach of the Calais, Dunkirk and particularly Zeebrugge ferry ports, though no UK ferries currently use Ostend's own port.
