Brilliant countryside holiday with plenty of wildlife and lovely views

Plenty of space and nice sitting out areas. Big pool. Visited some nice restaurants, at the local lake, and in Moura and the surrounding area. Host Francisco was really helpful. We can recommend a sunset boat trip on the lake with Nixon.

Nice house to relax. Big swimming pool Very close to Moura (nearest village) The donkeys are a plus, always nice to have their visit and be able to pet them.

Great property with sizeable pool

This is a great property which is well equipped. Most rooms have air conditioning which worked well [it was 37 degres most days]. The pool is bug although there was only one working outside light which was under the waterline. Some of the vegetation in the pictures is no longer there. The kutvhen is great - big and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the villa is a 5 minute drive to Moura where we found 3 supermarkets as well as shops in the town, free access to the castle and a well cared for 'jardim'.

No geral foi uma boa estadia, mas gostava de realçar alguns aspetos a melhorar.iluminação exterior é pouca, tivemos de comprar um holofote para conseguir jantar á vontade cá fora.Ter apenas uma televisão e antiga. A zona da piscina é pouco cuidado, tem pouca iluminação, a piscina tinha sempre lixo no fundo. Pontos positivos, a limpeza da casa no interior, a piscina ser de óptima dimensão, ter uma vista espetacular para a cidade, estar isolada de tudo mas ao mesmo tempo perto da cidade.As imagens efetivamente não representam o que a casa é neste momento, principalmente a parte exterior, para a casa que é, poderia ser muita mais cuidada.

A casa tem ótimas condições. Durante a nossa estadia o anfitrião estava cheio de trabalho, no entanto, sempre que solicitámos a sua ajuda ele foi eficaz e rápido.Estávamos em trabalho, numa semana de 40/42º, mas com as excelentes condições da casa e a sua piscina maravilhosa, soube a férias!Obrigada Francisco!

Uma semana muito relaxante, com todas as condições anunciadas. Espaço fantástico com todo o conforto, tanto dentro como fora de casa. Super bem recebidos pelo Francisco e Margarida. Super séjour

Maison très agréable avec de grands espaces et climatisation. Très grande piscine pour profiter. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et Francisco est toujours disponible en cas de besoin.. nous recommandons cette location !

Férias maravilhosas

Passámos uma excelente semana e trazemos no coração dois novos amiguinhos de 4 patas que fizeram as delícias das crianças e dos adultos 😄😄. A propriedade tem tudo para umas férias perfeitas! Enorme, muito espaçosa e acolhedora e muito bem equipada...E a piscina?!?! Que maravilha!!! E no final do dia poder ver aquele pôr do sol na piscina... que sonho! Awesome

4 adults, 2 kids, 1 week. We spent a brilliant week in the property. The pool is really big, the surroundings beautiful and calm. If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet vacations with family, I can only recommend this option. Amazing sunset and a beautiful sky during the nights. Property owners are super friendly and always available. Finally, the only neighbours are two super nice donkeys. Bring carrots, they love them.

Wonderful stay, great house and pool.

Spacious house with enormous pool. Peaceful rural location, a short drive to Moura. House was very clean and well equipped. It was serviced half way through our stay. One of the best houses we have rented.

Local, proprietários e estadia espetaculares

Adoramos a estadia. Dias fabulosos de muito calor. Casa super bem equipada mobilada e limpa. Proprietários super simpáticos e prestáveis. Adoramos, (principalmente a nossa filha de seis anos), dois burrinhos (Paulinho e Slimani) que todos os dias nos iam cumprimentar. Apenas deixo duas ressalvas, a cozinha poderia ter um ar condicionado e as esteiras deviam ter colchão pois passado um bocado são bastante desconfortáveis. Se fizerem estas pequenas melhorias a casa passaria de excelente para perfeita. Esperamos regressar para o ano pois adoramos a estadia. Recomendo plenamente.

Excellent villa!!!

We spent 1 week in this villa and it was the best place we found in Portugal since many years ! The villa is just beautiful, extremely clean, really in a quite area! The swimming pool is just fabulous! Margarida and Francisco have been extremely nice in advising us where to spend good moments in their beautiful region, that you feel they sincerely love! And the location, close to this beautiful lake where you can do paddle, canöe, water ski! Amazing experience!!!!! Kids want to return asap!

Prachtige villa met enorm zwembad

Uitstekende villa en zwembad op een zeer rustige en prachtige locatie in de Alentejo. Je woont alleen , maar je bent toch op enkele minuten in het stadje Moura , daar is alles voorhanden winkels/bakkers/restaurants. De eigenaars sparen kosten , noch moeite om de gasten 24/24 bij te staan met tips en oplossingen. Sterke aanrader voor mensen die het echte Portugal willen ontdekken.

Excelente lugar e localizacao com Anfitrioes 5 estrelas. Recomendo.

Casa e' muito espacosa e a Piscina e' excelente. A sombra disponivel e' bastante boa nos dias do tempo quente alentejano. Anfitrioes muito amigaveis e prestaveis. Obrigado.

Moradia com piscina enorme

Foi uma semana muito bem passada. A piscina enorme é incrível e nos dias quentes do Alentejo é o que nos safa. Achamos que falta um pouco se sombra tanto na piscina como na área do churrasco mas isso não impediu de desfrutarmos de umas férias fantásticas. E o pôr do sol? Sem palavras. 😀

I am Francisco, a physical education teacher. I was born in Alentejo and love to make known the best the Alentejo has. After canoeing, SUP is my latest passion. I love traveling and go out to fish with my kayak or paddleboard..
We are a family of four: Francisco (38 years old); Margarida (38 years old), my wife, she likes nature and animals, special dogs and horses ; the other Margarida (18 years old), my daughter is studying university, she is a sports lover; Manuel (10 years), my son (crazy about football).
"Do more of what makes you happy" is our motto in life.

We love receive people and we want to provide you a stay with authentic experiences that make you a real Alentejo Lover.
