Welcome to this charming town house with private pool overlooking the Tramuntana mountain range. Located on the outskirts of Moscari is perfect for 2 people looking for peace.
The exterior area of this villa is wonderful. There are several garden areas and, in general terms, a beautiful plot, but the best of it all is the chlorine pool which is surrounded by the beautiful views to the mountains and the fields around. The pool sizes 7 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 0.9 to 2 metres. You can sunbathe on the two sun loungers by the pool and enjoy the peace and privacy. And a few steps away you find the porch of the house which is perfectly furnished to spend a nice evening and enjoy a delicious barbecue by a glass of wine.

The house is laid out on just one floor. The living - dining - kitchen, with AC, is very comfy since we have all we need in the same room. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob to cook while you enjoy an appetiser and chat for a while. Then, you can sit on the sofa and watch the satellite TV channels, a DVD movie or read a good book. You will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board in an independent space. There is one bedroom for you to rest at night featuring a double bed, closet and AC, and finally you will find a shower bathroom.

Moscari is a small charming village located amid the Tramuntana mountain range and belonging to the municipality of the picturesque town of Selva. The area of Moscari is perfect for those in search of peace, mountains, excursions and also those who want to know the Mallorcan habits and traditions. You will also find all you may need during your stay like a restaurant in the town square called Sa Plaça. However, you will have to drive 5 km to Inca for more services and shopping. Then, the nearest beach is the one in Puerto de Alcudia, about 18 km away. It boasts an extensive area of white and soft sand and crystalline water. We also recommend you visit the beautiful beaches of rock and stone in the Tramuntana mountain range like Cala Tuent or sa Calobra.

The space was in a very peaceful and picturesque part of the city. It was very private and quiet prefect for a relaxing get away. The pool was a great addition, given the beach was about a 25 min drive. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would recommend. One thing to note, a car is recommended as it’s in a very secluded part of town.

Ein gelungener Urlaub und gerne jederzeit wieder!

Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub mit einem tollen Verwalterteam, dass sich jederzeit um Anliegen sofort gekümmert hat. Es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen in der Finca - sie war sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist uns seit Jahren bekannt und wir wissen die Ruhe und Natur dort sehr zu schätzen. Hier kann man richtig vom Alltag entspannen und genießen, ein herrlicher Ort. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein gelungener Urlaub und gerne jederzeit wieder!

El interior de la casa es bastante simple, la cocina por ejemplo tiene una nevera muy pequeña y le faltan utensilios de cocina básicos como unos buenos cuchillos, tuppers, una madera para cortar... La piscina los últimos días estaba bastante sucia. Un plus es la situación y los exteriores de la casa.

Wir hatten tolle erholsame ferien! Rundherum ist nichts ausser schafe und hühner! Der Pool ist gross und sauber. Die Finca selbst hat alles was man braucht. Toll ausgestattet. Es hat auch alles super funktioniert, nichts war defekt oder ist ausgefallen.Die besitzer der Finca kommen ca alle 4 tage vorbei um die Hühner zu füttern und den Pool reinigen. Stört aber überhaupt nicht. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist super und man hat seine Ruhe. Man hört nur die Schafe um das Haus und die 5 Hühner hinter dem Haus, welche echt süss sind. Zwei davon klettern gern über den Zaun und rennen im Garten herum:) die finden aber wieder zurück, also kein Grund zu Sorge. :) Auch die Aussicht ist sehr schön vorallem der Sonnenaufgang. Jedoch hat es keinen Sonnenschutz auf dem Sitzplatz und es wird dann recht warm. aber ab ca. 9.00uhr geht es da der Sitzplatz überdacht ist. Dafür kann man sich im schönen Pool abkühlen. Wobei dieser bei den heissen Temperaturen nur bedingt erfrischend ist ;) Die Besitzer kamen auch einaml vorbei um die Hühner zu Füttern und den Pool zu reinigen und sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allgemein war es liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und der Schrank bietet viel Platz. Im Bad hat man wenig Ablagefläche aber dafür ein Schränklein wo man seine Sachen reinpacken kann. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferien

Meine Freundin und ich haben in dieser Finca 12 Tage verbracht. Wir durften tolle Ferien hier verbringen. Die Finca ist perfekt für ein Paar und bietet viel tolles. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Badezimmer hat eine schöne Regendusche und die Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer kühlt perfekt ab. Der kleine, feine Pool bietet im Aussenbereich eine Möglichkeit sich abzukühlen. Rund um die Finca ist nur Land. Man hört hin und wieder Schafe, welche sich auf dem Nachbargrundstück befinden. Weil die Finca etwas ausserhalb liegt ist Sie einfach erreichbar, man muss allerdings zum einkaufen einen gewissen Weg auf sich nehmen. In Inca hat es super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fahrt etwa 10 min. Dafür hat man für Tagesausflüge einen tollen Standort. Wir konnten mit 30 min Fahrt das meiste erreichen. (Eher nördliche Ortschaften) Nach 60 min befindet man sich im Süden. Somit ist man sehr flexibel bei den Tagesreisen.

Super Lage für Wanderungen im Tramuntana Gebirge

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Haus und alles was benötigt wird. Ruhige Lage für viel Erholung und kurze Wege ins Tramuntana Gebirge für tolle Wanderungen. Vielen Dsnk für die schöne Zeit!

Der Gesamteindruck war gut.

Die Finca ist für 2 Personen ausreichend und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schöner Pool, große überdachte Terrasse und ruhige Lage (bis auf die Schafe ringsum). Das Inventar ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und sollte modernisiert werden. Würden aber wieder mieten, weil sonst alles gepasst hat.

Great relaxing place!

The Finca is a great place if you are looking for a getaway for 2 adults. It has all the basics needed, including the BBQ area. The village of Moscari can be reached on foot. The Finca was fully operational and the booking process easy. The pool was cleaned in person by the very friendly owners who live close by. All in all, we recommend the accommodation and are planning on returning.

pas d'hôte mais un code pour obtenir les clés maison très au calme, belle vue, cadre rural avec oliviers et moutons. Figuiers, beaux extérieurs mais intérieur très sommaire et décoration sans aucun soin. Il ne faudrait pas grand chose, un éclairage indirect, quelques objets de déco type ikea pour personnaliser l'endroit

Kuschelige Finca für 2, abgelegen vom Trubel, ruhig, ideal für einen entspannenden Urlaub. Schöner Blick auf das Tamuntana-Gebirge, mit dem Mietwagen kann sehr viel erkundet werden, 20 Km zum Strand, ca. 35-40km nach Palma. Viele nette kleine Ortschaften in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert, ich würde wieder buchen.
